I am so disappointed in your service. (We have had nothing but stellar service, until today.) I called beforehand, just two days earlier, and was told this would be no problem. I simply needed an estimate, to give to my ins co., to fix the cracked screen on my iPhone. An “estimate” to give to my insurance company.Today, I was informed it would take hours for this estimate to be accomplished. Are you kidding me? It was 6 pm, you close at 7, so it was too late in the day to help me.Leave my phone overnight? No.Drive all the way back again tomorrow? No, thank you!I don’t know WHAT you were thinking, but you have just lost a whole family of mobile phones, iPads, laptop screens, etc… We will never come your way again. And I will happily share just how much you didn’t want to help me, with all of my friends, acquaintances and total strangers.

Excellent customer interaction and service; pricing for repairs is very reasonable and they have generous policies for repeat repairs. Ive taken in my laptop to them whenever Ive had issues, and they have commendable speed when it comes to diagnosing the issue and courteously explain whats up in laymans terms or give you a clear status report and somewhat reliable time estimate (depending on the repair) if you just call and ask. Each employee Ive dealt with is kind, patient and respectful, and the managerial staff and ownership Ive met do an excellent job repping their brand and running a tight ship. Its a small branch, so you may have to wait in line for a minute when you come in, but its rarely an exceptionally long wait and always worth it. All in all, I would recommend their services to anyone.

Amazing customer service from both the owner and the staff. They even gave me a loaner phone to use while my phone was being repaired, since it was going to take a few days to fix. Prices are very reasonable as well. They use genuine OEM parts, not some third-party knock off. Highly recommended.

Seamless experience. Dropped my iPhone off for a screen replacement and it was ready within an hour, despite them appearing to be super busy. Everyone was friendly and professional, but most importantly, the repair was perfect!

I left my PS4 there for 2 weeks because the power supply went out. I was told it only gonna be a week and it would be finished. Got it back the other day and it wouldnt turn on. I went back and they evaluated it. Turned on for them but as soon as I get it back in my truck, it wont turn on. They even said they played on my console for hours. Who does that. Looks like I wasted my time and money just to have a broken playstation. Saved up to get this playstation only to have my money taken from me and ubreakifix just broke it even more. I brought my phone in to have the screen fixed due to a crack. The service here was very efficient, had my phone back in just a few hours! Kermit was working the desk and he was very informative about the whole process and very friendly to work with. I would recommend stopping here to have your screen fixed be user they were great to work with and half the price of Best Buy.

UBreakiFix... Unfortunately it turned into uBringInAWorkingPhoneWithAnIssue-iBreak... I brought in my phone with a cut-and-dry battery issue. The individual that I spoke to just had a hard time with his previous customer and I wanted to be courteous, knowing he was having a tough day. We worked well together and I was confident that I would leave happy. He asked me for 2 hours to get the battery replaced. I went somewhere else to do my homework for 2 hours and returned promptly on time. A new technician was there, went back to check on the phone, and awkwardly told me that it hadnt been worked on yet. With only 1 hour before closing, he asked me to come back right before they close. I walked back out to my car and continued working on my homework for another hour. I came back in 10 minutes before close. The same technician awkwardly approached me and explained that in taking the case off, they broke two capacitors off of my motherboard and it was no longer fixable. He told me to go to Verizon and they would replace my phone. Suffice to say I wasnt happy, but I remained cordial and asked for the notes taken so I would have proof to show Verizon. There was some pushback but I did walk out with some notes. Upon showing up at Verizon, they had no idea what I was talking about and said that uBreakiFix was supposed to be the ones who replace the phone or at least cover the costs since they irreparably damaged the phone. When my representative called over to uBreakiFix, they brushed him off and made it clear their priority was to go home for the day and I wasnt their problem any more. My representative will be reporting this to their division manager and was able to get me a replacement phone on order, though they will be handling payment directly with uBreakiFix.Even though I did everything right to come get my phone fixed, I was very disappointed in the service. I understand some things just happen, but I wasted 3 hours of my day that I desperately needed for schoolwork just waiting. Then they broke my phone and wouldnt take the steps they were responsible for in replacing it because it was more convenient to go home than to follow through with morally good customer service.

My sim card was stuck inside my Samsung phone, and nobody else wanted to fix it. I had been to 2 other phone places already. These guys did a great job, got the Sim card out, and saved me from purchasing a whole new phone. They will be my choice for tech repair from here on out!

Samsung S21+ screen went blank, so they replaced the screen under Samsungs warranty (great). Once I got the phone back, the camera wouldnt work so I returned to uBreakiFix to get it fixed again. They allegedly backed up all my photos/files to Google and performed a hard reset of the phone. When I got the phone back the camera still didnt work and I didnt have any photos backed up except for the DCIM files! I lost all of my photos and documents stored on the phone. Super frustrating when I told the guys I could grab my laptop and back up my phone, but they were confident everything would be backed up on Google. I can understand the screen/camera problems are Samsung warranty problems, but Im extremely frustrated that I lost tons of great photos shared by family and friends, including a close buddy we lost last year

Walked in and they were able to replace my wife’s phone camera lens on the spot in a few minutes for a GREAT price and replaced my phones docking port as people couldn’t hear me on phone calls. Both phones were fixed for less than my phone company’s insurance deductible. Very happy!!!

Came to this ubreakifix to get two samsungs repaired do to screen damage, my personal s20ultra Ive had to have the screen replaced 2 times and back replaced once by a different ubreakifix and had awesome luck with them and getting it fixed. But came here to get them fixed and was given a bunch of excuses and told they wont touch my phone due to my back camera zoom being fuzzy but still works and passed the same samsung tests before that these stores use. So guess Im making a drive to go to an actual ubreakifix store that will actually help there customers so they can get there phone back. Wont be coming back here ever again.

