We were warned up front about the service responds with Paycor, we used the national, not the Grand Rapids office. I cannot speak about the service to our employees but I can speak about the implementation. The worst ever. We been on it since 4-1-2021 and still are not fully implemented. The problem is the sales department does not communicate precisely with the implementations department. Buyer Beware.
