HORRIBLE! DONT GO HERE! When I got there they were out jump starting some of the cars but when asked for details on any of the cars They said either I dont know much about cars or I dont know much about that car. Found an envoy that looked decent & was priced well. Decided to buy it... BIG MISTAKE! After driving it about a mile off the lot the check engine light came on. Took it to auto zone & 5 different things popped up. I ended up having to replace the camshaft sensor, the thermostat, the battery & alternator (because it literally died on me going down the road) & now Im being told i have to replace an o2 sensor & the timing chain might have jumped! I have 3 young kids & I cant even feel safe putting them in my car. Definitely never going back & making sure everyone I know knows not to go here!

Great people to work with. Friendly and helpful. Good cars for price range we were looking in. If you need a good used car check them out. We will not hesitate to deal with them again.

Bought a nice GMC from them. Rick specifically said no rust, that’s why I bought it. A few weeks after buying, the paint they covered rust with wore off. Do not trust them. I am so disappointed.

Called about a Ford Escape for my daughter who saved $3000 for a car. Spoke to the guy on the phone who told me just to show up. Got there and he wasn’t there. The female who was there knew nothing about the car we were inquiring about and had to call him (because he wasn’t there when he said he would be) and had no idea where on the lot the car was. Called the guy and all he said was “out back near the middle”. When we finally found the car it turned out she gave us the wrong keys. Finally got the right keys. Left the homemade “running boards” on it and a piece of the front end was zipped tied up. Opened up the back hatch and the window fell into our hands. Test drove it, came back with an offer of $2650 on a car listed for $2950 just to offset the price of a new back window and hinges. The office lady, who was more concerned about threatening her dogs with a squirt bottle showed annoyance that she had to call her boss. He came back with $2800. We countered at $2700. He told her on the phone he no longer wanted to sell at $2800 because he can “fix” it himself. We walked, not just because he backed out of his $2800 but because he’s can’t be trusted. My husband is a service manager for an independent shop that has 4 locations within West Michigan and has spent 20 years working for dealerships as a service advisor and/or service manager. Stay away, doesn’t car about customer service. Spend your money on an honest person

One Star because 0 was not an option! Bought a van in March and after driving it, my dad mentioned the heat blowing slightly cooler at stop lights and returning to normal when driving again. He claimed that the van had been inspected and was sure that the issue was due to the coolant needing to be topped off and filled it up. (We later found out the van requires Dex-Cool and he put regular antifreeze in it) Barely a month later we had issues with the heat only blowing warm air when we were moving and shortly after that the temp guage would max out as soon as we pulled out of the driveway. When we took it in, hoping that it was just a bad thermostat, we found out that the head gaskets were blown and that they were likely blown when we bought it because it had been filled with Stop Leak! We ended up having to have the heads resurfaced, gaskets replaced, new thermostat and the cooling system had to be flushed because the Stop Leak had plugged up EVERYTHING! When I test drove it, I explained that I was a single mom and hadnt had a vehicle for several months and that ALL of my taxes were going to purchase a new one and asked if he would be willing to come down on the price by $1,000, he did end up taking $700 less but he also knew he was selling me a car that was going to need major work very soon. On top of the issues with the van that I bought, the whole experience with them was not pleasant. While test driving vehicles, they acted like we were bothering them when asking about the vehicles and wanting to drive them and when we were talking to them, they would answer their cell phones and act like we werent even there even though we were in the middle of a conversation. They were just overall very rude and not pleasant to deal with. If I had my $4000 back, I would definitely go somewhere else.

My husband and I thought we had got a good deal from them on a van we had bought in Feb 2017..we did some maintenance done to it and we now found out that we need a whole new motor. Needless to say we have spent 3x as much invested to it as we did to purchase it. Now we are paying for a new motor to be put into it. Definitely wont purchase anymore vehicles from there again. Nothing but problems and a ton more money than we ever wanted to spend on a used van.

The people there were nice, Ill give them that. But the vehicles that are sold there are mostly in bad shape. If I have one regret in life, its buying my car from there. I needed a cheaper car quick, to get me through about three years or so. What I bought is not worth the money I paid for it and I even offered $500 less than what it was priced at. Since Ive owned it (about a year now) the alternator has gone out, a mechanic told me he has a very good suspicion it is a flood car (possibly the B93 flood), slow leaks in 3 of the 4 tires, and now the transmission is going out. Its advantageous to buy from a more credible dealership!

Went in to look at a 2003 escape for my daughters first car. I work for a very prominent auto repair facility. I decided on this car due to experience and knowledge. These cars are excellent, they do have some common issues. They fixed the upper oil pan gasket leak, bonus!! Car had 137k bonus!! Rear hatch window hinges either brake free or corrode and cause it to blow out. I get all this. I can fix all this. So first the owner/sales guy isn’t even there. His secretary hands me the keys to the wrong vehicle after I described the car with the color and mileage. She was apologetic at that point. I walked out to the car and as I opened the back glass the right hinge let go. I was able to save the glass. The latch held the window in place. Before taking off for a test drive I turned the wheel among other things. Found the strut mounts are groaning. They need replacement. I called my vendor and got prices on parts. Came to just under 300.00 that’s with me doing the labor. Went in made an offer for 300 less than the asking price. She called the owner. Asking price was 2950.00 (daughter has 3000.00 she saved, trying to teach her the value of the dollar) lady hangs up and says 2800.00 or the owner will fix it on his own. I counter with 2700.00 seemed fair. Asked her to call him back. She was very huffy about this, but did it. He said he’s wouldn’t do that. ALSO HE SAID HE’D RATHER FIX IT AND SAID THE 2800.00 PRICE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE!! I was going to give my daughter the option to go for it. That’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! If I did that with a customer at my shop I’d be out of a job plain and simple. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. They sell cheap cars that can’t say I trust. But most of all the customer service is extremely lacking. Glad I passed.

As the saying goes “You get what you pay for “ I purchased a vehicle from the auction a few weeks ago just to get me around for a few month. I wasn’t expecting the best but I also didn’t expect my muffler to damn near fall off either. Needless to say I hope the vehicle last long enough until I can purchase another from somewhere else!

Purchased a vehicle on 10/14/13, I wasnt able to pick the car up until 10/15/13. On 10/15/13 I picked up the vehicle and before I was able to get on the highway the transmission died. I contacted the auction the following day and was told that it was my problem and was hung up on. The owner also made a highly offensive reference regarding predicting people have cancer and attempted to relate it to purchasing this used vehicle. Since he lacked any level of intelligence his reference was not really understood, nor did it make any sense.I would highly recommend going to a professional when looking for a car.

I had a friend buy a car from this lot and she has had nothing but trouble she contacted them and they was rude with her. They told her good luck getting anything. She just had to put more money in her car and they found yet again another issue with sludge in the radiator. So I suggest if you go to buy from them pay a mechanic to inspect the whole car before you buy.

We went to look at cars and decided to test drive a few. Every single car we tested was horrible and had major mechanical issues. This place is a waste of time, unless you want a major fixer-upper. But even then the price is outrageous.
