We took our car here to be repaired as per the insurance. The car was not repairable and when we returned to pick up the car, after a week and a half, there was a Kia battery in the Saturn. We did not have the receipt from Wal-Mart to prove that we had recently purchased a new battery. Why would the battery be switched out? I have no idea. Please take photos of anything that can be switched out. The body shop manager argued that his technicians did not remove the battery. I can state with 100% clarity that there was not a Kia battery in that Saturn. Agree to disagree....no, someone is telling a tale and it is not us. No, the Kia battery did not work. We had to replace the battery in the Service King parking lot.
Had my wife’s car in for repairs in April after an uninsured motorist hit us and tried to run. After repairs were “completed” I went to check the work. The person I was looking over the car with argued with me after I pointed out ‘trash’ in the paint and where they had buffed the paint and clear coat down to the plastic bumper and misaligned body panels. They took another two weeks to supposedly fix it all. Fast forward a couple months, after I’ve completed a military move… the bumper kept popping out and scratches appearing all over where they did work. It’s in the shop again, in Florida to be fixed. Now they refuse to pay for the loaner, due to their subpar workmanship that needs to be redone. Hopefully all insurance companies drop them from being a preferred shop, the quality of work is just not there and the attitude of the staff when pointing out these discrepancies is nowhere near what it needs to be for customer satisfaction.
Leo handled my repairs with courteous friendly professionalism. He kept me informed with the schedule and progress throughout the process with timely updates by texts which included contact links. I never had to call to find out how things were going because I already knew every day. He even handled the return of my rental car. I didnt have to figure out a ride before or after my repairs because my rental was on premises. The repairs appear like new and blending with my 2014 truck old body panels looks flawless. I highly recommend Service King!
I have used Service King several times over the years for body and paint. They have always done an exceptional job. The techs are knowledgeable and everyone is very polite. They keep you well informed of the progress and have always finished before the scheduled finish date. I would recommend them to others for a job well done.

It has been a week since I have brought my car in for an estimated on my back bumper and have not heard anything back from them. The young lady took a few pictures and that was it.
They did a good job on our clients vehicle without delay.

First off, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, second they lied and I say overpriced my car.I took it in for front end work, they totaled my car non the less, they stated it was not drivable or able to be driven out or put back together, so I had to pay towing to get it out. They broke parts of my headlights, harness and lost my headlight cap to cover and keep my bulbs safe of water. They had already primed and repaired my fenders and hood after telling me can’t be done because it was totaled, or can’t be driven, they don’t return calls or get you the correct answers. I’ve called multiple times trying to find my missing expensive headlight cap and no one calls back not even the manger after speaking with him directly. This is my first and last time ever dealing with them.
They lost my booking information. Called me two days before my scheduled appt to book “again.” I can’t change my schedule to accommodate your poor scheduling. Will be going somewhere else.
Trash service, they didnt mount my fule lines, let my headlights disconnected.

Would not reccommend getting your car repaired here. Paint job on my car was done poorly. Rude service rep over the phone and in person. Beware they might put your car in the back of the property causing damage to your car!
This place is horrible. Went through insurance to use this place as a result of being rear ended. The first time I went to pick up my vehicle, the rim wasn’t repaired and the bumper was mis aligned and missing a plastic pieces — both of which are painfully obviously if you look at them, both part of the repair. They said they would fix it, so I left again in my rental. A week goes by and they call to tell me the rim came back from the repair shop and was still not fixed - so they send it back off again, I keep my rental. Another week goes by and they call and say it’s all ready. I go to pick it up and a new part of the wheel is broken, likely during installation, and the bumper is still missing the part and it’s still not aligned. It is literally off by a 1/4 of an inch between the left and right sides. No one actually looks at the repair job they complete here. They just “fix” and push it out the door. They are currently trying to repair my fender while I wait and have ordered the broken and missing parts. What an absolute joke of a business!
After we delivered the car fir body repair they kept us informed via text the timing of the repairs. The car war repaired and delivered on date promised. They took the time upon pickup to show us the repaired sections and discuss the areas we could not see. If I ever need body work in the future I will use Service King.
The only thing to not give five stars is the final clean.
Scheduled my truck for an insurance claim just to tell me they cant get Chevrolet parts and they dont work on Custom vehicles. They looked at it when they scheduled me to bring my truck back. Literally only lowered, not custom at all. Waste of time......... Its okay though took my truck to Iride auto spa. They are fixing it up for me. They are not scared to work on custom vehicles there.

