They are very professional and courteous. If I need a specific item taken, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them!!

I’ve used this service since I moved to Colorado four years ago. They are always kind and genuine people when I have a question. They have been super prompt when I need an additional pick up or have a billing question. I would recommend this trash service to everyone, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I feel that they also have a great price point comparable to the valley.

Best company in town! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The drivers are awesome! They always set our cans up on our driveway nice and neat so we know theyve been there! And we love the recycling!! Absolutely no sorting! They even provide a cart for it and everything goes in one! We wouldnt do business with anyone else! Thanks for all the hard work!

By far the best in the valley! The guys always go above and beyond. There have been a few times when I forgot to put my trash out but they still came up to the garage and got it! They also make recycling very easy as well to the point even my kids can participate. We dont have to separate our recycling anymore we just throw it all in one of their carts and they haul it away. So easy anyone could do it.

Excellent company to work with. Theyre always friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. My family uses Monument and I have used them for over a year now and cant complain. Their drivers are respectful and go beyond whats required. They recently bailed me out of a bind, I needed a roll-off container on a job and needed it ASAP. Called them up and they had me a 30 yd roll-off within a couple hours. I would recommend Monument Waste to anyone!

Started using Monument Waste Services after having an horrible experience with Rocky Mountain Sanitation. Monument Waste Services has provided us with great costumer service for over a year. When I receive my bill it is always correct and I do not to have to worry about mysterious charges on my bill (unlike Rocky Mountain Sanitation) When you call to ask questions you are treated kindly and the staff is always friendly (unlike Rocky Mountain Sanitation) . My trash cans are always set up nicely after they come take the trash(unlike Rocky Mountain Sanitation) . Monument Waste Services is a great company to use for your trash services. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends.

We are a busy construction company and needed a forty yard dumpster.We had never used this company before but our go to company, Rocky Mountain Sanitation was not able to provide us with one. Even though we were charged a much higher price them we were use to,we took a chance on these guys but I am sorry that we did. From the start they did not provide good customer service.We are careful with our customers property so we sent a guy out to meet the driver so we could put plywood under the dumpster. Our employee had to wait 3 hours past the schedule drop time. When we called to see what the delay was, the office people kept assuring us that he would be there any time now.When we arranged for the dumpster service, there was an initial charge so we gave our credit card over the phone. Without asking us they put our credit card on file and used it without explanation. We had to call their office to get invoices sent to us. The way we found out that a charge had happened was when it showed up on our missing receipt statement from our accountant.On the first haul off our customers pavement was damaged. We called and let them know what happened, they said that we had to tell the contracted company they hired for haul off. Someone from one of the companies went out and decided that our customers driveway was not worthy of repair. No one from Monument Waste called to tell us that, they just waited for us to call them. They said that we assume the risk by by using them. We have used several other companies though the twenty years that we have been in business, we always put plywood down and we have never had any damage to any of our customers properties. This is really bad customer service.

I had my swamp cooler serviced last week and the technician left the old pads and belt by the curb. I had planned on just throwing it in the dumpster after it was emptied but Monument actually got out and picked it up off the curb! I have only been using them a short time but they have been INCREDIBLE during that time!

I’ve never had an issue with the services provided and when I moved to Georgia 2 months ago, I canceled my service. This morning, I received a letter that my auto payment had gone through. Obviously confused and slightly frustrated, I called and left a voicemail (it was 3am Colorado time, so obviously no one was going to answer). I received a voicemail from Erica apologizing for the mix up, and that she is refunding the payment taken form my card and my account is now properly closed. I get it, mistakes happen, and thank you Erica for taking the time to call me back the same morning and make sure everythinf was smoothed out.

This company has the rudest phone person I have ever encountered in the service industry. Way over priced to have to put up with sarcastic phone people.
