Quick story: I dropped of my charger at 12:00. The motors ticking, three random mechanics (I meet a lot of people) diagnose it as a lifter or roller arm. These gentlemen take it in, and in 4 hours call me. Its done. I can go back to work. Sure enough, no more ticking. Even better, they charged me literally 5-10% what Big names like Christian Bros and a few others were trying to quote me. These guys are honest, fast, and truly good at what they do. Going back all the time.

I literally just called for an estimate and the man that answered was so rude. Just annoyed with me asking questions apparently. Im sorry I dont just pick a mechanic to fix my vehicles. Martin you are rude and I hope you fix cars better than you do your attitude. I honestly believe you paid for all your good reviews. Just unbelievable that you would treat potential customers like that.

Martin runs a great business. Replaced the AC Evaporator on a Toyota FJ Cruiser (VERY labor intensive - 2 days) and his guys did a fantastic job and the price was extremely reasonable. He thoroughly explained everything to me and showed me where the leak was and what was required to fix it. Super nice guy on top of it all! This is my go-to repair shop from now on! HIGHLY recommended!

Got the car towed there for diagnosis after breaking down on me, told me it was the spark plug, coil, and battery. Once I got there I told him I would replace the battery at home as I already have a battery but my father in law did not want them to put it in. I called him and told him I’d come up for the spark plug and coil, he disconnected my battery without me asking him to, he said only one spark plug was OUT when it was indeed broken off and probably inside my piston and could cause my engine to stop. My starter was also burning and he told me that he would indeed start it EVERYTIME he worked on it. I asked for a diagnosis so it should’ve only been jumped once, to diagnose. Charged me $60 to be told about a spark plug, and a coil, and a battery. He then told me that I could leave it at the shop and get the parts the next day for him, he then tells me I need to tow my car off the property that night. So I show up with my tow guy, and he locked my keys away, I texted him as he said he did not want the car any more on his property, asking why he would take my keys and lock all my doors, and he said he didn’t mean to. So jump to this morning, my tow guy gets there to tow it, and they say they don’t have the keys! Do not go here. The tow company says they have issues with this guy all the time and he screws people over all the time! Don’t let the good reviews fool you like they did me. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and is just money hungry.

Traveling to the area to move my college student into an apartment @ 3pm on a Friday afternoon ....my water-pump goes out on 2015 F150. Went to the ford dealership & they wouldn’t look at it till Monday. Started calling around looking for someone that would replace the pump so that I could get back on the road. Called at least 10 shops & they all refused. When I called Ruben’s & told them what my problem was, he said that he would call the parts house & check parts & call me right back. Based on the other responses I had, that was encouraging, but I really didn’t expect to here back from them. He called me back in less than 5 min. Saying that they would have the pump delivered by the time I got there & would stay late, if needed to get me fixed up. I got there & they went right to work. They were kind, respectful & very accommodating. They did a fine job at a very fair price, especially considering that they could have easily refused or taken advantage financially of my circumstances. Top notch! I would highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an amazing experience!! I was googling mechanics in the Grand Prairie area and came across this place and was satisfied with the reviews I read. When anything goes wrong with your vehicle you always want to be able to take it somewhere where they are honest and not trying to get over on you financially. I took my Jeep Wrangler here because it was running hot and was leaking fluid. When I got there I was immediately greeted and asked what was going on, this was a Friday afternoon/evening. I explained what was happening, and also told him randomly that my driver door handle no longer opened my door and if he got whatever was going on with my car overheating I would bring it back to get the door repaired. The next morning he called and explained that I needed a new radiator and that it could be fixed and ready to go by the afternoon. My heart sank because I thought the price was going to be outrageous, but when he told me the price I was ecstatic. He then called me a few hours later and told me my jeep was ready to go, and that he also had fixed the door handle for me!! I didn’t even ask him to do that but was grateful that he did! I would recommend this shop to any and everyone and he will get more business from me in the future!