Samsung recommended that I bring my phone to one of their places to have my phone repaired. Only they did what I had already done a 100 times and did a factory reset. They made me pay $32 to get phone back even though I was told if they couldnt find anything wrong there would be no charge. I decided to have them look at my tablet also. I told the young man not to do a factory reset on my tablet. I only wanted theam to look at my security camera footage and my Google accounts to see the activity. I cleft it there for a week so they could take their time and really look into it. I would call to check on it and it always seemed no one knew about my tablet.When I went to pick it up the employees stayed late so I could get it. Which was so awesome of them. Unfortunately they couldnt find anything wrong and the tablet was totally dead. When I got it charged up they had a factory reset even though I told them not too. I lost the Google account that was connected to my tablet and my security cameras. Someone changed the password and removed my recovery email.I would bring my device back there if need be but the lack of communication between employees needs work. I lost a very important Google account because of it.

I originally was going to give a 4 star for customer service until I looked at my phones LDI indicator and it wasnt tripped; Along with that I noticed the sim tray hasnt been replaced.The tech also wanted to recycle my phone which evidentially is still very much under warranty. When they told me water damage I was very confused as I have never dropped water onto the phone. Im mailing in to google for repair and I suggest others do the same.

Took my laptop to get screen repaired back in June, they fixed it after several weeks of waiting then once I got my laptop back. It broke again just by me opening it up, the man at the store said it was because the screws & screen they ordered weren’t good enough & I took it back & it took them 1-2 months to fix it never updated the status of my repair till it was finished, got my computer back & the screen is still loose. You can tell they order cheap & defective parts and the slightest wrong move I know my laptop will be broke again & Only gave 1 stars because of the warranty & they will fix again with no charge. Otherwise it will be 0 stars. Definitely would not recommend repairs from this company

They are very honest. I took my son’s Nintendo switch to get the screen replaced and the charging port reinstalled. They were honest and called me up to say the screen was not broken, it was the screen protector. I thought that was pretty nice because that cost $100.00.

It was during the covid-19 restricted time that I took my computer in to have it fixed had to wait outside because only one person at a time could enter the store. But the phone service that I got prior to that and after I left my computer there, I was called very quickly after I got home and given an estimate after they had a chance to find out what parts I needed and it was even less than I had anticipated. Within a week I had my computer back and so far it seems to be doing well. I havent put it through very many tests at all yet but Im very pleased so far and theyve given me a good trial period to bring it back if I have any problems with it so I think that the company does a good business and treats their customers very well and if I have problems Ill be happy to take it back to them. I am grateful to them for replacing my battery and screen on my surface 4 Pro and saving me from having to buy a new computer.

Ive been having charging problems on my pixel 2 for the past year or so, have to prop it up just right to charge. I finally had enough of it and called uBreakiFix to see what it would cost to replace the port and if they had any in stock. I went in and saw Patrick who discovered I didnt need a new port after all- that it was just built up with debris. He was not surprised since I work in a warehouse. I asked what I owe him and he said nothing, I was shocked and very pleased. He cleaned it for me in less than five minutes. He could have easily said it needed a new port or just cleaned it and charged the port cost- Im glad there are professional people still around. I applaud his integrity!

They do not fix software issues just broken screens. I have gone there four times and have never been helped with anything because they couldnt help me nor fix anything. Although I have visited several times the people are nice.

Class act all around. Set up an appointment, was given a confirmation call the same day. Went in to fix the charging port on my Pixel 2XL. The very professional service tech took it in the back for maybe 5 minutes, told me my port was just dirty and didnt need a replacement. Cleaned it for no charge, and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Use these guys for all electronic repair.

The guy was initially edgy and a bit rude when I was talking to him about my phone. But he realized what he was doing and changed his demeanor towards me.I would have rates less stars but they repaired my speakers on my Google Pixel 4 phone within 2 hours (under warranty) with no charge to me. It was nice having my phone back the same day.

Be EXTREMELY cautious bringing your items here! We brought in a phone for warranty repair because the screen was glitching out which they improperly fixed and had to bring it in a second time. When bringing the phone in we had a SD with a large portion of family and travel photos that was lost by one of their employees. They took this SD card out as soon as we came in which is no problem and supposedly put it in a basket.When coming back to get the phone the first time I checked to see if the SD card was in the phone and it was not. We then went back inside and they proceeded to tell us that there was no SD card in the phone to begin with. Which had was most of our family pictures. When getting home about 20mins later the screen started acting up again the same thing we brought it in for.So not only did I have to bring my phone in twice to have it properly fixed they lost the SD card.They said it was possible that my SD card was put into someone else phone which brings up EVEN bigger problems obviously. We were shown security footage but the owner fast forwarded through the part we really needed to see and was unable to zoom in to see what really happened. Seemed very sketchy. We requested them to buy a new SD but that doesnt make up for lost photos and wasted time.Very unprofessional experience with people and service.STAY AWAY!--Update March 17, 2020--After phone being in repair still for the third day now, we recieved a call saying that all the data on the phone had been lost. So not only did they lose the SD card and not repair it on the first visit. They lost all of the data for that phone on the second trip. I would not recommend going here at all. If you can find some place else I would HIGHLY advise it.

Very helpful employees! They are a small shop for repairs on phones, and they sell a few accessories for protecting phones. They are Google certified and Samsung certified for repairs, they helped me to Home Reset my Samsung phone for free because it was not performing updates anymore. Quick and Easy Service, it was a short trip.

Really disappointed with this place. Used to be able to have my repairs done here but recently the service has steeply gone downhill. From basic repairs that have taken weeks to finish to intermediate repairs being outright rejected, Id steer clear if you cant make whatever repairs you need done yourself.
