Brought a dirty car here after a long 2000+ miles trip. When I come by unannounced and have a quick Snapple while I wait I don’t expect the car to come out like some dude worked on it for five hours. For $13 they did an absolutely phenomenal job and much better than I could have done. God bless America and SuperShine Car Wash!

They do great work. However, I might start looking for other car washes due to the pricing of their wash and detail packages increasing as much as $10 to $20 from what they were for a long time starting on July 1, 2021. 4 stars for the detailed and clean work they do! Increase in the pricing was shocking when I visited in the first week of July though.

I would definitely encourage not to be under-staffed during rush-hour. Other than that everyone is very kind and diligent.

This is the most honest car wash I have ever used...they found $150.00 in my car and returned it to me. The service is magnificent and the staff is very professional. I love this car wash forever!

First off, they hardly vacuumed the inside of the car. First person came and started vacuuming for about 5 seconds then left, leaving the vacuum inside the car. 5 minutes later another person came and vacuumed for about 10 seconds and also left, leaving the vacuum in the back of the car. When I checked the car afterwards there was still dirt under the mats and on top. The back seats were hardly touched. The trunk still had dirt on the sides. Simply, no effort was made, even though I paid for the supreme wash. I had to come home and finish off what they didn’t do. Don’t think I will be coming back.

Took my very dirty SUV in and even though it didnt come out perfect, it sure was close! Theyve now done two of our vehicles to our great satisfaction. Well continue to bring our vehicles here.

My first visit here and the guy who attended to my car was not good. He didnt do a good job at all. I had to do some cleaning myself. And kind of expensive. Will make another visit someday,hopefully it would be better.

$20 car wash you would think when it was done it would look great. Unfortunately no it’s far from even being clean floor mats are in my seat not the floor. They didn’t vacuum the seats. Dash still had dust and dirt on it I had to ask the guy to use the towel to wipe it off my self. They do a better job with a cheaper wash 🤦🏼‍♀️outside looks good but I’m very disappointed about the inside

I had the best service here today. Jose, the detailing manager, was fantastic and upfront with me about additional cost due to the extent of the staining on my seats. 2 preschoolers with muddy shoes had done a number on them.The detail team worked and worked on the seats. I was so impressed by their dedication to doing the best job possible. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

The mgr Jose was very rude and condescending. Came in at 10am Sunday wanting to get seats shampooed...I have never had it done and was checking into it. He stated it would be 4 hr wait.. at which time I said oh no..okay, thanks. I was leaving and this is when he overstepped and proceeded to tell me nobody comes this late for that service and everybody knows you come early or you wont be able to get that done. Absolutely with a demeaning attitude. He could have just stated the time and I would have been fine but to act as if everyone lives and breathes car detail life was shocking to me. Like if I go to a restaurant and they said oh to get food you have to come when we open. Well okay... I thought you arrive during open hours!Anyway.. found another place close by that was professional and got me in immediately with great results.

When I 1st got there I waited in the car while workers sat and looked at me for 5 min. I was getting upset until a young came and stated they were on break. But at the end of the day...they did a good job!

My car inside still had dirt and needed wiping. The young lady drying my car wiped a little then walked away. I got a cloth and cleaned it. I kept my tip.

Theyve opened back up to full service again. They always do a good job but today the person doing the drying and detail after wash did an excellent job. If you decide to use them frequently suggest that you buy one of their packages. Pay for 4 and get 5 washes.

Very good car wash service. People here are very sincere with the cleaning tasks. Most of the workers are here for a long time. So, they usually know what you like. Tesla doesn’t recommend to wash car at automatic wash places. But, I do it here, because I am not the only Tesla owner who comes here. It stays very busy, so plan on being here for at least an hour if you are coming in for full service. This store is part of a lube oil change and car repair service. People there are very good as well.

This place is great. We are regular customers. They do a great job and most of the guys take pride in their work. Occasionally, they might overlook a spot or two but they are happy to go over anything you might point out.

Eh. Was ok

Come in because I needed a few minor stains treated in my car seats. The manager was honest about what could be done to remove the stains, efficient, friendly and kept the establishment very clean. I am very glad I found this location and will be bringing my car for regular washes here from now on!

I have used this place multiple times, but will not go there again. Their guy that washes the bugs off with a high pressure power washer put the wand about a quarter of an inch away from my bumper (I watched him through the window) and this is what happened. I guess it was too much trouble to use a soft bristle brush or wash mitt to get the bugs off. I will now have to tie up my car in the bodyshop for several days and be out $350 to $500 dollars to get the bumper repainted. This was the original paint from the factory, NOT A REPAINT. I had to wait until Nic the general manager got back from the bank, but got nothing but excuses. They did NOTHING to help me out.