Took my vehicle in for repairs 2 weeks later I got my vehicle back repairs looked good had to take it back due to a missed spot they took it in had it back out in less than 10 minutes. Now Im having trouble with the key turning the truck over or the remote start working. Passenger door rattles when I play music non of this happened before I took it into the service king.
I’ve used this Service King more times than I’d like to admit (6). All have been insurance claims can’t speak to “value”. The best thing they did for me was save a truck that could have been totaled (bent frame) when I couldn’t afford to replace it. It lasted another 10 years! Great work! Never had to come back. My wife (her 2019 Suburban) said the car repair was perfect and the car was super clean inside and out. I would, and have, recommended this Service King many time! A plus, Enterprise rental car is in the building.

They pay attention to the details. It was the day that I was supposed to pick up my car and they noticed that the paint on the bumper was a little darker than the rest of the car. They called me and paid for my rental a few more days until it was they matched the paint perfectly.

Great customer service. Everyone there seemed to be focused on taking care of the customers, which I can imagine is difficult, considering the amount of vehicles they tend to. They kept me informed every step of the way, which meant I never once had to call them wondering how thing were going. They couldn’t make it any easier.
I had my car towed to service king to repair the bottom skid plate that came out. The next day a representative from service king called me asking about additional damages on the car. I wasnt sure what he meant so I asked him for pictures of these additional damages. It turns out that my car was damaged in their possession. When I talked to the manager, they obviously would not admit to any damages on my car. I ended up bringing my car some place else immediately because they cant be trusted. Im not sure if this was done purposefully but I wont ever bring my car here again. Do not trust them with your vehicle!!
Everyone was super nice and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. Although they’re closed on the weekend, I was allowed to pick up my car. They went above and beyond what was expected on customer service.
Unmitigated disaster. Ive been dealing this issue for months. I cant stress enough how poor the customer service has been and how many times the ball was dropped in every way. Lets start with the shoddy work. I waited more than a month on work that was supposed to be competed in 10-14(according to their estimate). I immediately after left I noticed my vehicle smelled like paint. Inside. The next day I noticed the bumper detaching and I placed a call and was ask to bring it back. It was supposedly fixed. Ive brought the vehicle in to be serviced on 3 times and all these months later I still have not gotten the issues resolved. I would never recommend this business. I wish I could give them less than one star. Keep in mind Ive emailed and called everyone up to regional managers and this issue still persists.

I will not recommend this location to repair your car. Took car there back in Jan and car looked good when I picked it up in Feb but work not so much. I have had my car for over 4 years and I am sure I have pulled up over a parking bump many time but after they repaired my car (due to an auto accident not my fault), took car back for warrant check today 8/13 since bumper popping out and they said oh the warrant does not cover this since It appears I ran over a parking bumper. Which I don’t recall but could have happen. My issue is if they did the work on the repair to have my car appear the same as before it should not matter if I parked over a parking bumper since this was not an issue before I had the repair. So my conclusion is they did poor repair work and so I now have to pay to have the repair completed by another company. This is why I will not recommend this location. Not sure about the others. Never used them before and I hope to never have to use anyone every again.
After my accident Allstate advised that they partner with Service King. The Grand Prairie shop is near my home. I had used them many years ago so agreed to take my car there. I am more than pleased with the service. All of the staff were prompt, friendly and professional. The service advisor explained what was needed and a projected completion time. They were in contact with me by text daily advising of the process of repairs. My car was actually completed a day early. The repair work was completed to my satisfaction. My car actually looked so much better I almost didnt recognize it.I would recommend the Grand Prairie Service King on I-20 to anyone needing car repair.
David was absolutely wonderful! He followed up as he said he would with great customer service skills. Totally makes a business when they focus on customer relations! The work done was excellent and even washed and vacuumed our car.
The rear passenger door is scratched up. It was not like that before I took it their. I took pictures of my cat when the wreck happened and it was not scratched up. The guy that handled my car said the scratches where form the wreck, so why didnt you fix it then?? Bad business, I definitely recommend checking around somewhere else.

