Poor experience at the dealership. They damaged my truck and tried to deny doing so. Very surprised at their behavior. This was a high end F250 purchased from them new.******UPDATE******I want to thank Ron (my original sales person) for stepping in as representation for the dealership and making things right. Ron connected me with the Collision Department Manager and within 30 minutes of having my truck the problem was corrected. I also would like to thank Melissa Perry for reaching out to me and ensuring that I felt taken care of with this process. I was in a collision, I took my car to Grand Prairie Ford collision center abd Jeff W was the person I dealt with and he was amazing. He got my car done as soon as the part was available. He helped me to get a rental for days I had appointments or asked for. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend 10/10!!!

I just bought an F250 here. The whole experience was great. Grace was amazing to work with. She thought about the details I didnt and made sure everything was taken care. Brandon and the entire service department did an amazing job making sure everything was in order and cleaned and spotless when I picked the truck up. Would give 0 stars if I could.They are marking up cars like crazy and aren’t being honest about it at all!! My parents bought a car from them and after they got the deal put together they said the car is on hold, probably for some small recall, nothing to worry about. Said they would deliver it Monday morning. They heard back from them Monday morning and said that the car can’t be sold because of a child safety seat latch recall and had the nerve to ask for more money for a different truck.Don’t go to this Ford dealer! There are better ones out there, will be buying the same type of truck at a different dealer who is more honest, and doesn’t mark up cars like crazy!

If I could give zero stars I would. The associates are dishonest and tell you they don’t think your issue will be covered but still pay for the diagnosis even though you have a warranty and coverage with another company. They will try to place blame on the owner when they are the mechanics. DO NOT VISIT THIS FACILITY! Go to automation Ford! Sherrel and Brandon and Anthony are not forthright and honest employees or members of management! Considering never buying FORD again and that is the only brand I’ve driven in 15 years. That’s how bad the service was.

Overall, appreciated working with their service advisor. There was an initial miscommunication with pricing. However, it was quickly corrected.The initial time frame quoted was over a week to a week and a half time frame once an inspection was done to identify if my lead frame was bad. But was able to get my truck back within the same week much to my happiness.

Took my truck on time in the morning and said it will take just a couple of hrs (left vehicle at 7:30 AM). I had to call at 3:00 PM cause didn’t hear from them and I needed truck and finally 30 minutes AFTER I CALLED, they contacted me to let me know truck was ready. Other than that, everything else ok.

Buyer Beware! We had submitted the necessary paperwork for a new vehicle and even had an appointment set up to get it on Saturday to sign and pick it up. Received a call late yesterday that they actually didnt have that vehicle anymore. So we discussed another color with the same package and everything. Then everything in the quote changed and they refused to honor the original paperwork we had already signed. They were not the least bit concerned about the loss of our business. Basically told us to go somewhere else.

Great customer service was given on initial visit, overall I had 4 visits due to same problem. I explained what my vehicle was doing, diagnostic test was done and came back with results different than I expected. Not being a mechanic I trusted what they said the issue was in hopes it would fix my vehicle. Less than two days my vehicle continued to make the same noise and check engine light came on. Took it back to get it checked out and was informed they made sure all was good, some sensors may have come loose during the repair but they tightened them up and sent me on my way. Another week and same issue. This time they find another problem and I paid more $ only to continue to have the exact same issue. I submitted a review and customer service calls back wanting to make things right. I agree to go back for another diagnostic test only to be told it’s another major repair. But I was only lured in to correct a survey I originally submitted as the customer service rep asked for the email with survey and submitted herself. I really love my Ford vehicle and tried to be understanding with all that happened. I know some diagnosis are hard to find but that last visit did not sit well with me.

The worst costumer service when it comes to service. I asked to talk to manager several times never got a call back. My 2020 ford truck has had a problem for about a month and they are backed up for weeks. I cant afford to leave it there for weeks for them to get it fixed. So then the guy was like it looks like you can pay out of pocket to get it fixed elsewhere. Not to mention that we purchased all kind of warranties for NOTHING….. So disappointing.

