They did a tub to shower conversion. Removed a jet tub and corner shower and installed a large custom walk-in shower. The tear-out was done quickly and efficiently with any dust and debris confined to the bathroom (clean-up was done at the end of each day). The installation was done equally efficiently and the workmanship is first rate. Brandon and Zach were very friendly and informative. Both proved to be excellent workers and it showed in their work product. They were punctual and worked steadily through the day. Brandon had the bulk of the project and Zach came by when the job required two people (installing a very heavy shower floor and a very heavy Arizona Glass door unit). Zach also did some final finish work and conducted the walk through. He also provided information and explained care and maintenance and went over a check list of completion. We have no complaints and are delighted to recommend Re-Bath Grand Rapids.

I recently had rebath remove a jetted tub and put in a huge walk in shower. It is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Aaron Horn was my installation guy and he did a fabulous job. Not only was he on time, thoroughly cleaned up every day and did impeccable work but he got creative with me on a circle window in the shower area. We both enjoyed the creativity and came up with a solution we were both proud of. He of course made sure it was all waterproof! I would definitely recommend them.

Used ReBath to replace our tub, surround, vanity, and sink. The work was great. The only part that could have been better was keeping in communication. There was an 8 week period when I heard nothing. I was told it was estimated 8 weeks before they could be out but that they would try to get me in sooner. I finally called just before the 8 weeks was up and was told, Oh, yeah, youre on our calendar for next week. Great - what day, time? They made up for it on the aftercare end though.

Working with Re-Bath of Grand Rapids was a great decision for replacing our bathtub and surround. Our salesman, Donal, was easy to work with, responsive to our needs and explicitly explained the process and options to us. Their on site staff completed our project in a timely and professional manner. So much so that it didn’t even seem like any work was performed. The tub/shower is very sleek and quiet and we love our product thus far. Highly recommend this professional company.

I had my bathroom completely remodeled. I truly enjoy the walk in shower, along with washer dryer upstairs. They were very professional and called if they were going to be late. I had a problem with the new sink, but they came back in a timely fashion and fixed it. I would highly recommend. May be pricy but well worth the experience and fixtures were high quality.

We had a bathroom remodel done on a very dated cave style bathtub set at an angle that took up so much space. This work involved moving all of the plumbing to allow for a more appropriately sized tub to be placed against the wall - which opened the space immensely. The materials that were used are phenomenal, you cant just go buy them at a big box hardware store. The planning and execution of the work was done perfectly. We couldnt be happier with the end result.

About 3 1/2 years ago we had Re-bath put in a beautiful new shower for us. We love it but more importantly they back up their work 100%. We needed some minor caulking work done and they came out and touched it right up! Their technician, Zak, did an outstanding touch up - a work of art!!

We converted our tub to a shower, and had a new Toto toilet installed. Very pleased with the final outcome. Ben did an outstanding job, and finished the job in a timely manner. This was despite some unexpected damage which was discovered when replacing the toilet. Unknown to us, the wood was rotted under the existing toilet. Ben replaced the rotted wood and also installed new flooring where needed. Well done, and very happy with finished product. We are now considering having some work done to our other bathroom.

My husbands and my experience with Re-Bath was very pleasing and successful. From Andy in sales, right thru the office personnel to Zach, our installer, everything was done professionally. We are very pleased with our new shower beyond a doubt. Though it was a little pricey, we think it is worth the cost. We would recommend Re-Bath to our friends and family.

Although I gave this business five stars, keep in mind theyre rather expensive. There are rules for the new bathtub, as well as certain cleaners to use. With that said, the new bathtub looks beautiful and is so much wider than my old tub. The new flooring that was put in is so much nicer than my old flooring. I had a large, outdated vent on the floor, so the installer, Ben, made it smaller. Now, I dont have to worry about stepping on the register. The value has increased on my house because of this partial remodel. Overall, Im happy with the business that was done.

Ben is a very talented worker. Not just high quality but he never stops working. Installation went exactly as planned and it couldnt look better.

We had them quote out replacing a basic square stand up shower which just had a slight crack in it for our rental home. My sister was there for the quote so I dont have the whole story but they quoted it for over 8,000 after discounts... Are you kidding me... It was such an outrageous price the renters laughed and told my sister to just forget about it. My grandfather who is a retired contractor also got a good laugh out of it. That is about all the company is worth, a good laugh.

Our tub to shower conversion looks beautiful. The installer was very friendly, as well as a competent and efficient worker. The job was done in two days including the clean up, which was done very satisfactorily. There was no mess to the rest of the house due to the fact that covers were laid down on all the floor areas necessary for access to the bathroom.

Excellent experience. Very fast service. I was working on a time crunch as my husband was in the hospital and I wanted a walk-in shower in place of our tub. Very neat and cleaned up excellent. I decided on an additional handicap bar after a week or so. They were here extremely fast to install one. Would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I have two bathrooms that rebath remodeled or completely installed both are excellent new slide in tub is excellent relief for my various aches and pains both bathrooms were worth the investments in addition the tankless water heater has changed our lives up to 130° water in less than a minute and it never runs out. the aroma therapy has helped me get over a hacking cough. everything was installed on time and in the budgetdont look at walk in tubs look at slide in tubs much easier to get in and out of.the slide in tub drains from full to empty in 1min 45 secondsamerican standard claims the tub they sell drains in just over 1 min however they cost $5000 more than rebath and rebath included replacement of our water heater with a new tankless water heater. maybe american standard is faster at draining i do not know however $5000 for 45 seconds seems awfully steep especially considering that doesnt include a water heater that provides practically limitless hot waterand the installation of that water heater along with the other items

I’m pricing out tub and surround replacement with a walk in shower. When I walked into the local Re-Bath and asked what the rough ballpark price would be. They told me $6000-$9,000 just for a cheap feeling liner and shower base. I’m just glad I only wasted the 30 seconds of my life in there. I know construction is expensive, I am an Electrician. But $6,000-$9,000 for just a shower is insane.

I have known about the rebath team here in West Michigan for a long time, and have had a number of friends swear by their work. When the time came for me, I was able to get someone over to my house for an estimate 24 hours after I called them (I had a leak causing some significant rotting). That same day, I was able to go to the showroom and pick out my new bathroom. JP helped me pick out materials that fit within my budget, and provided helpful information about styles/finishings that would bode well for resale, without crushing my wallet. Three weeks later Zach was over to install. I was told it would take 6-7 days, which I was already impressed with: this time included Demo, installing an all new subfloor, and installing the all new plumbing and finishings. Low and behold, they got it all done in FOUR days. I was also traveling during the install and Zach sent me daily updates with pictures on how things were going. I am extremely happy with my new bathroom.I know who will be doing my other bathroom when the time comes.
