They took good care of my brother taking him from Dallas hospital to his home in Oklahoma. He had multiply fractures and had lot of pain with 3 hr drive to endure and the driver was Amazing! Drove very careful and made very pleasant! Frank was the driver and had cool accent from Turkey! 😊

The best experience I’ve had in customer service! A few of us decided to do a party bus for my baby sister’s bachelorette party, went in and talked about renting a bus. We received the warmest welcome, easily explained the process and left it up to us to decide. Sounded perfect, never have rented before we wanted to “shop around”. Able Limousines understand greatly and welcomed us back after experiencing such disappointment from other places. We we graciously set up with the perfect fit for our party! So perfect we were anxious and wanted to take it right there and then!!!! The evening came and our driver (Frank) was prompt and respectful accommodating all and any needs we had!!!! Absolutely best experience Ive had with a limo/transportation company. They were reasonably priced, showed up on time, easy to work with, and very professional. Ask for Saad as your driver. He knocked the job out of the park for our wedding and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Called to get a quote and the gentleman I spoke to was very unprofessional. I’m seeking to do business with him and he decides he wants to school me about how he’s been in the business so long but when I answered his questions he acted like it wasn’t sufficient of an answer. To the point where he then feels the need to remind me that he rents limos for $2k a night and doing me a favor for a minimum of hours…. Please! You are not doing anyone a favor in charging a minimum of $599 for 3 hours. Find someone better to answer the phones and if that’s the owner picking up take a class in customer service and experience!

I gave 5 stars because our driver was on time and professional. I rented the Mercedes Limo for my daughters 18th Birthday and Frank the driver showed up exactly when I asked him to be there and kept good communication through out the night. He drove to pick up 5 friends and then to the cheesesteak factory. He mapped the routes and told me how long it would take him. The Limo was amazing inside and everyone felt like royalty pulling up to the restaurant. The kids had a blast! I will definitely use them again!

I hired Able for a client of mine who was visiting Dallas and needed a nice Sprinter for airport transfers. They did not disappoint! They were also able to accommodate extra hours when my clients schedule did not go exactly as planned. Also, the Sprinters were new and clean and they had a variety of styles to choose from. Definitely pleased with their service and would use them again!

We had a great time...we were having so much fun that we extended the time we reserved the limo for. When we did this, we checked with our driver to make sure it was ok for us to do this and all the details were ok. He said yes multiple times - because we asked multiple times. A couples days later the owner calls complaining to us that we lost him business because we extended our time and wanted to charge us more than the regular hourly rate - and wanted a picture of our credit card even though it already went through and was paid for. Would have used them again - but not now.

I will definitely be using Able Limousine again in the future. Our driver arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, was very professional and personable, and got us where we needed to go safely. I rented a escalade and it was in great condition, clean, and accommodated my needs. The process was easy when I booked and they were efficient in providing me all details and with email confirmations. Before I made my reservation, we had a long discussion, they sent me photos of their vehicles, etc. They made sure I was making the right decision even if it may have been with another company. We rent the white hummer on 7/3/2020 for my Wedding day. The AC was not working. Our guests (11 head counts) suffered a heat exhausted and uncomfortable 45 mins ride on a peaked TX summer day. It was our Wedding, the best day of our life, was partially ruined by this limo ride. We did not get a working product that we paid for. We requested $300 partial refund, but Able is refusing. That is not fair to us.

Reached out to To Able Limousine literally 1 day before my set departure. From the very beginning the communication and professionalism was beyond amazing. I told them I needed a Mercedes Sprinter and was provided an option for a standard or luxury model. Of course I selected the luxury bus, the Driver Ferhan was soooo sweet and professional (and very handsome by the way) We waited about 20 minutes for the last guest to arrive and not one time did he rush us. The bus was beautiful and very clean! When you need a nice transporter reach out to Able Limo and request Ferhan for a great and safe way to get to your destination! Can’t wait until my next event!

After contacting Able Limousine we were invited to their location to see the different options that were available to meet out needs. The Driver arrived early and was very polite and professional. My niece had a quincenera June 2017. I offered to pay for her Limo as a gift. I heard a hard time finding good clean Hummer Limo around Fort Worth. Most of them were worn, had torn seats, broken air condition vents, etc. I called Abel Limousines and the first thing he told me was come look at it because this will be the nicest limo I would see. Boy was he correct. It was very well taken care of and was by far the nicest limo I had seen. I look through his fleet of Limos and they all were very nice and well taken care of. My niece ended up having a great time and everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend their services.