Ive had work done at this facility and always received great customer service and excellent work. I was especially impressed with service advisor, Mr. David. He was always very professional and very detailed in explaining as to what was needed to have my vehicles look great again. Keep up the great customer service and having a top notch professional like Mr. David.
I unfortunately waited over a month for the repair of my Jeep Wrangler. I was given a date and its was estimated to be ready for pick up on the 3rd. I called twice in the morning to confirm, no one answered. I left a voicemail as well, and no response. I called later that afternoon 2 hours before they would close. I was informed that I could pick up my car. That was allegedly supposed to be ready this day (Aug 3rd). I showed up and was told Its not ready I have waited over a month, the car was turned in on June 26th and its not even ready on Aug 3rd. Im sure they repair cars professionally, but time consideration is very unprofessional. Also, during repairs, the Jeep had been sitting for 2 weeks before they even began a diagnostic and repairs. The main delay was that they were having trouble connecting a fender flare light wiring, a light I connected to the battery myself, and Im not even a technician. Says a lot about how knowledgeable their employees are.

Absolutely incompetent company. Did an online estimate and set up the appointment. When I arrived, took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. They screwed up my reservation as through insurance when I clearly stated self-pay.They didnt have a copy of the estimate on file they sent me.Of course, when I told them what the initial estimate was, they said the initial estimate was way low and once they start repairs they cant stop and whatever it costs then I have to pay. Whether its $1,000 or $10,000. Almost threateningly she snapped this at me.They asked during my drop-off reservation if I wanted a car reservation and I said yes, but at the shop they said, Oh, youre supposed to reserve the car yourself. No offer to help further with that. Just threw up their hands and walked away. Avoid this wreck of a business at all costs.Follow up: To Service Kings credit, their customer service to follow up with a phone call after I filed a complaint and were very understanding. He did ask additional details about the situation to help avoid this problem in the future and offered to get me rescheduled, but I had already booked with another repair center.
We have brought all 3 of our cars to Service King for years and they have always done a great job
I was lucky enough to wreck my car 2 times over the summer. I brought it here both times since this is a preferred shop through my insurance. The 1st time went about how I expected it would go, everything was smooth I got updates and everything was right on schedule. The 2nd time things didnt go as smooth as the 1st time. I had to call constantly to get updates. Then something went wrong with getting a part which is understandable but again no update, I had to call. Overall the work seems to be of good quality and everyone was pretty friendly there. Definitely wasnt a terrible experience I just wish that they would have communicated better with me.

The only reason I’m giving to stars is because of how nice the workers were here. Otherwise it was an awful experience. They put the wrong logo on my truck and put a used taillight on my pickup that had condensation in it already. When I address the issues with them when I picked up my truck they said they would get it fixed and order the correct parts. Only to never get it taken care of. I’ve called them to see what the issue was only to be told they would call back and I have yet to receive a call. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here.

Beef fajita taco are good plenty of meat for price. The rice is a very small portion for $1.50 they could/should add a little more for the price point. I gave a 3 because the chicken tacos(I love chicken)have no flavor to them very bland and service is slow. I will say that they are busier on the weekends so that has a little to do with it. They have mixed up orders or forgot something in the order and corrected w/o issue they are friendly.

I chose this Service King because they are supposed to have great service. My experience here was a bad one and will never do business again with Service King again. They did not fix my vehicle correctly and had to get my insurance company to step in. The resolution was to take my car to another shop. The other shop repaired my car correctly and found a lot of mistakes that Service King made. Maybe other Service King’s are great but not this location. I would not recommend this location.

