I went into the office off 5th not expecting much since I was turned away by four other local companies previously. First off I was greeted right after walking through the door and then I was asked if I needed anything to drink. I met with Chris and explained my situation. He listened as I explained my situation. Right after I had finished he told me to stop stressing and that I could be a homeowner. It took me a second to process, since I had been treated so coldly by four previous companies employees. I was helped along through the entire process of buying a home and here its been three and a half-ish months, and Im a homeowner. I would recommend Guild for all your mortgage needs!

I recently refinanced my mortgage through Guild Mortgage, and more specifically with Chris Bucalo.This is the 2nd time that I have worked with Chris. The first time was for my 1st mortgage in the Grand Valley. The second time was for my refinance. On both occurrences, Chris made this process as simple as one could ever imagine. It which was easier than I ever expected it to be. Chris made sure to check in with me each week, and kept me up to date on the timeline of the process, as well as answered any questions or concerns that I had, all the way up to the day of my closing. I have other friends and acquaintances that have worked with Chris, and they all share the same positive experience with him. I appreciate Chris honesty and advice, and I will most certainly work with him again in the future.
