This was my 2nd year going to them for my taxes. They really made it easy for me since Im going through chemo and Im quarantined allot. Also once we got it all sent it out to less than a week to receive our refund which was more then we expected. I refer them want chance I get and I will be returning to them next year.

My experience was Ok, I Had to wait 7 hours for my turn and theres was hardly any people!!(like 4 people were ahead of us)But they had movies on and a restroom(Thankfully),but otherwise Its A Great place to file your income tax, but I greatly suggest To be there as soon as they opened other wise be ready to Wait a long long long time.

Yes this tax office had a rough few years and when they first open and when I went they had unprofessional people and were rude so I left. But then I went back because my family friends and people on Facebook were saying that it was the best and really recommended it so I went and they have great, caring, professional people and they gave me More money comparing to other tax companys in the area including H&R Block. H&R Block Was going to give me a thousand dollars less than what Maria have gave me. But Maria has always been nice and treated me like family when I walk in.I really do recommend this place and they have learned there lesson and is now a very good professional tax officeAnd yes I will go again next next year and the year after that so give this company a second chance like I did.

To start this lovely review off I got WAY more money back than doing it somewhere else. Thats because I’ve tried about 5 different places before M&T Tax Services. I am very blessed for all there hard work and knowledge they do for each individual. I highly recommend Jessica not just because she’s dedicated for what she does but she makes you feel as you were at your own house. Very pleased by her service and all the other gorgeous women there. Definitely going back this year!!

Such a scam, this lady Maria Roy and her daughter Linda Estrada fake your taxes up to the point that IRS audits you and ends up making you pay for their fault. Dont recommend and letting BBB know about their game. Also anyone can do their own taxes its fairly that easy, just cut out the middle man. Through donations I have reported to the IRS her tax scam and hope they press charges to the fullest extent.

They do whatever they want with your taxes. I had on my paperwork $5820 that i would receive and got $4400 because they did some mistakes. Mind you u worked the whole year and got 4 dependents. Worse place to do taxes. Do not go here. Go to hr block or reliable refund they actually try to help you. I had to pay them to get it fixed even though this place offered it for free. I would not recommend this place to no one.

They are very professional really care about their clients and are always there to help I highly recommend this place for everyone, M&T are the #1 place to go for any kind of paper work..

Professional? 🤣🤣Haha yeaaah... right. So professional that they have other places pointing out their mistakes & shaking their heads at the foolishness. Don’t go to this place unless you plan on staying with them. & also, don’t expect getting the maximum refund back, either. They don’t enter the facts. The number on your last pay stub WILL not match the number they put into the system. & nobody knows the number they’ve entered into the system but THEMSELVES!!.. you won’t be able to use turbo tax or any other online tax service website to file them yourself.. because you need the AGI number which is your Annual Gross Income.. (how much you made last year) & after four tries... of trying to enter the number she wrote on your paperwork & the actual number on your pay stub... you can get audited & have to mail your taxes in... which will take 6plus weeks!! ...... When you try reaching them, “oh the office is closed” “we’re working on the computers” “we’re busy” blah blah blah...*

I personally love being there, I love the atmosphere and the people. Thats why I will be returning as a tax consultant for my 3rd year.

Well to start off I should of goggle this place before I was going to hire them for service. After reading all of these reviews Im not surprised their reviews are low.I found their advertisement on facebook through a friend page she shared it. (I really wish I didnt open it) I called this place before heading out there for tax refund. No one ever answered the phone. I called Maria Roy personal phone number on the card provided on one of the pictures and I called the office. Just to see what time they closed and do I need appointment. When I walk in I was not greeted nor was I asked what service was I there for. I see all the girls behind their desk on their phones and one of them looked at me up and down looked the other way. I could not believe this was happening to me!! I spoke to the manger whom I told her I needed a refund for my taxes. She then picked up her personal phone and said in a rude voice hold on walked out with the personal call. I then looked at the other girls who were seating down they were giggling and talking about happy hour and how they were ready to get off. I was unattended and I did not get good service from these people. I walked out and not either one of the ladies asked they can help me it wasnt like if they were busy..their was no one in seating area. I went to H&R Block as soon as I walked in I was greeted fairly and was taking care of on the spot.I honestly think this tax service place is all family owned and its just for advertisement on Facebook. They do not take care of you good like they say they do. They lost my business I also shared this on Facebook.Friends of friends also shared it. This place is a scam I dont see how they can stay open if they let there customers walk away.If you are reading these reviews trust me dont waste your time with this tax place. I do not recommend you or your time. Please go somewhere where they accept your service.

Doniqua PortleyIm sure everyone here isnt bad and unethical, but Maria Roy was. My mothers experience here was very inappropriate, disappointing, and unprofessional. Maria Roy is cleary a scam artists with no moral integrity. My mother was set to get around $1,100 back. Maria took around $700 something dollars as a fee. It was never explained that the fee would be so high. When trying to contact her she ducked and dodged calls. She wouldnt be in the office, her employees would try calling her as well but no luck. Finally she answered a cell phone call. When asking her could she explain what happened, she yelled over the phone and was utterly rude. To add insult to injury, her husband then got on the phone and continued to curse my mother out and use foul language. We find it unethical that she discusses clients tax information with her husband, and lets him talk to her clients that way. The experience was horrible and distasteful. I highly advise this business to fire any person that displays behavior like Maria Roy did. Will never return to this place, back to H&R Block.

I dont recommend this place, lady named Maria did my parents taxes and messed them all up, had to make my parents call IRS (because she wouldn’t call IRS to try and find out any responds of what was going on) and had problems getting their check had to wait 6 months to get his check all because little mistakes, not even a discount did they get back... never again would they be going back to this place DONT WAIST YOUR TIME HERE

Terrible service, they put illegal expenses in your statement so that they give you more money but then you have problems with the ISR I do not recommend this establishment at all, they do not have anything professional sometimes or answer calls, better go to places where there are 100 % legal and then do not have problems, they take advantage of people who are uninformed about this tax issue, if there were 0 stars they would be given a terrible, terrible, terrible service!
