I called to get my pool opened up for the summer and Patrick was very helpful and seemed knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to keep full time to keep my water chemistry perfect. The second time out he wasn’t so friendly, then it just went down hill from there. He was never here when he said he would be and always had some excuse why he didn’t make it. I called this company cause of the good reviews, I don’t know what people think is good service because this company doesn’t have it. Will never use again.

The owner of this business is very unprofessional. After seeing his reply to a customer’s review I almost didn’t leave one myself for fear of slander. You don’t bash someone just because you don’t like the review they left you. I will never hire this guy or recommend his company to anyone I know because of his reply to a review, Very unprofessional and immature. I hope the person reports him to google for his reply and slander.

It is a huge benefit to a pool and spa owner to have a decent amount of knowledge about their pool and spa equipment. Patrick actually answers his phone and is very easy to talk to.
