Logan and his team including Micaela and Abby are top notch. Logan was very helpful saving me money on my homeowners and auto insurance last year and the team as been extremely prompt with random requests like adding and deleting cars from my auto policy during the last few months. I have been given the run around for one week by rude, uninterested customer service. I was even hung up on. You people are horrible with your third parties. You dont make it clear to your clients what and who they are actually signing up with. I would never recommend this insurance company to someone who is looking for clear answers.

Aspen Insurance has been providing our home and auto insurance for the past 8+ years, Logan and his staff are kind and helpful and their service is unbeatable. I recently compared quotes for a new property and Aspen came in far less, hundreds less than the two competitors I checked with. And the service at Aspen was incomparable. An assistant picks up every time I call. I didnt have to wait a day or 2! after leaving a message to hear back, like at the other two places I called. When we started with Aspen we lived a few blocks away from their office, now we are a 3 hour drive, but that doesnt affect anything. I refer them to friends and co-workers whenever the topic of insurance comes up, and theyve been so happy with Aspen too!!!
