I called and talked to a few other companies about having our windows tinted in our new vehicle (Dodge Challenger). The recommendations were to go dark, it would look great. Our main concern was safety and being able to see outside the windows out night. When I called Loren at Prestige Auto Trim he explained a lot about the tint and that the black interior of the car will make the windows look a bit darker from the outside, his recommendation was to look at at 27% to get an idea of the tint, and how it would look from the inside & outside of the vehicle. While doing so, it was the perfect fit. The knowledge and experience was what made us decide to go with Prestige Auto Trim. Very high quality work from a high quality person who knows his craft. We highly recommend Prestige auto Trim.

Accountable and reliable for his scheduled time for work to be preformed. I need to share a story you just dont here about every day in bussiness. And a hasty customer, thats me getting trigger happy. And how a phone call should if been done instead of a review. So, a bit of advice, reach out before attacking small bussiness owners. I dont need to hire you with the details. But to say the least a bad week for our family, no excuse. I shot off a terrible review. Luckily, he reached out and asked if he could correct the situation. Which let me say in my defense we did originally. But just didnt communicate properly to a resolve. Anyway, he reached out and asked if there was any way I would change my review after we had our discussion of how 3 small Nicks could of happend to the window tint. He said a guess of a seat belt from impact. And my wife left upset. I retorted with a bad review, instead of calling. And come to find out after it left there, and almost imeadiately went into a shop, where we have assumed at this point the damaged has occurred. So, to say the least. Ive just had my 3rd vehicle done with Loren and Ive NEVER had any issues UNTIL this time. Now Im typically not the kind of person to normally post a review let alone go back to complain about something happening during a job. This unfortunate circumstance I decided to go talk to him about it, being that this aftermarket part in question was BRAND NEW and now, not working. I wasnt expecting anything to be done about it mostly because I could have removed this part myself and avoided all this. When I brought it to Loren not only did he spend TIME trying to fix the issue, after no success he refunded me money to make sure I left happy. As I said before I dont typically leave reviews but this customer service REQUIRES being spread to anyone looking for tint for your vehicle.

My experience with Loren and Prestige was great! Loren was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain everything and answer any questions that I had. He is very detail oriented, and ensured the glass I had tinted was thoroughly cleaned to make sure the tint would optimally adhere. Loren got me in with just a couple days notice. He is very nice to work with. His shop was in immaculate condition with a very comfortable waiting area. Completed my tinting for front windows of my mini van in about 45 minutes (maybe less, it was fast). Great price (I did price shop and his was the best). The most important part is the window tinting is flawless and has a lifetime warrenty. Highly recommend.

First off i can be very critical about quality. Being the owner of a small business myself that is built off quality and word-of-mouth, i expect the same service i strive so hard to give to others. That being said, I spoke to Loren for less than 2 minutes before i handed him my keys and let the man work his magic! He was done within an hour of our handshake and the quality is exceptional! Not only should you hire him for your auto-trim needs, but i think the man deserves a decent tip on top of the already great pricing. All the lines in the tint are cut perfect, not one bubble left after it cured, and the tint was a dead on match! I will be a return customer!

Before finding Loren and his shop about 3 years ago I had taken a few vehicles to other facilities that offer the same service with less than favorable results. Well had my 2014 Chrysler 300 tinted and retinted 3 times by 1 company got money back for there work and then seen a young lady at a car wash asked her where she got her windows tinted on her Chrysler 300 she told me prestige auto got my tint done 2 days ago by him he is great cuts tint by hand to fit your windows perfectly no Machine doing it Id recommend him to anyone with all makes and models of cars to get your tint done here 100%
