I can’t say enough about this Grande Prairie location, these are just “amazing”. Tony and his guys Ricky and Hugo, in the back are so professional and customer focused. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchases and take great care loading for me. If it stopped with just those guys I would be satisfied but it gets better because Ms. Maria, up front is always smiling and very customer focused. When things don’t go right with my purchases, she’s always offering me words of encouragement and options. I honestly feel very comfortable doing business at this location. They truly treat me like a friend, from the time I walk in till I leave. I have stock my entire store with their auctions. 7 months open... and I’m still returning. Great job guys... Thanks

New & Used Restaurant Equipment, Great Price!

Weve been buying from Main Auction GP for a few years now. This is my favorite go to for new/used restaurant equipment. They even have small wares. From Maria handling the front to Tony and his guys running the warehouse, youre covered. They definitely have our loyalty!

Worth it. Organized at the warehouse, organized online, very smooth process. This warehouse is about a block from the cashier/auction claiming building. Have gotten great tables, tea brewers, chairs and booths from here. Higher-tech auction, very Ebay-for-food-services!

Best place to go for anything you’re looking for! Staff is super helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend to every one! See y’all next time.

Scam!!! Most dishonest business I have ever worked with! This company is bad from top to bottom.Don’t do business with this place they are very very very dishonest! I was interested in bidding on a few items and I called ahead to first find out if they worked before bidding. I was told they would check the items and the two items were supposably in great shape. I was told the ice machine was out of their retail store and had plastic still around the outside. This in fact was true it had plastic but it didn’t have a motor to run the ice machine. The pizza prep table is in very bad condition and to fix the items I could almost buy new. Don’t get scammed by this company. Don’t call ahead and ask for help they will scam you into buying something then say they didn’t even speak to you and it is as is. What a shame that we have businesss in this country that would act like this.

Great place to buy and sell used restaurant equipment. Keep in mind it is an as is where is auction, that being said take the time to swing by and preview the equipment before you buy.

After doing my due diligence and calling Main auction house to find out if the product I was interested was going to be shipped via freight or Fedex. To my surprise I was given false information from an employee of Main Auction. I was told the vertical broiler would be sent via Fedex and an approximation on price would be in the $70 range. This is pertinent information so I can adjust my bidding. After I had the winning bid I was told that the product would be shipped via freight, add another $120.00 to the shipping. Bottom line I was lied to about shipping or at the very least misinformed. The best part was when they tried to insinuate that I was lying asking me whom did I speak with. I dont know! Some lady. Do you really think people ask for names of sales associates when on the phone? So Im paying for your sales ladys mistake. Thats fine.You F**ked me once shame on you and this is the last time. Wont ever do business with you again. I will definitely let people know of my bad experience with you people.

The worst experience ever with main auction Grand Prairie location. I bought $1800 worth of stuff from the April 12th auction and fully paid on Monday the 17th. It was a stormy and really bad whether and waited close to hour to get my stuff together. It was okay coz the helpers kept working in the rain.I Couldnt load my all the stuff, I asked them its okay to leave those two small cupboards (under the sink cupboard) to pick up for the next ride. I left there around 3 pm. My restaurant is in farmers branch, so I came and unloaded my stuff and started going back to main auction gain in the heavy rain.There was a huge traffic from 35 exit towards 12 loop and I couldnt make it on time and they were closed. So I went there following day in the morning and try to get my two cupboards. And lady in the front said I had to pay extra $50 no matter what. I was trying to explained what exactly happened coz she was there when I paid my stuff... But she was kept giving me attitude and saying that you should pay $50 or I dont give your stuff. I told her to keep the stuff because it was obvious that I wasnt trying to play a game here.Even guys in the back were really upset coz they had loaded stuff in to my van already and they also believed that this is really unfair. Just like stealing in the sunlight.If this is the way you taking care of your customers I dont think that is not gonna work better.

Here is the problem. This company allows anyone to consign without knowledge of the items being placed within their website. Consignment sellers off the street are blended with closing businesses which puts TRASH EQUIPMENT in the mix. They WILL NOT label these off the street items as different. I have bought several items not knowing they were basically stripped of all good parts inside of the machine. The staff of this business basically shut my account down after i complained and sent photographs of proof. I asked them to refund the money which did not happen, and to this point i have been burned for $ 1,500 in items that looked to be scrap metal inside the unit. Of course, Main will deny this but I have complained about it several times. They DO NOT CHECK ANYTHING AT THE DOOR FOR ACCURACY IN DESCRIPTION, IT SEEMS SEVERAL SELLERS ARE BRINGING IN TRASH THEY SHINED UP FOR A PIC> Hey, I begged you idiots to do something about it, I even took the losses, you left me no choice but to post a truthful review.
