I just wanted to know if they help homeless 17 year old couples with housing

Was living out of my car when i first got to town, really needed a shower and to wash some clothes. I was told to go to the day center and that they would help me out. However, once i arrived they turned me away because of no vaccination card. Dirty and homeless as i was the local gym accepted me with open arms and a hot shower. So unless youre vaccinated and have proof of it, this is not the place to go for help.

I volunteer here with Marillac clinic when they need me. It is an amazing place run by volunteers, always busy. People coming in to get mail or take showers are very respectful to staff.

Horrible! Went here a few times and my clothes got washed here and the clothes were covered in dead insects.

My stimulus check accidentally got mail here I have talked to several people there and keep getting the run around I guess they are going to keep it I really Need my money... No one will call me Back or answer my phone calls all I get is the run around and back or find any answers for me so that was January 6 and I had heard nothing I do is get the run around

Awesome place to go fresh up and shower, do laundry and charge your phone while drainking a good cup of coffee. They also will let you use the place for outgoing and incoming mail and phone calls. Grand junction Co is an awesome place to get back on your feet and meet new people. The atmosphere is just breathtaking!!! God is good!

The Day Center on Third and Pitkin has helped me do my laundry more than I can count and Im about to start going back there again. I have an upstairs laundry room that is really hard for me to haul laundry up to. I get a cup of coffee and can take my meds while Im waiting for the staff to finish the laundry I have placed in the washer. They dry it for me and I do the folding. It really works great. Best days are Tuesdays and Thursdays but you need to have your clothes in around 7:30 A.M.!As for the Outreach Center, they have a soup kitchen that feeds at Noon to 1P.M. Meals are scrappy lately but nutritious and plentiful. You can pick up a loaf of bread and sometimes yogurt, a gallon of milk, and occasionally veggies and fruit. I take a covered dish with me for an evening meal since seconds are allowed after everyone else is fed. I take home their ripened bananas, peel and freeze them, thenput chocolate crackle ice cream topping on them for a delicious frozen banana treat. I cant say enough good here for all they do out of that building! If you need help, they are there for you or know who to go and see! Stop in the Catholic Charities office even if your not Catholic the next time you have a genuine problem to solve. Im sure they have the answer! I was homeless last winter and they were the best resource in town for me during that time!

A great place to get a shower and some coffee if you are homeless or severely struggling. The help is a bit odd but very nice nonetheless. They provide towels, shampoo, etc for showers and they also provide a place to recieve mail at.

A good place to get cleaned up, do laundry, check your mail and drink some hot coffee. After 8 am. it gets to crowded.

This place was ok, in First ave Grandjunction but they have a guy at front gate .Any way he lies and Catholic charites belives every word he says.Im a dissabled veteran and because of him.Im no longer able to get services.If any had troble with Robert the gate guy let me know please.Scott Yancer.

NO THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN....AND THE CATHOLIC SERVICES PLACE ON 1ST.....WOULD BE OF MORE SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY IF THEY WERE CLOSED ALSO!

I went to pick up a piece of mail that was sent there & they sent it back to sender.