Not thrilled about the service here and definitely wouldnt get my car fixed here. Not that they were unfriendly, so-to-speak but definitely fishy. The Farmers insurance agent Ive been dealing with scheduled the appointment just for an estimate. I get a call from corporate saying they have me scheduled for repair. I called the actual Service King here and she didnt know what I was talking about. No appointment on the schedule. I talk to the guy who adjusts for Farmers there and he says no, youre not on the schedule but come on in and gave me an appointment time. Theres a sign on the front door that says due to all the hail, you cant get an estimate without an appointment. I show up on time and hes not with a customer, but it took a 25 minute wait for him to come out to take pictures of my car. I had been rear-ended. He didnt look underneath the car in his nice pants and the estimate was 30% lower than the estimate I received from a highly-rated, low cost shop by my house where they actually inspect the car. They only estimate by what they can see cosmetically and then probably jack up the price once your car is in the shop.

Trusted SK to fix my vehicle, gave them the keys on the 5th of November to receive my car today. All shiny and glossy, I did not notice that they left fender damage unrepaired.... Ridiculous you dont get paid 10K to do incomplete work. Deeply disappointed.
My wife had an accident in our brand new Buick due to someone running a red light. The vehicle was towed here and I decided to have the work done there since it was where the vehicle was towed. They honestly went above and beyond my expectations. Got the car back after a month and you can’t even tell it was in an accident and it still rides like a brand new car. On top of that Ruben Munoz called me every other day to let me know the progress they made. The only reason why it took so long to get the car back was the airbag components were on back order. I couldn’t have been happier with the work they have done. I would recommend this place to anybody I know.
First off, Service King needs to stack appointments in the mornings to be seen because theres absolutely no parking spots and people are almost getting into accidents having to drive in circles just to get in and out. I dropped my car off to be quoted and fixed and they told me they would have the quote guy call to update on whats going to be covered on the other persons insurance that hit my car. I specifically told them my tire was inflated and rotated to the front(I was hit on my rear and spun out into ditch). I called upset because the guy quoted me and didnt even bother to give me a courtesy call to discuss my situation in general and told me that my tire wasnt covered since it was in the front. They had me send pictures of accident to the insurance to verify after I had already told them that was the case. Fortunately I had it and it got covered otherwise it wouldnt have. My car was fixed within a week and they call to let me know it can be picked up, however it was in the afternoon on a friday and most people work, so when they told me I could get it Saturday I was ok. Problem is they didnt mention that it closed at noon on Saturday, and some of us work Saturdays as well, so we then had to wait til Monday. I get there on Monday right when it opens and Im waiting for 30 minutes and then they let me know that the new tire they replaced leaked out air and the mechanic will come and fix it, whos not even there yet but was told he comes pretty early. However not early enough to be there when its open. Well I wait for another 20 minutes and just requested that they call me when its ready as I had to drop off my kids at school. 15 minutes later they call to notify me. I come back and they give me my car with all the dirt and dust from the body shop. I asked if they can wash it but all they did was rinse it off, funny thing is my bf knew thats all they were going to do just by the vibes we were getting. His first job was also body/paint work and he said the shop he worked at would have never let them get away with how poorly clean and detailed it was. It doesnt rake long to clean wheels and tires and throw wax on the car. Guess thats just how chain body shops differ from privately owned ones.There was still dirt under the creases of my windows. Keep in mind I dropped/ picked up my car watching everyone elses vehicle come out really clean.There were still white marks and scuffs from the white truck that hit me on my black SUV and like I said before the person who quoted my car did not let me know in detail what was going to be covered. So overall, was happy with the paint/body work that was done, and matching was perfect. Alignment fixed as well, so kudos to those guys. Its just the extra things that need to be worked on, the finer details and customer service from those discussing what will take place.
I had my car serviced over 3 months ago.Couple of days after I picked up, I noticed the alignment was not done. Called, called, called and called trying to speak to the rep who was handling my claim. He said he would call me back after looking into file. Another week or so went by. Still no call. Called again, got transferred to his vm evey time. Finally called 1800# to complain, my call was answered at another location. They took my information down, the Grand Prairie manager was supposed to call me. He eventually did, my car was supposed to be picked up at my job place to be taken in for the alignment. STILL HAS NOT HAPPENED. It has well been a month since that call. Called again, he is never available to take my call, actually has no voice mail either. Every time I call a message is taken. But no one ever calls me.Have talked to some friends and co workers, theyve all had bad experiences with cheap work and problems such as mine. I guess I should have done my research before taking my car in. Im following up with my insurance for them to help me, or find someone to repair it. Since they recommended me to Service King.Overall poor service, and poor choice on my part.
I have sevral vehicles worked on, over the years I have use different locations . The result has always been prefect . Easy to work with staff, and I was always kept in the loop on the progression of my repairs. More companies should mimic or adopt this business model
I got here for only an estimate and I did not feel like the service is good here and will not take my car to get repaired here for several reasons. There is a lot of bad reviews for this place. The man name Chris showed up later than expected for the appointment which I fell asleep upon waiting for him. He walked up to my car knocked on my glass to hurry me along cause he did not want his laptop wet during that cold rainy day which is understandable (if its coming out of his pocket of coarse.) The awning is always filled with cars coming in and out to where I could not pull in for an estimate and have to wait. The employees sitting at the front did not greet me upon arrival. I was not offered any coffee or beverages. Being told that I had to do my research before filing a claim made me feel the whole insurance claim ordeal to be nothing but a headache and only got $130 check for the repair through the insurance I am with. There was a lot of misunderstanding about certain suggestions behind the rusty humor and I can tell he did not want to say more than expected which there is something hidden. I also had to wait for about ten minutes just to have someone move their truck out of the way to get outta there. Good thing I can say is that I was offered to go inside to have a seat so my butt dont shiver standing in the cold rain. Other than that I chose not to get my car fixed here thanks for the reviews for this place.

