If i could give the company a zero star I would. This company stereo types you. No dreads no facial hair. Are we there to work or to stand there to admire one another. No tattoos. Smh. The recruites pump your head up with nonsense and then boom no job. Dont waste your time

We had an 8:00 am appointment, we arrived at 7:30 am, got checked in and they didnt start unloading the truck until 10:30, and then they only went in and got a load about every 15 minutes, which I think is insane, why keep a driver tied up so long, get in and get the job done so we can move on.

Driver David Miller was great. Upbeat and very professional. Understood our shipping needs, and followed the packing slip to the T! He was very positive despite the rain and other delays. These guys are the best!

Just had one of their drivers deliver some stuff. The driver; Brian Copper was extremely unprofessional and blatantly rude. This company needs to hire “civilised” individuals who are capable of treating the customers with respect and train them better instead of having some monkey in a uniform driving a truck!

These guys couldnt deliver ice to an Eskimo. So, somehow, my shipment didnt make the truck from TN to TX...if they find it or figure anything out, they will let me know...In the meantime, my package happens to be a large cooling coil for an HVAC unit, and my customer is baking in this Texas heat. No updates available on their tracking site. Phone has the disconnected buzzing/beep. Website doesnt respond. What a joke of a company. If you have a choice, choose NOT to do business with these clowns.

Easy to navigate through. Personell is fast at getting HOD items. The clerks are great at locating freight as well. Overall one of the better run LTL facilities.

The overall experience from the yard its pretty okay.... the Wi-Fi in the break room can be way better, the restrooms and shower stay nasty, they only send maintenance people to clean restrooms in the morning which is unacceptable, the mechanics are decent, but it takes them all day to fix problems with your truck and sometimes it will carry over to the next day, but they do have very nice people that work there...

This is hands down the WORST delivery company I have ever dealt with. Pray you never have to deal with their customer service people. Avoid them at all costs.No one calls to tell you they are coming, no one calls to tell you they missed you.....oh and by the way you HAVE to be home to sign for it whether you know it or not AND they wont call you to tell you they missed you, they WONT call you to reschedule and they WONT let you pick it up.This is the THIRD time this has happened. I will be calling my warehouse and telling them to absolutely NEVER let this company deliver to me again.ABSOLUTELY horrible experiences with these guys

Not only has my order been sitting in their warehouse in GP since May 23rd, they now no show, now called on me today after I took the day off of work for my order to arrive. I was told my order was blocked on the truck by other deliveries and they need to reschedule me (after I called in waiting for 6 hours for my delivery).

Talk about top freight company and always scheduled on time.