Even though they cant wash the insides of my car they did run me in my car through the car wash drive through. It felt like a roller coaster. It was fun. Dried my car nicely. 🙂

I went here around 8 on a weekday before work and I got a special service car wash. The interior was vacuumed but I didnt really notice the exterior having Polish Wax, Sealer Wax, & Air Fragrance as mentioned in the description. In fact, I could see the exterior of my trunk actually somewhat rough. So Im not quite sure what happened. I wouldnt go here again. The service is quite quick though. If youre going here, I would recommend going with someone.

Amazing car service! Outstanding staff that acknowledges people individually and takes pride in detail. Very pleased with my SUV every time. Not a place that cuts corners and very much appreciated. Surveillance that gives that piece of mind. A business well ran from all perspectives.

Took my car to have it cleaned. Didnt vacuum anything but floor boards. And that was not complete. Seats not wiped down. Radio system was smeared. Asked fir new car scent. No scent was sprayed. Very poor care given in cleaning. Not worth the $16.99 or even the $2.00 discount for ladies day on Wednesday. If you use this place, inspect your car before you leave!

Ive had my car for just under a year and it turned 11 years old. This place has been the only car wash that I have taken my car to. After getting her wash, I get compliments on how good my car looks. My wife just got her new car and Ill be take her car in today for her first wash.Thank you super shine for help taking care of my families cars.

We got a clean car inside & out. We watched as the man hand dried almost every piece on the car. He even opened the back doors and wiped them clean. This is where I will be taking our cars from now on.

Went there for oil change and a wash...Got cheeted on oil job.. My engine light came on and read ( OIL) i pulled over not only was the oil dirty but a quart low. This other station said looked like they just drained enough to change the filter and of course forgot to fill it up... Poor place... I called supershine complaining... He said bring it back n Ill change it... I said i came 100 miles round trip on a washing experience... N decided to have your company change my oil... Are you willing to replace my oil and my gas... Phone went BLANK!!!

Come to get my Tahoe cleaned the vacuum guy told me.it would be $85 to clean and detail the inside and out wanted the carpet and seats washed but it was cold out so they wouldnt do it and I was ok with that Then the so called manager come and said it was 120 and walked away when I was already told it was $85. The guy wouldnt even honor it even after he told me he always charges 85 said he couldnt go against him since he was the Manager. Manager comes back after i asked if he could honor the price he gave me and said no he would do 110. I asked for the owner and he was not there. You shouldnt tell a customer one price and then raise it higher. And if it isnt the correct price given then the employee should be trained better to know that.

For the Price they dont do a bad job

Louis was an excellent representative for Super Shine. I told him I was getting ready to ship my car overseas and that it need to be cleaned thoroughly for the inspection. Louis did this and completed it very quickly. The inspection team at the VPC barely even looked at it because a first impression is everything. Thanks Super Shine and thanks Louis!!

I’ve not been pleased with my local wash after several chances & decided to try another place. I’ve gone to SuperShine Car Wash twice, & I’m impressed. The employees wee nice, & although very busy, they seem to have a cohesive group working well together for their customers. The washes have been really good & the wait is short. Although, their Royal Wash price is a little more than what I was paying at the other place; it’s definitely worth the increase 100x over. And I make sure to tip the washers for doing a great job. Definitely recommend!

I always enjoy getting my car washed here! The employees are pleasant, and do a great job. However, one of the things I like most about Supershine is that they hire Both high school and college students. It’s a wonderful feeling being greeted by current and former students who are happy to be at work which says a lot about the company. We stopped in this morning before our VPC appointment to ship our vehicle overseas. The manager was very friendly, and greeted us immediately. I explained why we were there and he was incredibly attentive to the work being completed on our vehicle. The guys did a wonderful job! Prior to giving me the all clear, the manager went over to check every detail, he noticed a small spot that had been missed (so small that ordinarily I wouldnt have even thought twice of it) but he insisted it was vacuumed thoroughly a second time to ensure we passed our inspection. Got over to our inspection, and it passed with flying colors. Id highly recommend this location to anyone! Thank you so much!!

Passed my VPC inspection with zero issues. Able to make all the signs of a 11-hour interstate drive disappear in under an hour. Great with pet hair issues as well!Friendly and very professional, staff members are great! Able to answer questions over the phone, and very courteous when dropping off.Opted for the Super Deluxe wash package, and it came with the interior and vacuum included. I even got $3 off because it was a Tuesday and I was a guy. Ladies get their discounts on Wednesday. What a really cool discount! I couldnt go for the free scent, but they had a great selection.

Ive been taking my car here for a few months now. I always get a basic exterior wash, nothing special, but they are always very friendly and professional. This week, I took my car in and two magnets Ive had on the back of my car for a while came off. They were able to find one, but not the other; I know its just a magnet, but it was very special to me (a support magnet for a loved ones PD). The gentleman who dried my car said if he was able to find it in the tracks he would save it for me. I called the very next day and, true to his word, he had found it and left it at the desk. I highly recommend this car wash, if for no other reason than their customer service and employees exhibit a true desire to help and make things right.

