From the time my SO was arrested I called First Assured Bail Bonds (continue reading to see why I bring them up 😭) The ladies there are honestly great. They kept in contact with me but when it came to the men who were supposed to actually bond him out and meet with me. Never returned my calls. I’m on my way to the jail with my mother in law freaking out because I was supposed to be meeting with them. So I called Big Brother and I kid you not. I called them around 7:05PM and gave them all the information. They were at the jail bonding my man out at 7:50PM. 45 MINUTES !!! I talked with Allison and Andrew but had Adrian has the man down there. ALL OF THEM WERE GREAT. They weren’t my first choice and I clearly messed up by not choosing them first but they will be from here on out. Thank you Big Brother !

They are rude and nasty they just want your money. They lost my car title and got nasty with me!!! Are you kidding me, we went back and forth for 3 weeks before they told me they had LOST MY TITLE!! Thats their JOB and they cant even do that. BAD BOYS BAIL BONDS is much more professional and you will have a much more personal experience, because they care about their clients.

At first he was very helpful, even when it came to my S.O being transferred, but then, when it came time to me needing to actually have a bondsman my calls were ignored and texts never answered. With a 12 week old child thats exclusively breastfed and was out way past her bed time I am not too happy with them. Driving to and from Holland with a tired babyfrom grand rapids that hates car seats and for what could have been for nothing if it werent for A1 bonds I would have probably started ripping my hair out. Thanks for nothing big brothers! Way to be there when you were actually needed by someone.

This guys the real deal.I called him at 5, he explained everything to me over the phone and met me at the jail at 6 to help me out.The jail was under staffed and took forever but he stayed and helped us out.I wouldnt go anywhere else but Big Brother.Thank You Andrew!!!!!!

Had to leave a star wouldnt give the ignorant @holes a negative 5 star rateing .(Andrew) glad some people had a good experience but i did not!! After spending half the day driving back and forth to get what he needed everytime something else go get it for him, call and again no answer but get a text from him. I need this too. Finally a call back to be rudely accused and when asked what he was talking about the coward hangs up cant even answer a question on his accusations. But i can go get everything he asked for as fast as i could drive back to house to get something else that should have been on the list one of the first 2 trips ? But made one call got another bondsman . Whole thing payment, collateral, and friend walking out the door of the jail in 1&1/2hrs. Wouldnt send a enemy to big brother.

Rude when I came to greet Andrew(the owner per say). Said oh I didnt expect you to come. The comments and the scenarios he was making up was uncalled for and exaggerated. I get bails bondsman get screwed over way more than they should, but you cant treat every new customer like the old.

After three days of being locked up for a trumped up charge, Andrew- at Big Brother Bail Bonds- went out of his way to make sure I knew someone was out there looking out for me. He worked with me to get me in touch with my family and employer, and had me free within 24 hours with no hassle or unfair financial commitments. Since my release, he has been friendly and cooperative with making sure I understood all the necessities of being released via Bondsman. He has been available EVERY SINGLE time i have called, and couldnt have been more friendly, understanding, and willing to work with me and my current financial situation. (Also, it helps he has numerous contacts in the Department of Corrections, Sheriffs Office, the jail, and the legal system as a whole) I would absolutely recommend to anyone with the smallest of crimes- on up to the harshest of felonies.
