Great service and dry cleaned my dress perfectly! Thank you

Only had a single robe/ smokers jacket to have dry cleaned. I already thought $16 for a single article of clothing was ridiculous - I’ve never paid that much for a suit coat even. Arrived an hour before my ticket time and they wouldn’t even check if it was ready - just told me my ticket said 3pm. I come back at 4:30 and it still wasn’t ready. I’ll definitely go elsewhere.

I have been a great customer for awhile now and I brought my clothes here on april 21st to get altered. I was promised that it would be done within a week (april 28th) and I came back on april 30th giving them an extra two days to make sure everything was right. When I arrived, the owner said that my items weren’t ready and that I should come back on saturday (may 1st). I told her I couldn’t because I have a busy day so I said I would come back on Monday (may 3rd). Monday comes and I receive a phone call from them saying that my clothes are still not ready because they are waiting on material to alter my clothing. The owner NEVER said anything about waiting on material for my items. She should have mentioned that from the beginning instead of lying to me. She had multiple times to say that she was waiting on material but she didn’t. I told her that I have a trip that I’m leaving for on Friday (may 7th) and I needed my items. She promised AGAIN that they would be ready today (may 6th). I came back today and I politely asked for a discount because of her lying and inconsistency. She laughed and said it was nothing she could do. I explained to her my feelings and that it wasn’t right what she did, she still refused to give me a discount. I had no choice but to pay full price for my items, I couldn’t just walk out with my clothes without paying and risk her calling the police on me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received. Will not be going back!

The manager lies and couldn’t care less about others. Instead of being professional and thinking of the customer, she thinks of herself. This is not how to run a business. Will NEVER return!

That is correct. I do not have any history with your business because I showed up at 9am on Saturday morning when you were supposed to be open, but no one was there. I even called the day prior to make sure you would be open, and the woman who answered said you be open at 9am. So, I showed up and waited in your parking lot for 30min (now 9:30am) with another customer who was also waiting, but still, no one answered or was there. So this is why my review is 1/5 stars.

Been bringing clothes to this place for over 10 years! Very nice staff/owner. Had one snafu with a customer mixup for a shirt but the owner quickly resolved the issue. They also do sewing work.

I’m visiting the area and needed a stain removed from some dress pants. They did a great job doing so. Friendly workers from my experience.