I came to this place upon reviews and I can say I’m very impressed. This is my 5th time I’ve been here and they do a great job! Not to mention as I’m waiting for my vehicle I hear a lady very loudly appraising a job they did on her car. 5+ star 😊

They do an alright job cleaning and handling the exterior of the car. I paid extra to give it an extra shine, clean the wheels, and to pay close attention to the interior. Unfortunately I didnt notice that those 3 areas were completely neglected until it was too late. I like giving places a second chance so I went back about a month later, but they pulled the same trick and now I can confidently say that I do not recommend this place unless youre getting the most basic service which you can do yourself for much less.

So this place is kind of far from me, and I usually go here when I know my car needs a serious detail and clean because their work is spot on. The guy who does the interiors always does a top notch job. Louis the manager has gone above and beyond to buff out some scratches on his own time free of charge. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. It is all positives from me. Thanks for always looking after my Camaro like I would guys!

Wednesday it’s suppose to be ladies day 3 off any package no special instructions I got the full service wash package the lady cashed me out and said “ I think it has to be one level up, I believe, let me call the person who’s in charge” she calls Luis on the speaker, within 10 seconds he goes in . I look at him and the kind lady says “ hey Luis it’s. It taking ladies off,” he says it has to be a 15.99 package or more I was barely going to tell him that it don’t specify and if at that can I change my 11.99 to 15.99 . But he was so firm with his decision and said “no discount if it’s not a wash of 15.99 or more, don’t do on no basic wash or full” the lady in cashier was so nice and attended my needs very well but Luis with that character makes people feel unwelcome ! I’ve came here plenty of times and I love the prices but most the work and I live 2 mins away so it benefits me .

They make sure your car is clean! I have two young kids and had just gotten back from a road trip to east Texas where my truck got covered in love bugs. They made sure my truck was spotless inside and out!

Awesome place, Jose and Luis have been there for over 30 years. This place has been taking care of my familys vehicles for 22 years now.

This has been my jam forever. My dad used to take us every sunday to watch the cars and we still go to this day just with our own vehicles.

Hard workers there .they do a fantastic job on the cars .just wish they had a big canopy over the cars when there drying them .this weather would kill a normal person. My hats off to the ladies and Gentlemen of the carwash .

I went in today paid $19.99. Car gets front 2 wheels in and they stop the machine. They are looking at my passenger side front tire. They turned my wheel into the right and turned the machine back on. My car proceeded through the wash and comes out on a complete flat rim to cement. I told the man driving to please stop or my rim would get bent. Keep in mind I take very good care of my car and my car isnt cheap. Nothing was wrong with my tires when it went in. If there was my censor would have been on. Long story short my tire had a huge slice mark on the inside of the tire and needed to be replaced. After going back and forth for an hour I was told by Nick to meet him at the tire shop on the corner at beltline and small hill. I do and when he drives off the worker at the tire shop tells me he only agreed to pay for a used tire. I called him and he told me he shouldnt even be paying anything cause it wasnt there fault.

This car wash will not accept 12.5 width tires and will deny you service. Im sure that they dont know the actual width of my tires to compare to their track, they must have just seen the tires as oversized and just said no.BUT if you have a vehicle with larger tires (as long as they are 12.5 wide) you should go to PARKWAY CAR WASH best and friendly service and learn you by name! Also better prices!!

Fast oil change n inspection. Decent car wash for 6$.

Took my truck to wash, which I’ve done many time before. The manager told me my truck was too big, but he was lying because I’ve took my truck here many times before and never had any issues. Since he said he couldn’t wash my truck he said he “washed” it with the water hose,but all he did was sprinkle water on it. He then proceeded to say that he couldn’t refund me my money because all the chemicals had been utilized. So in all, I simply wasted $30 to wait 1 hour so the manager could tell me that he couldn’t wash my truck. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially considering how unprofessional the manager is.

Update - Was contacted by the GM, Nick, regarding this review and he made a service offer to reconcile my 3-star experience. This is a bold and brave thing for him to contact a dissatisfied customer. Really admire him for reaching out to me. Changing my review to 4-star with the potential of 5-star if my return visit goes well.The work done on the detailed interior cleaning of my truck was excellent, but the estimate of 2-1/2 hours to complete it turned into 4 hours when they got busy and repeatedly left my truck aside to complete other tasks. They were just starting the work when I returned after more than two hours away. I highly recommend the final product, but caution that you might need to be prepared to leave your vehicle for a while.

Have been there four plus times and have not yet been disappointed. Vehicle comes out sparkling windows clean tires black and interior clean. So far very happy with the service.

Paid $200 for a full detail. Worst Ive seen on the painted surfaces. Didnt wash underneath the truck either. Spare tire and rear end housing very dirty (You could see it from the back). Windows were terrible. Interior parts wiped down with conditioner to look clean but they just wiped over dirt in hard to reach places. They did it twice but still looked bad. The guy who buffed the paint doesnt know how to buff correctly. The car wash service is ok but stay away from details there.
