I’ve been to this barbershop on multiple occasions, and each time have been highly disappointed based on barber expertise and overall professionalism. I do not recommend. Prices are expensive, and quality is subpar to say the least.Kelli Marchman has to be the worst barber I’ve ever experienced. She was asked to do a simple “edge up” on my child’s hair and the results were horrible. The following day I needed to book another haircut because she did such a horrible job.This barbershop is supposedly one of the best in Dallas, but I’m not sure how that title was given. I have yet to see a barber with the ability or skills needed to hold that title.

I scheduled an appointment three hours prior to my appointment, I showed up waited for 45 minutes nobody ever spoke to me. Someone else who has a regular showed up after I did and got their haircut before anyone it even said a word to me. I never ended up getting my haircut, the barbershop closed while I was waiting. I would not recommend getting your haircut here at all, terrible experience

Its been a minute since theyve had a barber that could really blend their multi textured curls well. I have to give credit to Pedros scissor skills.

My husband and my sons(4 and 3yrs) got haircuts here for the first time and loved it. Kameron cut my husbands hair and DJ(Daniel) both my sons hair. And they look so good! They’re the official barber shop of the Cowboys and Mavericks for a reason! Those men in that shop are truly talented! Thanks for making my men look good! They’ll definitely be back!

Excellent customer service. I went in there originally to meet with a particular barber and he was 3 hours late. I DID NOT wait for him FYI I found another barber there within 10 minutes of me waiting and had a great experience. One thing I will not do is wait to get my hair done or get my sons hair cut if Im paying my hard earned money. Other than that all of the other barbers get a 5 star !

I had high Hopes for this barber, due to the fact that I heard so many good things about him...I contacted you the day before... you send me the information to book with you online... you send me another message stating that you confirmed my appointment at 9am....So why is it I get here no one is here, the doors are locked.When i tried to reach out to you twice, a text message and a phone call I get no response.Thats not good 😩😩

Absolutely no one at that barbershop respects your time. You can come in, be next in line for a cut, and then one of the barbers boys will come in and then you get booted. They dont know what an appointment is.The shop is also chaotic. There is a lot of turn-over of barbers, in and out of the shop.

Best barbershop in North Texas. Sipp the owner of the shop and Kevin Fire fades are some of the hardest working barbers around with trophies and awards to back it up. Ive been going here for 7 years with no complaints.

Ask for ORLANDO he can cut any type of hair he can do any type of bald fade in about 15 mins great with designs and bread trims he will get you in and out if you dont want to be in the chair for a hour just for a taper fade he is your man fast and clean and does a perfect job

The barber Rob has a homophobia problem and goes on the internet openly expressing his views about gay people, including that he believes they deserve to be bartered and beaten due to their lifestyle. I wish I could attach screenshots here but they’re on Yelp for anybody who needs proof. Beware... if the shop doesn’t support this type of behavior they should make that clear and let him go.

If you are looking for someone to disrespectfully not show up for appointments and someone who lacks the decency to offer an explanation, ask for Reggie. Extremely unprofessional.

I SADLY supported a shop that doesnt give back to the community nor the generations under. While getting a hair cut I observed a young brother not being the man and father he should be. The sad part is, no one in this shop chose to be a wise big homie and not to school this young brother... instead they made jokes and laughed about the situation. How do you condone lack of a child from there father and think something is cool about??? I felt bad I didnt speak up as a man and a father. The saddest part is how do you deny the greatness of your seed. Men are so hooked on themselves and ghetto fame that they would rather see THEIR HEIRS AND HEIRESSES die than to UPLIFT. One man cannot save the world but that man can contribute to the start.

Guess he dont know how to listen to directions well when i said just give me a fade and dont touch the top 🤦🏽‍♂️. Was a 5 now a 3. Thanks Shaun. Horrible haircut my 16 year old son got. Too top it off the barber charged him $30 and when confronted he said he though he was a grown man! He gave me $10 back and when I asked my husband how much they charge for kids he said $15. His haircut was so bad I came to Hair One in Arlington to get it fixed.
