I came in for my 93 Honda Accord, needed gaskets and and tune up. Everybody there was very nice and laid back but also professional. Didn’t expect my car to to finished that fast but they were super quick with the repairs. I definitely recommend this place!

As with most state inspection agencies, they scam and lie to make a buck. If they tell you your gas cap and wipers are bad I can guarantee they have no proof of it, those are just the things they sell to make a buck. Upcharging simply because they hold the power to sign off on an inspection. Stay away, theyre uneducated and have very poor integrity.

STAY AWAY!! Verify what oil package you will get before they put oil in your car! They will charge you for the most expensive, without asking you! The container was labeled Penzoil oil instead of what I was charged Valvoline Synthetic!! The owner gets attitude when you don’t accept their attempts of up selling, be careful. The owner didn’t have an answer when questioned about the oil package THEY chose to charge me for, instead of me picking an option myself. BE AWARE of the type of oil and the correct package !! I will not return!

I came here for an oil change, and clearly saw the so called mechanic put oil from a different labeled container that didn’t say synthetic. He didn’t even ask me about the different synthetic options and went ahead and charged me for the most expensive one. STAY AWAY, I told owner that it is misleading, and he said he would put the correct label on container. Owner is very sketchy, I will not return ever!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not come here! Had a horrible experience at this location. Came in for a state inspection and car failed due to wind shield wipers. Since I refused to purchase the ones the sold, they gave me a hard time passing it. I came back after 30 min and was refused service as the owner was on break. They kept saying come back tmmrw. I finally called the owner and requested it be resolved before I called the state inspector general. He then said I need to stop complaining about 25 dollars. It’s not the money, it’s how unethical this place treated me.

I was given a $60 estimate for synthetic, so my wife & I sat in your vehicle to be covid safe. the manager comes up to the window & leaned in without a mask trying to talk to my wife. I had to ask him to please step back & where his mask was? His answer. Its too hot out here for a mask.??? long story short. I was charged 80 bucks and given no invoice to show exactly what I was paying extra for. We just left. Stay away from this place.

I came in around the time that they opened for a routine oil change and was in and out in no time! The employee that helped me was very personable and helpful. I just moved to the area and it was my first time at this location, and I definitely liked it more than the others I’ve been to!

If your a woman forget coming here my husband use to come here for 3 year for an oil change and told me to come. So I did, tell me why they were charging me double what my husband pays thinking I didn’t know what the difference in oil change is. Once I told my husband he stopped going there too. Absolutely bad service and over change for everything.Here is thing. I cant start my car this morning just because this shop is walk 2 mins from the grocery store where my car was. And I went ask for the help. a mechanic came and have a look but my car still not move. And then the boss come and told me my car need toll to his shop and check. I said ok. And he said he will notice me the price before start check car. And then I went home. When I received his messages he said they already check the car it is a atarer problem and he asked 650 to replace the starter. but if I dont want fixed it will 179 for tolling and dignoses the car. I didnt fix here do pay the money. The attitude of the boss and the way he charge was too high. I did feel is a scam and really too worse.Another bad experience for cars in U.S A.

The Manager was unprofessional. He said my Oil change would be 43$ and the Air filter would be 27$. Tell me how I ended up paying 116$...It’s all good Small shops will always try to make a extra $ off of you. Make sure you know the prices on these items before you let them do any work on your vehicle. You can buy everything yourself for cheaper at autozone. They are rip off’s.

I love these guys and heres why: Best oil/products quality in Grand Prairie. Best services and repairs at very fair prices and they actually really check 21 or 27 points (cant remember) every time to ensure my car is in good shape or if it needs a service to keep my engine running clean longer. Even though I google the job and the price they quoted me each time (Ive been burned before with other mechanics), their prices are always the best and most importantly they give me 1 YEAR WRITTEN WARRANTY ON THE LABOR NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! I DONT EVEN GET THAT FROM THE DEALER. Akram the owner is the coolest and funniest man to do business with.

