Josh and Ray went over and beyond delivering me my coach & love seat. Not only did they bring it in for me, but helped unwrap it and put it together.I am a disabled veteran from the Army with major back issues, and they helped me more than I would have ever expected.Thank you Josh and Ray! I appreciate all your help!I highly recommend these men and company.

I was very pleased when getting my deliveries through Kangaroo. I ordered items from Wayfair and had the opportunity to work with Ryder delivery service and Kangaroo. Kangaroo was by far better than Ryder. Ryder was extremely difficult to deal with, didnt take notes when I said I would not be around for delivery, and couldnt get me my items for almost a month after they had received them. It was just awful. Kangaroo, on the other hand, was just absolutely amazing to work with. They were quick to call me when they received my couches, they delivered within just a couple of days after calling me and scheduling the delivery, and both times they delivered to me the customer service/delivery people were so pleasant and respectful. Very pleased! Keep up the good work.

If you dont get a live person when you call, find another carrier, they dont call back and dont worry about your directions.

Run a repair shop was supposed to receive a transmission Monday its now Wednesday afternoon and nothing. Samantha that answers the phone doesnt know what she is doing and just puts you on hold and says she will call back, never does. Would not recommend this company due to poor lack of basic customer service, they act like you are bothering them. Would give no stars if I could.

Dispatch lady not listening reported to manager on phone call back I made. Delivery guys listened to request to put large item in garage . Their service was great with good outcome.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Literally cant deliver life saving supplies, been waiting now 7 days so my dad can do dialysis. And there is still nothing here. Call someone and no one knows anything. GARBAGE COMPANY!

The gal on the phone could not answer my questions and resorted to condescending put downs. When my package was delivered, the older gentlemen asked if I ordered through Wayfair, I said yes. He answered, Now you know. Now I know what? Ive ordered lots of furniture and other items from Wayfair, all arrived at my home in 2 weeks or less. The bed took 6 weeks. I didnt even bother to respond to him because as I knew Id get more of the same that I received from his coworker on the phone. Any order that may require their services will get returned.

Bought delivery to a ground level door, when i asked if they could deliver to a ground level door they just ignored my request and took it to the front door. I wouldnt go out of my way to use their service..
