Rented refrigerated trailerand had it plugged the entire time going, but it did not function properly, resulting in a lot of meat being ruined. Delivery was a joke b/c he came in a personal vehicle that was unable to get it positioned where we wanted the trailer, so we ended up using our own vehicle to complete the task -- and still paying full price for the delivery! Hitch was a completely different style from the normal sized ones despite him telling me on the phone that it was the basic one and wouldnt be a problem for us to transport, so that completely changed out game plan. I was desperate at the time or else I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Marvin was nice, but seemed very frazzled. My rating is for the trailers functionality, overal experience and cost. If I had to do it again, I would not use his service since the trailer did not function properly and first time around was not pleasant.

I had never had problems with my fridge before that night, but then I realized that the ice maker was not working properly. Didnt really know what to do, so I searched for fridge repair service and found this company. Thank you very much for the fast response and fix.

DO NOT USE!!! We called these guys 6 hours ago on a local call. They said they would be there within the hour and no one has shown as of yet. I wish I could give negative stars as no one from there has even called me back.

Picked up my reefer trailer in December. On Feb 9 told me he has it repaired and ready for pickup. Were now in April. Marvin canceled 2 pick ups twice already. When I called him to find out whats going on, he told me he had other customers to deal with. In one months time he couldnt set aside some time for a pickup? Now hes just not even returning calls or texts.

Marvin Evans with Comfortzone fleet/thermocare is not good mechanic, He will screw your equipment, rip you off, get your money and then dissappear, Stay away from him.