My fiance got an oil change in October, this Friday her oil filter fell off from it not being secured properly nearly causing a catastrophic engine failure and wreck from oil spillage. After speaking with the staff we were told there was nothing they could do and refused a refund. Also they dont use vehicle specific oil filters they use a universal fit which probably the cause of it being unable to be secured properly. Buyer beware! Photos were taken of oil spray covering the rear bumper and under carriage of the vehicle. Never will go again considering legal action if permanent damage present once the vehicle is inspected.

They then proceeded to take apart my car and find problems, by the time I left they took all of the money I had to my name and my car was running worse than it was before I brought it to them. Bigest mistake i made taking my DURAMAX Diesel truck,they used recycled oil on my truck which luckily i saw them poring it in my engine before i payed, they also tried charging me for a fuel filter which i did agree for them to replaced but never got done, and the manager kept trying to convince me he had used Delo oil that i had asked for to start and they dont even carry that oil,will never return to this location.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I called before going and was told they only had 1 car. I drive 15 minutes over there and then wait 1 HOUR! for an oil change. The sign even says 10 minute oil change. This is the worst service ever! Better make sure you have plenty of time to sit around and wait.

I took my car here for a vehicle inspection. The owner and manager Akram Harb is a complete scam artist. He told me that my brakes were too worn to pass the stop test, hoping to sell me a brake job. Growing up working on cars I knew there was absolutely nothing wrong with my brakes, as I had replaced them recently and they were very solid. He quickly realized he wasnt going to pull a fast one on me and then changed his story to he didnt like the way the brake pedal felt and he would not pass my car. I then took it to a Mitsubishi dealer for a brake inspection. They told me that my brakes were in great condition and there was no reason for him to fail my car, they also told me they should not have charged me for the inspection until my car had passed. I took the Mitsubishi report back and asked for a refund for the failed inspection, which of course they refused. I ended up having to get my money back through my credit card company. Do NOT do business with this place unless you want to get scammed and sold services you dont need. personally I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place.

STAY AWAY!! The owner is a crook that is only concerned with up-selling. They broke my oil plug inside the hole and said nothing. I took my car to a different place for an oil change and refused to touch it because the previous service location (Kwik kar) had damaged it so badly and put a bunch of stuff around the plug to prevent leaking in an attempt cover the damage. When I returned the owner called the police on me saying I threatened him. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!

The Manager actually THREW PAPERS and KEYS at me!!!! I went to get a routine state inspection completed on my 2017 Toyota Camry. I waited for about 45 minutes since the technician who completed inspections was running late. When he, Akram Harb, arrived, he took my keys and insurance and left to complete the inspection. However, approximately 5 minutes later, Akram informed me that my vehicle would fail the inspection because the windshield wiper blade didn’t work properly. I could not comprehend how a broken windshield wiper correlated to emissions and asked Akram to show me how and why my vehicle did not meet state standards. He stated hold on, he came back after 5 minutes or so, he showed me where the blade had separated from the windshield wiper mount, about a half an inch. While I found this to be odd, since i take my vehicle to the dealership for regular maintenance, I thought quickly to resolve the issue informing Akram that I would go to a nearby store and purchase new blades. After informing Akram of, what I thought was a solution to the windshield wiper issue, he snidely stated to me “you need to speak English as if to imply I was speaking a foreign language. English is my only language. Nonetheless, I repeated my sentiments clearer and louder, assuming he did not understand what I stated, to which he responded by informing me that I could not purchase new blades, that he was going to fail my vehicle, and I would need purchase new blades. Knowing that this location closed at 2pm I wanted to hurry to the auto store to quickly return, and still being confused about the failed inspection I called my father to explain my failed inspection. During my phone call, Akram should have been cashing me out, but he began interrupting my personal call with my father, his voice growing louder and more intimidating. On the phone my father suggested that I get the new blades but not return to this location as he could hear Akram yelling at me, at this point. I agreed with my father, however not verbally because I was growing fearful of Akram. I cannot state why Akram became increasingly agitated. Once he completed my transaction, he threw my paperwork and keys at me, which all landed on the floor. He proceeded to kick my keys and chest bump me! My father was now yelling on my end of the phone as Im loudly telling him whats happening between Akram and myself. Not only is this disrespectful and poor customer service, it is verbal and physical assault, by a representative of Kwik Lube. I am giving you a chance to address this adequately before I inform the police and news stations. Camera footage will support what I have shared.Its not safe to go to this place without a man accompanying you, and women shouldnt have to operate under this level of fear particularly for a regular vehicle inspection.They deserve 0 stars