Great service and repair. I was hit by a texting driver while pregnant, and a year later the same car was hit by a drunk driver whilst parked outside. Each time Service King took great care of my Soul, and kept me updated on progress. Great job!!!
The employees were very professional and kind. The service to see me initially and to complete the work on my car were completed very quickly. They informed me of the work as it was being completed providing me with details of the work as it was done. Very good experience.
Car was dropped off at Service King Collision on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm for a minor fender repair. I was happy to get my car back the following Thursday at 3:30 pm and they even cleaned and detailed the car. I would recommend them for great customer service, quality of work, and speedy repair.
I would never recommend Service King and advise anyone thinking about taking their vehicle there to go somewhere else. Ive had my car repaired here twice and both times I have had problems with the repairs! The first time they replace my front bumper and the lower grill was cracked and the paint job was done poorly as it had residue that required sanding. Not to mention that I received my car back with a new dent from what looks like a door hit it. The insurance adjuster told me to go back and have them repair these issues and I received the worst customer service. The person that looked at my car treated me like I had just offended his mother by being present and told me someone would give me a call back to fix the issue. Never received a call. The second time I received my car after repairs there was still a tear in the fabric in the wheel well and the steering was stiff and my wheel squeaked when I turned. I called the person that handled my repairs about this, and left a few messages but never got a response. I had to go to a different service shop to had these issues fixed as it made driving the vehicle difficult. Never have I been so unhappy with any business, and Im the kind of person that will not complain if my order is wrong at a restaurant or cafe.

