So great! The staff is so sweet and helpful. I bought my wedding rings last year before covid happened and the store wasnt able size it. I went to Nicks to finally size up and they did a beautiful job! My rings fit perfect and we found some nice jewelry there as well. Def a long term customer! Ty!!

My wedding band has been to tight for years finally decided to have it resized when it would cut my finger trying to pry it off. Took it to Nicks they did a great job, got it back the same day. Cant even tell its been resized. I just wish I would have brought it in sooner. Very happy!

They dont repair jewelry!! They will replace your watch batteries but no longer repair jewelry or watches. They will refer you to others businesses in the DFW area who do repair watches and jewelry. They do have cheap watches and jewelry in some show cases. They need to change their name to something more reflective of their current business. The young man that waited on me was friendly.

Walked in this store to repair a watch. While I was waiting, I noticed all of there jewelry was extremely affordable. I saw a wedding band I wanted and the lady gave me a heck of deal. I saw how affordable it was and purchased a chain to go with it. I left extremely satisfied. This is a great place to shop for jewelry at a fair and affordable price. Will buy again.

I needed a few links taken out of a bracelet, it needed to be cut and soldered to do it.They were happy to do it while I waited and at such a reasonable cost!The work was as good as places costing 4 times at much.These are wonderful and good people here.Its not a snazzy store by any means but for repairs you would be hard pressed to find a better choice.

I got my ring resized from a 5.5 to a 4.5 and they did a great job, cant even see the solder line. I originally thought I needed a 5 but they helped me find the correct ring size. I also got the battery changed on 2 of my watches. All of them finished the next day and paid around $30 for everything. All in all, great prices, good service, would definitely come back again if I needed any additional jewelry repairs.

Nick, his wife and his son are wonderful people. They have watch batteries, do jewelry repair and sell jewelry. Their work is top quality.

I came in looking to get batteries replaced in 2 of my watches and they were so kind and very precise. Had the repairs done in about 2-3 minutes and they have a very nice display of jewelry for sale and its all very well priced and its all quality stuff from what I can tell. Definitely will be returning again soon.

Went in to get my engagement ring sized down. They were so nice and efficient! I got my ring back in two days and it was PERFECT! They did such a GREAT job. Definitely recommend this place!!!

We always get our batteries replaced there to our watches. Yes we still use watches. Nick repairs and cleas jewelry cheap. Family-owned business. Good prices. Jewelry is silver. Need more real gold.

Nice small shop. Went in to get a link taken out of a new watch band. Got the job done quickly and made sure I was happy with the fit once the band was adjusted. Very affordable.

We took my wedding set on Sat they said it would be done on Wed. When I picked up my rings they were cleaned and sized perfectly, you cant even tell where the solder line is at all!!! The couple who own and run the store are very friendly!

Had a very positive experience here, I took in 2 necklaces, 1 bracelet, and 1 watch battery to get fixed. It all come out to about $35 and everything came back looking great! I also though it was very reasonably priced compared to the mall.

After reading the reviews, I went to get my ring sized here for my sister. Very inexpensive and great job. next day ready. But recommend just to do a walk in they dont give any estimates over phone and seem to be alot more attentive when in person of course. I think it was like 12.00 bucks for 3 sizes down. Going again tomorrow for 2 watches battery replacements..

Took in a ring to be downsized a full 2 1/2 sizes. It was offered to be done quicker than I could get back to the shop.When I got the ring back, it was perfectly round and looked as if it was originally made that size.I know where to go if I need any other rings worked on!
