The staff is wonderful, they are all so present to work with, and they are so patient with my kiddos. Hannah is the absolute best and I am so lucky that they have her.

This place is amazing! Anyone that has a bad review at this place clearly is looking for a bad reason. Everyone there was super nice and clean! The environment was more then inviting, and they made sure I was more then taken care of! The prices are so affordable. Jackie did my hair and it turned out better then I expected! This salon is great. Nina does my hair and she does a great job! She’s super friendly and so fast! I love it! I was used to my hair taking 5 hours to complete but Nina does it in less than two hours! And it looks fantastic! She does exactly what I ask her to do. And her prices are totally fair. Love her.Salon is clean, well-organized and conveniently located.

I have been coming here for years. Nina does an awesome job on my hair, she is friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere here. They have great products and they treat me very very well every time.

Due to COVID 19 my appointment in late March for a haircut was cancelled. But the cut was so well done that throughout the month of April no one noticed through all my online meetings and a couple of folks even accused me of getting it cut illegally cause the shape and style held so well. Not sure anyone else could have done the job so well that my hair still looked good five weeks past my original appointment. Awesome job you guys!

Unfortunately, my experience at Harrahs was unacceptable. I am from Fort Collins and was in GJ for our sons wedding celebration. I needed a root touch up and an elegant updo for the big day and our daughter in law recommended Harrahs salon. When I booked the appointment, I was placed with “Eddie” and was told he has 30 years experience, thus I felt confident I’d get great service.First, it is never appropriate to talk politics during a salon service. The last thing I needed that day was more “conservative” Grand Junction shoved in my face. Second, when I tell a stylist he is hurting me during a comb out, he needs to listen. Third, and worst of all, my root touch up is such a bad match that I am going to need a $180 color correction to fix it.Such a disappointment, and not professional in the slightest.

Nina is the best! My hair has never been so healthy. She really takes the time to explain what is best for the integrity of your hair in a polite and professional manner. I’m moving, but I wish I could take this place with me!

Absolutely awful experience! I wanted a balayage, and ended up with offset orange lines all over my head. ALL OVER MY HEAD! He didnt saturate my roots, he didnt tease, he didnt part properly. I was appalled that somebody with 30+ years experience could pull off something like that.

In May of 2018, I went to Nina for a purple balayage. I hadn’t dyed my hair since cutting it all off three years earlier, so I had quite a bit of lovely, long virgin hair. I told her what has and has not worked when I’ve dyed my hair in the past, and I told her exactly what I wanted in detail.I guess she forgot the details between the consult and the appointment, because I left with my hair more damaged than it had ever been before, and with far less purple than I wanted.I’m not the least bit confrontational, so unfortunately, I didn’t say anything to Nina about how unhappy I was. I wish I had, because I wasted $200 dollars that day. My hair was so damaged, that after daily contidioning and multiple moisturizing treatments, I ended up cutting most of it off less than a month later.(I’ve done my own color ever since, and it looks gorgeous!!)

Went in to get balayage and color with over 3 month box color in my hair. Brad wasn’t sure it would turn out how I wanted. That was fine, just get it as close as you can and whatever you do NOT let it turn out yellow! It did not turn out how I wanted and now it has yellow in it. Didn’t say anything when he was done since it already took 3.5 hours and didn’t realize how bad it looked until I looked closer at it. I called a couple days later to ask if he could put an all over color to fix it because it looks terrible but they said it was because of the box color and want to charge me to come in and fix it even though I told him I trusted him to make it look good and not turn it yellow. However staff was very friendly while I was there. Still won’t go back.

Hanna is absolutely wonderful! She listens to exactly what I want, she made sure she didnt style using tools (because I dont want to have to use a straightener at home) that away she could make sure it looked like what I wanted when I do it myself. Highly recommend her!

Nina did my first color on my hair, and it turned out amazing.

I had to cancel an appointment due a mix up and when I called they did not even ask my name and atempt to re-schedule. I guess they were too busy. Basically They said thank you and hung up. I was going to re-schedule but was not given a chance due to the fact the mix up very well was my error and I wanted to try the person I was set up with she seemed very nice. Oh way quess I will go back to Virture Salon they were incredibly Nice.

Luanne was so lovely. She cut and permed my hair. What a surperb job. Her salon has everything available. I am so grateful and happy about the results. New forever customer! Thank you so much!!!

LuAnn Harrah did my hair for my wedding a few weeks ago and she did an amazing job!! She nailed the picture we were going off of! She had also dyed my hair the perfect combo of blonde a few days before the wedding. BUT what I loved most about having LuAnn do my hair on my wedding day is the face that she made the experience even more special. LuAnn showed up early and let us kind of do our thing, and then while doing my hair she had my whole bridal party in stitches laughing! She even brought me a little something to jazz up my hair do and said that it was a gift! She did 3 other girls hair that paid too and they looked so beautiful!! I greatly recommend Harrahs! On a side note, Eddie has done my hair too and did a good job! Thank you LuAnn!!!!!!