I don’t believe I can adequately convey the depth of my disappointment with Service King, with Trent, with Kellen (or Keller or whatever the name of the young man who delivered my truck), and with David. I brought a truck to Service King about 8 years ago and received stellar service and workmanship. Sadly, that cant be said about this recent experience. My truck was brought in on Sept 10 with damage to the driver’s door, wheel, and fender. You quoted an expected delivery date of Sept 26. Of course, this was after it finally got on the docket on Tuesday, Sept 13, due to your Saturday tech not knowing how to properly intake a car, despite the fact that I asked him twice if I needed to fill out any paperwork or sign anything. And, despite the interaction I had with the very rude Christina who tried to place the blame on ME for not having paperwork filled out that I was never given. So, initial time estimate was 13 days, or two weeks.Once that was taken care of you committed to staying in contact with me and, at first, that happened fairly regularly. Until that first missed delivery date of Sept 26. Then I had to call you. And your “reason” was that you needed a part for the door. And then it didn’t deliver on time. And then you needed to figure out how to install it. Finally, you called, only to tell me you were going on vacation and that Trent would be covering for you, but that my truck would be ready by Friday, Sept 30 “for sure” (direct quote from your voice mail). Fine.After I didn’t hear from Trent on Monday, I called him on Tuesday. I related my story and he said you were WAITING ON A PART? WHAT. THE. HELL? I told him I expected daily updates and he refused to commit to that (although, to his credit, he did actually follow through with the requested updates, such as they were, on Wednesday and Thursday). When he does call on Friday to tell me my truck is ready to go he says they’re “giving it a bath.”Finally, I get a call that my truck is ready. I go to pick it up and Kellen (or Keller or whatever his name is) brings my truck up and invites me out to inspect it. Yes, the door, wheel, and fender look fine and I can see that in an instant. I say, “Fine,” and seems surprised at the quick once-over and I say, “Yeah, it was only the door, wheel, and fender, which is why I’m flabbergasted that it took a month to fix that.” He says, “That does seem like a long time” and, once we’re back inside he looks over the repairs and then says, “Oh, I guess we just replaced all this other stuff for the fun of it, because we do that, you know.” WHAT? I didn’t even respond to the little snot-nosed brat, because I was so disgustingly disappointed with my experience all I wanted to do was get out of there and, honestly, I was afraid if I said anything he’d comment back with some other snotty thing and I’d have to punch in his little hipster face.As I pulled out of the drive, I was greeted with the filmy, hazy, Vaseline-looking smears all over my windshield, mirrors, and door windows. Yeah, so much for that bath. I had to stop at a gas station just to clean my windows! As I was putting away things I had taken with me during the FULL MONTH I was without my truck, I noticed that some things I keep in the glove box were in the front seat storage and vice versa. What the bloody hell were your techs doing rummaging around in my glove box? I can’t imagine anything in there that had to do with the driver’s side door. And, then, imagine my joy when I got home and saw that your techs used the bed of my truck as a trashcan/ashtray. Also, I had inadvertently left a DVD of mine in the driver’s door. At some point it was obviously left out in the rain or something as it is now waterlogged. Nice. But, the cherry on top, the best thing overall, is that my back windows now don’t operate. Isn’t that lovely? So, either the part you waited TWO WEEKS for either doesn’t work or wasn’t installed properly. So, now I have to come back and subject myself to your “services” again. Yeah, I’m thrilled about that, David. Perfectly thrilled.

My customer service guy was Carlos & he kept me completely updated with status of my repairs. Even when insurance was not cooperating SKCR stepped up and got the repairs started immediately. Repairs were professional grade and I was impressed with the exterior detail job done on my truck. Thanks SKCR/Carlos!
Did a good job of keeping me filled in on the repair status. Had the rear bumper and tail light assembly replaced in a day and a half, with a garage full of other cars. Brent was helpful, and even put my lug covers back on that I had sitting inside the cabin.

