Amazing! We were on road trip, when side window got shattered. Toyota dealer recommended Novus, who was able to locate replacement, pick it up and install it on our way thru town. We were back on the road in less than an hour. They are the best!!!!

Excellent all the way around. It isn’t often you get the best price and the best service but that is what we received when using Novus Glass to replace the front windshield on our Toyota RAV4. I called 3 other glass repair shops in town and Novus Glass beat them all. The install was easier as they were able to be mobile and come to my place of work. Jeff was kind and helpful. Both my wife and I would highly recommend and will be doing all of our glass business with Novus!

Jay was fast and very professional to deal with, job was completed in less then 10 mins, very nice and clean waiting room, but was unable to enjoy it due to they were very speedy as mentioned.

I found this place after many phone calls back in January of this year. I had the windshield replaced on my car for a reasonable cost. Two months later, this being Colorado in the springtime, it took another rock hit and had to be replaced again! Jay was very understanding, and did it for a price that I could afford.Great folks working there. I highly recommend this business.

Both Jay and his son Conner were so polite and professional. They showed up on time and at my work to make it so much easier for me! They were done in less than an hour too!! Jay maintained great communication throughout it all (from scheduling appt to day of) and actually returned my call after checking prices and window availability (no other place even offered to do so).