I highly commend Grand Prairie Ford as the best dealership experience Ive had in my lifetime (71 years). I was traveling home to Houston when my F150 went into reduced power mode to protect systems in the engine. I call two Ford dealerships that were nearest to me, explained my predicament, and they claimed they couldnt get my truck in for at least a week....so it looks like Im stranded. I called Grand Prairie Ford and again explained my situation. Larry Davis, my service representative, checked with his supervisor and he said, Bring er in and well be happy to look at it for you. What a relief!!! They did a computer update and I was on my way. Needless to say, I am very appreciative of Grand Prairie Fords dedication to Ford customers and their prompt professional service to me. I RECOMMEND THEM WITHOUT RESERVATION!

UPDATE: This review finally moved the needle. I was contacted twice immediately after leaving it and my new hood was installed today. The new hood looks great, just wish it didn’t take 8 months. Better late than never!Terrible customer service after the sale! I bought a used car 7 months ago that had some corrosion on the hood. The repairs to the hood were rolled into the price of the car, so this is a service I PAID FOR UP FRONT and have yet to receive. I’ve made countless calls to my sales rep and the collision department and have gotten nowhere. I escalated the issue to the manager 6 days ago and haven’t heard back from him either. Maybe this review will trigger some action but I’m not holding my breath at this point. I’ll update the review whenever they get around to providing the service I paid for 7 months ago.

I went for my free oil change. This was ona Saturday morning. I took the 8:00 appointment. I really didnt think about that their would be a lot of people also going early for services to their vehicles. Even though I had an appointment it took me 2 hours for my oil change. Which was not bad since it was a Saturday. Everyone was super nice. Next time I think I will try my oil change during the week. One of the emotes said the wait time would be much better. I will most definitely be going back.

Grace is a very sweet girl. She seemed to know enough about what I was trying to get myself into and she made it happen. There is a chip shortage and every other dealership is not selling their vehicles at a good price. In fact west way Ford added on an extra 5k to the sticker for this 2021 platinum explorer. So we went to gp Ford and they got me exactly what I wanted and was able to actually take some $ off the sticker price and threw in some bells for me. Thank you grace!

Just bought a 2021 F250 Lariat. I traded in a 2018 F250 XLT. I applied 7k that was left over between what they gave and what I owed onto the new truck. Its a month and a half later and they wont even come close to what I owe on the truck I just bought. Im 13,000 upside down and now theres nothing I can do to get out of it. After reading other reviews I see Im in this situation thanks to their 10k markup and 3k warranty. Many other dealerships offer free warranty and dont mark up their vehicles so high. Do some research before you end up in my situation.

We were interested in a truck for 2 weeks; a 2021 Ford Ranger.The sales rep did well in pursuing a sale with us but after we reached an agreement on the number; and after WE GOT APPROVED FOR FINANCING… the sales manager told us “well sorry to say; but the price of this number that we just reached an agreement on is going up $2500 because we are not getting enough inventory in the next few months.”Needless to say the $33,500 Ranger was no longer even a competitive deal at $36000This is a perfect example of not only HOW to LOSE a Customer; but also how to build a cringeworthy poor reputation.

My wife dropped it off early Monday morning and the guy even told her it should not be any problems getting our car back quickly and yet we didn’t get our car back till mid day Friday. No loan car was offered and no phone call letting us know it would take longer to repair as my wife had to call in for updates. She was even told we could come get the car back even though it was not fixed to reschedule for another time after the car was sitting there for three days. No way we will be buying another Ford with service like this as it’s not right to be informed of timeframes for repair that obviously were not even close to being correct and then we have to call for updates when they keep your car. This place doesn’t care about any inconveniences they cause you and I know we will never go back to this Ford place.

Overall good experience. I went to have a tire replaced and they didn’t have it in stock. Wish they would have told me that before I showed up for my appointment.could have told me that over the phone. Appointment was quick though abs service department was so funny

Awesome experience. We worked with Gabe who was professional, easygoing, and thorough in getting us in and out. Finance department was a breeze. No hard selling at all in getting our f150 and at a payment we are happy with. We will be repeat customers for sure.Update: Well our new f150 got damaged in an accident so we took it back to GP ford since we had such a good experience buying the truck there. GP ford collision is just as good as the sales department. Truck was fixed to like new and they handled all the insurance issues and even helped set us up with our rental from enterprise. To top off their service they gave our truck back completely detailed inside and out. Outstanding!!!
