As far as business goes, you’re only as strong as the team who represents you. Unfortunately Alec has proven to be rude.Threatening litigation on companies because he refuses to wear a mask and would rather endanger the safety of people in a selfish act is unfortunate (me included, as someone who is severely immunocompromised and can’t avoid going to the grocery store). He could have gone to H‑E‑B or any commercial store that is not enforcing masks but chose to shop at a local store who values the health of its customers while ignoring the signs for masks required.If he has a mental health condition, the company is not required to let him purchase inside. They have to make accommodations according to the ADA, and those accommodations are curbside pick-up/online ordering but he refused to listen to reason.Discrimination is not a face mask and it’s a shame you used that word so freely.
