Updated Review 4/19/21.Had a misunderstanding before the start of the project and really appreciated Pedros positive response to the situation. This shows me that he really does care about the quality of work and service and values customer input. He and his team were prompt in starting and finishing this weekend. He was very communicative the entire process. He confirmed material type and color during the ordering and he was on site throughout the entire plaster process - explaining everything to me and encouraged me to stick around to learn. I knew what time to expect the crew and they were on time. The next day, he was there on site to verify the curing plaster as the pool was being filled. The site was pressure washed down and cleaned - no mess. Time will tell if the product and work holds up (fingers cross that it does), but I have confidence that if something were to come up, Pedro would be responsive and make it right. It was a positive experience and above all - it shows great character in how he responded to a bumpy start - which matters the most to me and hopefully to others who are reading this review. I really admired him honoring his word throughout the process. (Note - the color I got was the Turquoise Pearl from the Crystal Stone line. P&P pools recently completed a very large remodel project. New tile, coping, pebble plaster, added a tanning ledge and a spa to my existing pool. I received multiple quotes on my remodel and P&P quote was substantially lower than most. Reluctant to jump in with the lowest bidder I took about a year to make a decision on who I wanted to select for the remodel. During that time i followed P&P pools on social media and was amazed by the quality projects Pedro and his crew were completing daily and all the 5 star reviews. Like any project of this size there will be issues and concerns come up along the way. Pedro was always available to address my concerns and handled them in a very professional way. He works to deliver a quality final product and strives for his customers to be completely satisfied. We had a gunite delay, tile back order & snowmageddon 2021 that delayed the project outside of his control but Pedro constantly kept us informed and updated throughout the project. We are very happy with our completely remodeled pool and would recommend Pedro and the whole P&P Team!

Great job on our pool. It was in need of a makeover especially after the freeze of this past winter. They did a fabulous job. This company did a fantastic job resurfacing and tiling our pool and hot tub, especially considering the great price they did it for. I shopped around and got quotes from several other companies but P&P came highly recommended from a friend and when they came out to provide an estimate and explain my options, the choice was easy. The guys showed up on time each day they were here and the consistent communication was very professional and appreciated. Pedro was so professional and courteous, as well as knowledgeable as he explained my options quite clearly and gave me the best price out of everyone. The price was nearly half of what one other company quoted me! We would definitely call them first should we add anything else to our pool in the future!

Pedro and his team were very professional and stood behind the quality of their work. After contacting Pedro, he came out same day to provide an estimate of what we wanted done, which was much better pricing than a previous estimate we had received. His crew showed up on time each day and worked diligently to make sure things were done correctly. Throughout the process the project manager, Marlin, came by daily to check on the progress, let us know what would be happening next, and did a walk around the pool to identify anything we may not be 100% satisfied with. I would HIGHLY recommend Pedro and his company if you are thinking about a pool remodel.

Pedro was very professional and his crew did a great job. They came out and prepped the pool and then because of predicted rain waited a few days before doing the plaster. His assurances that it would all be good was very helpful to calm my anxiety. The men worked well after dark to get it all finished properly and even helped with starting the pool to fill with water. The team at P&P did a great job. They started the work of re-tiling and re-plastering our pool on a Sunday and finished by Saturday. They worked in an organized way and were very effective as a team. Their prices was much better than many competitors. We are really satisfied with the finished product. Pedro was very responsive via text. You can tell that his team take pride in their work. WOW!!! AMAZING!!! FAST!!! PROFESSIONAL!!!i dont know how else to put into words how completely satisfied we have been with Pete and all his guys. I called P&P Pools on Friday 7/10/2020, Pete came out on Saturday 7/11and gave us an estimate that was $1800 less than any other companies we has give us quotes. We talked off and on that day and then I asked when they could start and was told Monday 7/13 and it would take a week to complete. Sure enough they started that Monday and were finished with the entire job on Thursday 7/16, a day earlier than planned. The crew was punctual, hardworking and respectful of our property. The area was left clean and all materials and waste was removed. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and professional service for pool remodeling needs.

I hired p&p pools about a month ago and honestly i Regret letting them work on my pool . The work that was done was very sloppy and they rushed through the whole process . Some of the tile that was installed was cracked and Pedro didn’t offer to fix. I will no longer do business with this small company again .

Highly recommend! I’ve had 2 pools done by Pedro from P&P pools. Price was the least expensive out of 4 other contractors. And also was able to save $500 per pool to cure/clean the new plaster by doing it myself. I was skeptic at first since the price was a couple thousand lower than some other quotes but I am very pleased with the results. Pedro sand blasted and power sprayed the entire pool of existing paint and old plaster. Replaced with all new tiles, plaster, spa nozzles, & drains all included. One year has passed on the first pool I’ve had plastered and tile, and still looks amazing. No visible cracking, or chipping of any kind. 2nd pool is done curing and looks amazing just like the first. Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and least expensive what more could you ask for in a contractor. Thanks Pedro & team!!

Prices are too high for the quality of the work

This was a Project I just kept putting off and putting off. I have a a current pool company and asked them to quote it out and it took them weeks to even get back to me. I just by chance came across a Facebook market posting for P & P Pools and figured what the heck. Pedro got back with me right away and was here to check out the pool and quote me the next day. Great pricing and completely understood the look I was going for. Within days they were ready to start the work. I had a crack starting and they installed these giant staples basically. Was really cool to see the whole Process. They were able to get the pool prepped in one day! I thought it would take several. We hit some rain and it got really cold so I told them to take a few days until it all cleared up. They came back prompt on the day we agreed and had the pool resurfacing done that day. I was not expecting it to be sooo fast. Total of two days work. They updated my Main drain to code, Installed new return fixtures and even added me some tiles for the stairs! Super happy I came across this company and very happy at the work that was done. I m ready for pool season again!

Man these guys are the best concrete company the specialize in pools but I had a lift that had to be put up so I had to made room for some concrete. My husband and I own a design and renovation business and know how hard it is to come across a good subcontractor. Upon initial contact, Pedro is professional and diligent. He was working at another job site that was over an hour away and he still committed to meeting with me on the day I needed the estimate. Even though he knew he would be in rush hour traffic, he didnt make any excuses to reschedule. He was apologetic for the delay and assured me he will still make the appointment. Following through is big in my book and Pedro exceeded my expectation! We decided to hire Pedro and his team to do the new tile work and plaster for the pool not because his estimate was the cheapest, it is because of Pedro. Pedro and his team delivered exceedingly well. They came to work on time and finished on the day they said they would. They cleaned up afterwards and always respectful of our property. Something that is rare when dealing with subcontractors. We will continue to work with Pedro for other pool projects because we know he will follow through and make sure everything is perfect! Pedro was referred to me by a coworker that spoke highly of the work that he received and of P&P Pools. We had 5 other quotes lined up that was reasonable but i decided to accept a 6th quote before we made a decision. Contacted Pedro and scheduled a time and he arrived when he said he was. Received another good quote but i think what sold me on P&P Pools is this kid was very professional, easy to talk to and he had a grind about him that made it comfortable to choose him and his team. We did the work, it was quick and easy, and the results are great. The pool has been completed for 2 weeks now and the wife is happy. I think you can find a contractor that can do the work, maybe even just as good of a job for a better price, (which the price was perfect for us), but what you may not find with most other companies is that personal touch Pedro and his team offered.
