Ordered material in stock on their website on a Wednesday. Friday afternoon - two days later, received a message letting me know they were out of stock, but would be ordering more for me... Thats a junior inventory management 101 error. Sorry, Lehigh, you will never see another $ from me. I need reliable deliveries.

Products are good when they deliver. Most orders will have a back order for which they charge you for but may not be fill for months if ever. They promise endlessly to deliver ‘next week” but product never comes. I’d suggest you phone your order to verify items in stock. After 6 months of promises no delivery. If you can find what you need elsewhere you are better off

Great product at a great price. The only reason I didnt give five stars is the tracking numbers for the direct ship didnt work. This may have been beyond the control of the company. I will buy from them again.

Their prices are not too high and their selection of hard to find abrasives is very extensive. I buy repeatedly from them for many years. Their shipping is speed is fast. They dont waste time and delay.

They work well but dont seem to last as long as the 40 grit.

Box was delivered with multiple damages and the handcleaner spout was broken off and unusable. poor packaging for long transit

We have been using Lehigh Valley Abrasives a long time. Easy ordering, fast shipping, high quality products at a great price. Great customer service too. What more can I say, in general just a great company and a great value.

Prices are unbeatable. The only issue I have is that there is only one option for shipping, and due to the distance its usually a week before I see anything I order. It would be nice to be able to select expedited shipping or something.

I phoned Lehigh Valley Abrasives to return my order of zirconia flap discs due to their poor quality, several of which lacked any label on them. They agreed to the return & refund and did email me a prepaid return shipping label and stated I would receive a full refund for the merchandise 3-5 days after they received the return order. I did not receive my refund nine days after they received the returned discs and emailed them requesting my refund indicating the date they received the returned discs. No response or refund from Lehigh. I contacted PayPal and opened up a case and PayPal emailed Lehigh about the refund on the same day. Lehigh made no response to Paypal or issue my refund after 7 days and PayPal emailed Lehigh a second time at that point in time. PayPal waited 3 more days to reach their 10 day wait policy to receive a response from the merchant after their first contact with them but never heard back from Lehigh, nor did Lehigh issue a refund. PayPal did issue my refund without Lehigh Valley Abraisives doing so 19 days after Lehigh received the returned discs.

We have been buying flap discs from Lehigh for years. Great quality product & by-far the best price! Keep up the good work

These guys will let you down when you need them to deliver. Today I received someone else’s order. I called them and requested an overnight delivery to make it right, I had a very time sensitive job and desperately needed what I ordered. They would not make it right and left me high and dry. They always ship partial orders, never communicate back orders, and when they send you the wrong stuff (this isn’t the first time), it’s always a huge amount of paperwork just to be made whole. They were willing to lose an industrial account over a $40 overnight...

Since discovering these guys, Ive been using them as my sole supplier. Outstanding products and prices and very quick shipping.

I thought that a $30.00 shipping fee for 4 buffing belts was abusive. I probably will not shop there again.