Im very happy that I did!Martin is the gentleman that assisted me and he is a very humble and honest man.1. He DID NOT charge me to look at my vehicle and give me a diagnosis, which was spot on!2. He informed me that my upper control arms have a lifetime warranty and should be evenly exchanged at my parts store. He was correct!3. He allowed me to exchange and provide my warrantied struts and control arms.4. Made the repairs the same day.5. I would highly recommend this shop the next time you need some car work done! I was given a list of things that “needed” to be done just to get my car on the road again at another shop that would have cost me $3000. Brought it here and all they had to do was change the spark plugs and boots which brought the cost down to $160 and my car is now driving better than it has for the past year. They are really nice seem like they want to help get you back in your car and not about running up a big bill.

This place is amazing!I had the rear passenger wheel bearing go out on my car so I searched around to find a mechanic and they all wanted $250 - $650 to fix it. I remembered that I had a passenger (I drive for Lyft) who recommended them after she had her own car there. I called them up and they said they could get it done for $100 labor plus the part.In the end, I dropped my car off at about 4pm on Friday and picked it up fixed on Saturday morning and they only charged me about $160!!I dealt with Martin and he was very courteous and professional.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a mechanic!!!

The first time I visited this mechanic shop was in March this year. Visiting my daughters from out of state. My Buick developed a leak and was overheating. They diagnosed it for free and fix the problem. Not only did they fix the problem they charge me less money than they quoted me when I came to pick it up. Way cool. I didnt realize that place had a 5-star rating. Return to Texas revisiting my daughters in August. My wifes Tahoe started making a noise in the transmission, once again they diagnose the problem for free and turned out only to be the starter. I would highly recommend this company do anybody in need of auto repair. If i could i rate this even higher 5.

Rubén & Martin are very honest humble men. They fixed the A/C in my car in less than 2 days and gave me a discount on the parts aswell. I am very pleased with the the work and will continue to give them my business. 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone that needs car repair.

I had an issue with power to a window that I took to another local repair shop. The other shop quoted me $500+ to fix the issue. I took it to Ruben’s and he found that the connection for the power inside the door had been disconnected. That was it, just needed to be plugged back in. He fixed it, put my door back together and told me it would be no charge. I of course made him charge me for at least an hour of labor, but this is what an honest mechanic looks like. It went from $500+ to $65. I will definitely be going back.

I finally found my favorite local auto repair place! I took my car to Rubens after Christian Brothers in Bedford quoted me $900 to fix my idler pulley bolt, apparently it was broken off in the mount. They told me they needed to remove the alternator and the axle (yikes). Luckily I called around, and Martin (who is awesome!) instantly knew what I was talking about, and told me they could take care of me no problem. In only one day they had my car repaired and for less than a 1/4 of what I was originally quoted by Christian Brothers (and no need to remove the axle). As long as I live in the DFW metroplex, I will never take my car anywhere else again.

I found this place as other business have become unreliable. They were up front about possible costs of repair and gave me confidence to use them. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and charged no more than what was quoted. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to others. Praying for financial increase for this business.

Traveling through DFW on way to family Reunion (100+ degree temps and a large elderly lab) and we broke down at 3 pm on a Friday evening. We had vehicle towed here and they had us back on the road within 30 min! It was a minor repair (battery cable connector replaced) but the most shocking surprise is he said we owed him nothing! They stopped what they were doing and repaired our vehicle so quickly! There was no way we would not have left without compensating these amazing mechanics! God Bless these good men. I would definitely refer this repair shop to everyone. Wished I lived closer to this shop! Wish I could give them 10 stars!

The AC for my Saturn was not working, Everyone said the compressor was defective. Martin from Rubens said the valve from high and low was defective, saved some money on the repair. Still working fine.

My Pontiac was leaking water inside the car. Martin said the leak was coming from the condenser. Martin said the line needed to be cleared. Problem persist, they looked at it and attempted the repair a 2nd time but have not been able to repair. They still charged and feel it can’t be repaired.
