I had one previous experience with this place and it was excellent. But today I just spoke with a woman by the name of Whitney and she was very rude and even hung up on me. I called and ask why she hung up on me she did it again. You shouldnt have unprofessional guetto ppl working for you period.

I did not get the correct mixer but was able to do the job with the one they provided me with. Machine worked good. Juan was very helpful at the Grand Prairie location.I would have given them a 5 star if I got the correct concrete mixer. The guys who got the mixer in their yard sent me with a mortar mixer even though I asked why not the machine I rented which was a concrete mixer.

Had one piece of equipment swapped out because it wasn’t right for the job …they did bring it the same day but charged me for 2 rentals and deliveries ….I can understand the deliveries but not charging rental on fork lift and telehandler!!! $1k for 24hrs…should have been $650…don’t use them!!!!

The compact trencher was in service when I went to rent the equipment on a Friday morning, needing it for a Saturday job. It was unavailable due to repairs but kept me updated. I was notified that the equipment would be ready for pickup Saturday morning.On the day of the job I had a equipment malfunction. Operator error, I took it back to them. The guys in the shop explained to me what no to do. Also explained to me if it happened again.I was not charged extra time and was allowed to extend my rental time.Great service, Great people. Definitely going back!

The entire process of renting a very large Marquee tent for an extended period was flawless start to finish. Speaking with the sales team they helped me choose the correct tent for our needs. This was a unique area that we were placing the tent so they sent a survey team to measure the area to insure the tent installation would be perfect. They arrived on the install date on time with adequate staff to erect these 3 hugest tents in just a couple hours. The install team was professional and worked together like a well oiled wheel. The sales team followed up the next day. As a business owner I appreciated their attention to detail and ability to customize their services to fit my needs. On October 3, 2020, I went into the Grand Prairie location to pick up my order for pipe and drapes. From the time that I called the location to place the original order, from the day before the wedding, my experience has been AMAZING. Machine didnt work. They didnt have another one so I had to wait hours for them to have one transferred from another store. I had to go to them to make the exchange, they didnt offer to bring the working machine to me. Other than that it was great!

We had a great experience with this Rental Stop. We rented sound equipment for a wedding. It worked perfectly, and everyone was super nice, especially Steve when we returned it.

Rented a tractor and a brush hog for just a couple days, which is hard to find a equipment dealer that focuses on the weekend warrior. Equipment was in good condition. Easy pick up and drop off. Great customer service from multiple people that I encountered. And to top it all off it was a very affordable rate and great value for what I was renting. Will definitely be using them again.

We reserved a trailer to move on Friday for a week. Then it turned out we werent going to get to move so we called to cancel a day later. We were told we had to pay half to cancel (which would be 170.00 dollars). So we picked it up Friday and returned early Tuesday. They charged 35.00 for tolls if you use them or not. My bill for a week rental 335 and some change. The refund for returning early 16 dollars. The trailer was trash we had to replace the light plug because it fell out and we had no lights. They said thank you for replacing the plug. Your welcome. I do not recommend for trailer rental.

Rental stop has always done a great job for us here at First Mansfield. From design, to set up, to breakdown, they have always been extremely professional and super helpful.

Use them frequently. They are straight forward with no sneaky add-on cost.

My experience was great when ordering tables and chairs at Rental Stop. I just wish that Rental Stop would give you a full refund if you cancel your order within a certain time frame. I received half of the $264 spent, but I received back in a timely manner.

Rental Stop and Whitney was nothing short of amazing. From setup to take down. I rented the 20x30 tent with lightening for a backyard party. Whitney helped me every step of the way to make my vision come true.!!! LOVED EVERYTHING.

Our wedding was planned for April and hd to be postponed due to the pandemic. The Rental Stop folks were very understanding and helpful. Due to the delay and pandemic restrictions, we had to change what we rented. We made changes several times as requirements evolved and they responded promptly and courteously. Pickup and return were both quick and hassle free.

My initial experience was good. The technician was very nice and delivered in a timely manner. The problem was that I rented an ice cream cart, which in essence was a cheat freezer on wheels. I kept it plugged in from the time of delivery around 11:30a until 9p that evening. I went to the store an bought the ice cream to put in the freezer for the event at 4p and the event started at 6p. By the time the event started I had a melted mess on my hands. I also put 2 cases of water in the cart at 1p and they barely had a chill by 4p. I should have known that it wasnt cooling properly then. Needless to say, that idea was a bust. I emailed rental stop regarding the issue and all they did was tell me that they couldnt recreate the problem and basically refused to do anything but offer me a credit towards another rental. Why would I want to continue to do business with a company that doesnt take my issues seriously? The ice cream cart was supposed to be the highlight of my daughters drive by graduation parade, but thanks to rental stop....it was a FLOP! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BAD PRODUCT! GOOD DELIVERY TECH!

Rental Stop came in and exceeded our expectations! We had a large set-up with specific set-up instructions from the customer in order to meet social distancing standards. Rental stop got to our venue early and had 100 classroom tables placed in less than and hour, giving us the time needed to finish the remainder of the set-up before the event started. They were professional and friendly, we have used them & other rental companies before, but because of the service provided, Rental Stop will definitely be our first call from now on.

The rental shop helped me with a 16 x 6 bumper pull livestock trailer. The customer service was amazing, the staff were very helpful and overall Im very impressed with the service. I will definitely be using again.

Got in, got out, had several options to choose from for a garden tiller rental. Each was explained to me in detail. Kept the equipment longer than needed but extension process was super easy. They were very courteous when my wife returned the rental and discussed with her how the additional cost was broken down. Been going here for 15 years.

After meeting with the sales person, I was told he would send a quote. He stated he was unable to do exactly what I need, but would be able to assist. I received a call from the office, thanking me for the opportunity to assist. I asked about the quote, I was told the sales person and we decided “not to pursue”! This was wrong! Still no quote, charged $89 for a site visit!!!

I’ve rented from Rental Stop in Grand Prairie 3 times in the last couple of months. Everyone there has been friendly and professional. It’s been a very good experience every time.

I needed a generator and a chainsaw fixed. I knew Rental Stop rented tools but I didnt know if they fixed them. Turns out they do. I couldnt get either of my tools running and in about 24hrs they had them both working like new! I highly recommend them for tool rental, tool repair, and any party rental needs.

5 Star service. I rented a stage and chairs for a backyard graduation ceremony due to COVID. After the stage was delivered I realized it was too small. I called the Rental Stop back and at the last minute they were able to accommodate me with a bigger stage and delivery. The delivery driver also bought my daughter flowers for graduation.
