I had Tile Meister out last week to install two tubular skylights in my kitchen and bathroom. Talk about a great experience. Great pricing and a super quick and clean installation. The Tile Meister installed a new shower for us in our master bathroom and a tile backsplash in the Kitchen. From the first visit from the estimator, Tony, I felt like this company was very professional and would do an excellent job for us. I have allergies to synthetic chemicals, and Tony went above and beyond with researching green products to use that would be safer for me. Through the process, my questions and phone calls were always responded to very promptly, so kudos to the office staff as well.Jack and Alex did an excellent job creating a gorgeous kitchen tile backsplash for us! Their expertise really shows and they were a pleasure to be around.Steve and Daniel installed our new shower and did a fantastic job. We went from a gross, worn out tiled shower to a beautiful solid surface custom shower with glass doors. They were also very kind and considerate throughout the installation.I really couldnt be more pleased with my experience and wouldnt hesitate to use Tile Meister again! We had Tile Meister install a Solar Tube/Sun Tube in the kitchen. This is the fourth one that weve had them install and we love all of them. This one was installed in a townhouse that my mother will be moving into, the extra light in the kitchen will really be helpful.

We enjoyed working with Tile Meister. We stopped in the store to inquire about the installation of a circular skylight in our kitchen. They were very informative and helpful showing us the ones installed in their showroom and explaining how they work. They gave us an estimate and we scheduled an installation date. The installers were on time, very courteous and helpful as to where it should be installed. Plastic was laid under the work area and cleaned up when they left. It took one hour. Our kitchen didnt get much light and we marvel every morning when we go into the kitchen and dont need to turn on lights for most of the day. When the need arises, we will definitely use them again.

The work was excellent and timely. Adaptations were made quickly as we have galvanized pipe. The shower is modern and works well.The workers were friendly and completed the job in a professional manner.

Ordered two skylights less than a week ago and they were installed today in just a couple hours. Crew cleaned up well.They add a lot of light for a price that was within reason.

Carl and Troy did a great job remodeling and tiling my shower and bathroom floor. They were professional, courteous and clean. The shower is beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased. In addition, they took great care of my dog while I was at work. She is old and I really hated to crate her and they were very gracious about the situation. They went above and beyond!

We are so happy with the tubular skylight that was installed in the kitchen today. The product is excellent, Tile Meister was very professional regarding the estimate, installing the skylight and the other repair work they did on the tile in the kitchen. The gentlemen who came and installed the Tubular Skylight were friendly, informative, efficient, and knowledgeable. I had waited for years to do this because of concerns over potential roof leakage resulting from such an installation. Now I wish I had not waited, because I learned about the process and decided it was worth it to do this professionally. They explained how the dome and flashing attach and fit onto the roof, sealing to the metal structure. He also explained how the 25 year warranty (WOW!) covers any issues that may arise.An enclosed patio on the south side of my house had eliminated the natural light that would normally enter the kitchen window and made the kitchen feel like a cave without electric lights. We are basking in natural light now! Thanks, Tile Meister, for enlightening my life!

Ordered a bathtub and put $1000 down. A mouth later, the tub never came in and they couldnt give me a delivery date. They did, however, give me my deposit back at least.

We had a bathroom remodel in 03, they did a quick job (one day) and it is now 2020 and it still looks like new. Needed an additional grab bar a d the style we had is no longer available cane up with one that will work. They will install it whenever it gets in. Great company to work with HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

COVID-19 and clients in their 90s (my parents) could have made this a very sticky situation, but everyone at TileMeister was helpful, professional, and considerate;. We were able to choose materials without going to the showroom. The installers were masked up and super considerate. Contracted with Tile Meister to do a complicated shower pan for master bathroom. Their guy, John Matthes, did a great job making sure everything was done the right way. He was courteous and helpful with tips, tricks, and suggestions for the rest of the tiling job.

We had a walk-in tub install, and complete overhaul to our bathroom. Misty and Tony are great to work with from a sales standpoint and customer service. John and Arron came the first day for tear out of the bathroom, very fast and had all plumbing and electrical done the first day within hours. Steve and Daniel came to install, our new bathroom, they do quality work, very courteous, and bend over backwards to do what the client wants, couldn’t ask for better guys to work with. This was my first time here and I can tell you the staff was beyond helpful they were extraordinary. From tile, to shower pans and even the color of the grout and even the accent pieces all were perfect. We are penciled in for October but everything is picked out and done. Thank all of the staff for their patience and deligence.

I couldnt be happier with the finished product. They did a complete remodel of two of my bathrooms and they are stunning. Tile Meisters workmanship is high-quality and they have a strong attention to detail. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the installers, who took time to vacuum, sweep and wipe down surfaces at the end of each day and once the job was complete. This family-owned shop had amazing customer service and was very responsive to emails, calls and questions. Integrity is everything - and they nailed it on every level.

After having problems with another company, I went to tile Meister to have kitchen backsplash installed. I went in on a Thursday morning, they sent out an estoimater that afternoon. My job was completed the fallowing Tuesday, were moving back into our kitchen for the 1st time in 4 weeks.

While they did a fantastic job on the floors I had, the job they did on my shower is just terrible. They have had to come back twice to fix leaks they didnt seal properly, among other leaks that I sealed myself after they left. Not to mention that most of the grout in our shower is already cracking in between the tiles after only getting this done under a year ago. When it comes to them renovating YOUR bathroom, think twice about them doing your shower.