I was updated almost every other day either via phone call or text message about the status of my car. I even got my car back one week earlier than expected. The service was superb.
I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from this location. My car has been in the shop since about 01/16/2017. It is now almost March 2017. I can never reach my service adviser. I leave messages and never get a return phone call back. I have to keep calling until someone locates him. Every time I ask about my car, he can never give me an update. The only update I received was my front and back bumper arrived.I received a phone call from my insurance company on 02/23/2017 asking me have I heard anything about my car because they had been waiting on photos and paperwork since 02/13/2017. When my car was brought in originally, the insurance company provided Service King with a check on 01/23/2017. This check was only for part of the damage. I informed Service King about the other issues when my car was brought in. No action was ever taken. Upon speaking to my adviser, he said he did not know of anything else. I stated once again about the damage to my wheels and told him that I talked to him about this more than once. He told me it was fine because he had drove it in the parking lot. I told him there was something wrong with the wheels and it needed to be driven on the street in order for him to see what was wrong. I also told him theres no way it could be driving fine because the rim is also bent He told me he would look into and get back with me. I have yet to hear back from him and that was in January and February. I called Service Kings on 02/23/2017 and asked for the manager. He was in a meeting with Geico off the premises. The lady I spoke to said she was the next in charge. I told her my situation. She said she would look into it and call me by 2 pm that day. She was also to leave a message for the store manager. Today is 02/27/2017 and I never received a phone call back on 02/23/2017 or a call from the manager.Also they want to spot paint my car. My car has a pearl white paint that is 12 years old. They want to apply a new pearl white against the old paint. That will be two different colors. I told them I was not going to pay for a spotted paint job on my car. Once again, they were going to look into it and call me back. It didnt happen.I have used this particular Service King in the past and had excellent service. Never have I had an experience like this before. I am so disappointed and upset and on top of that I did not get a rental because I thought it would have been out by now. I live four hours away. I was in the area when I had my accident. Now I have to get a rental because I have no way to get around.I will never use this Service King location again. Poor customer service and no follow ups on anything they are supposed to do.I will update on the outcome of my car. Wish me luck and hopefully I will be driving again soon.
Service King Repair vist went great Daniel Hernandez gave me a finish date. Iwas really impress of the amount of work thats was needed and complete at timely manner. Glad i did not get the run around. Will sure be returning. Daniel Hernandez went above and beyond and shine up vehicle at pickup. Great Job
Horrible experience, took almost a full month to get my car back.. I would rather take my business to (CALIBER COLLISION).. They have way better customer service.. Chris with Geico is a JOKE! He was supposed to be there to facilitate my experience I personally think he made it worse.. Everyone that works there is mediocre at BEST.I came to service King to fix my car that Ive just been rear ended in.. 3 weeks later I get my car which the tail gate STILL does not work.. The paint does not even match and there is texture.. I take it back and finally get my car back, fully functional. Texture still there.Service King? NOT! Talk about false advertising..Seriously, take your business elsewhere..

My experience was excellent in every way! The customer service was amazing, and they even repaired my vehicle and had it looking all new a couple of days before it was expected to be finished. I highly recommend Service King!
I took my car to service king back in July 2016 to repair a small rear bumper dent and some scratches. I had a feeling, by the way they talked thru the estimate, that they were a bunch of crooks but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They told me they needed to chexk the rear frame for damage. I told them it was a scratch and a small dent from hitting my mailbox. The guy who was looking at the car kept insisting and he even said he used to be an insurance inspector and that he knew better.I kept getting messages that they took longer than planned because they were busy. Then because the paint job was not done well. They even said they ran out of paint. Finally when I got my car the bumper looked a bit misaligned. They said that was the way it is. I trusted them. Before leaving I noticed they scratched my rear window tint and complained. They made me go fix it and bring them the receipt which they paid for it. Anyway, last week someone scratched my bumper at work and took mt car today to another shop. They just called me to ask me/tell me they have found my bumper was refurbished and that a bracket that goes along the edge from the frame was not repaired or replaced well. The new estimator suggests that is the reason it looked a bit misaligned. Poor repairs and a bunch of lies and excuses.This just made me feel confident that Service King in Grand Prairie is just a place to go get ripped off.Update: I never expected a phone call and follow up to this review. The manager called me to inquire and he took the time to go and see my vehicle. Just for the effort I am updating this report.

I got my car fixed here after having my accident and they did an AMAZING job! I was really worried that my car would look like 2 different cars since most of my front end needed to be replaced but you cant even tell the difference. And everyone that worked there was super nice and kept me updated on everything going on with my car. They did not treat me like I was some stupid girl who didnt know anything about cars which is something that is super hard to find! I am very happy with the work that was done on my car and the price! :)
I scheduled an appointment to take my car in to get an adjustment for my hail damage. They gave it back to me with a bunch of chalk marks still on it and on top of that I never received an estimate. I called several times and every time I did I got the run around and was promised that my advisor would give me a call when he was back in the office. Never received a call and never once did anyone at this location take ownership of my problem at hand. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ended up having to take my car to another service king to get adjustment done.