I purchased an inspection Groupon and had my inspection done in December. Went to registers office to get tags and this lady tells me my inspection is no good (due to this one sticker crap) because the earliest I could get my inspection done was actually January, well my husband called Kwik last and they told him to bring my car back and they will do another inspection for FREE. These people are awesome and give really great service, which is rate these days. Thanks Rick, you were awesome.

So the owner was really cool, the mechanics were cool as well. The only problem is, THEY DIDN’T FIX MY CAR. I paid $224 for them to “fix” my AC unit but they didn’t. I was originally charged $414 for them to change the blower, but the mechanic kindly took off labor making it feel like a good deal. When I get back to get my car, I’m told that the blower wasn’t the only issue but now I need to change out the wiring which would cost an extra $160 to fix. The mechanic then told me it should still work but I need to change the wiring asap. Once I got to the car and turned it on, I realized immediately that my AC didn’t turn on. They took another look at it and determined that it wouldn’t work unless I changed the wiring. I didn’t have that kind of money at the time so unfortunately I had to drive off $224 poorer with the same issue I had pulling up. I’m very disappointed in the service I received from this business and would not recommend them to anyone.*Update* - I took my car to my main mechanic at a place called “El MUNDO’S” in south Dallas and they were able to diagnose the problem instantly and it wasn’t the blower at all nor was it the wiring, meaning I spent that $224 for no reason. They fixed my car up and I was back on the road with a running AC. Lesson learned 👍🏾

They forgot to put the plug back on my transmission after checking all of the fluids, that caused my transmission to leak fluid and now I need a new one. They refused to accept any responsibility, so my $16 oil change turns into a $5000 transmission repair job. I will never come back here and I would advise no one to come here again.

Stay away from this place they will steal your money and overcharge you way too much!!!I came here to get my truck checked on 06/20/18 for a/c system because it was not blowing cold air. The guy that was checking my truck said it was going to be $69.99 to check it. All he did was a freon recharge, pull the old freon out and put new back on. JUST FOR THAT I GOT CHARGED $230 and said that the problem was my crankshaft pulley, thats nonsense. He did something which i never asked.That same day i took it to a shop over in main st called AUTO A/C 2100 E Main St, Grand Prairie, TX 75050 and they diagnosed the truck for $20 dollars!!! Very cheap and found out my compressor was not working. Left it that same day to get it fixed and the next day 06/21/18 it was ready blowing cold air as it should!!! I also asked that if the crankshaft pulley could damage my compressor and they said it had nothing to do with the a/c system.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX YOUR CAR AND WILL END UP DOING SOMETHING YOU NEVER ASKED FOR AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

8/21/13 -- THIS GUY IS A LIE!! THIS IS NOT A CLAIM THIS IS 100% WHAT HAPPENED! PLEASE HEED MY WARNING! THERE WAS ANOTHER CUSTOMER THERE WHO TALKED TO ME AWAY FROM THE SHOP THAT SAME DAY! SAID HES HEARD ABOUT COMPLAINTS BEFORE TOO! Ive been to this shop at least 4 times for an oil change. My most recent visit they tried to add an extra charge for a drain plug that they said was hard to take off they said maybe whoever changed the oil last used an air impact to tighten down the drain plug. Im a automotive technician myself so I was not going to be played for a fool. I examined the drain plug and noticed nothing wrong with the threads and that the head was not rounded or anything. On my receipt they charged me $1 no warenty no charge (exactly how it is on my receipt, $1 rec oil drain plug . Warning: do not go to this shop, they will charge you unnecessary fees. You have been warned. This is the 1st time Ive had my oil changed since I bought the vehicle from the dealership with 30,000 miles! Because of their dishonesty, I am very sketchy on the oil change they did on my vehicle. Maybe the tech there broke something. I hope the drain plug/oil pan is not damaged due to their amateur work.
