I’ve gone here multiple times and the cut I get is almost never what I ask for they always cut too much off and something is always crooked or misaligned. Don’t get me wrong, the stylists are super friendly but the cuts I have been getting are less than ideal. It has gotten to the point where I go as long as possible without getting it cut because I end up wearing a hat for most of the year

On my way to Las Vegas this morning. I was nervous coming into a new location. Im extremely picky and this was the type of cut that if not done correctly, it doesnt look right. I just wanted to thank Taylor for an amazing fade! Thank you so much

Checked in online. Drove in from Loma. Got there. Let the stylist know I had my son there under my name. She neglected to check us in. A person below us in line was successfully checked in by a different stylist 15 min later. Bumping us down. Very unprofessional

Soooooo slow… there’s a 30 minute late. The ladies are dragging their feet and talk between each other for 5-10 minutes between customers. Absolutely despicable service

Twin boys....children mind you $50 for two hair cuts. That included a $5 tip each. I waited in the car because of COVID. One boys hair is great. The others....less than desired! His part was all sorts of jacked up. There was no fade. The front is uneven and the back is sticking up. The stylist was rude to him about holding his mask on his face. This was our second time in....the first time was 2 years ago and they do not honor military discounts unless the paying party was getting the hair cut there as well. Which usually implies you are a man. Women are veterans too! Never again, sadly. I will find a local shop that appreciates our business, veteran service, and are kind to my children.

I went in to get cleaned up around the ears and neck for the Prom I’m having this Saturday. MY HEAD WAS SHAVED. I don’t remember the name of the lady who gave me my haircut but she kept cutting more and more hair off and I should have said something now that I look back but I was too nervous to say anything. Lesson learned but I’ve never had such a horrible haircut in my life.

Been coming here for years but no more, the stylists believe their time is more valuable than yours For the second time in my last 2 visits, I checked in on line, showed up when I was supposed to at which time 3 of the 4 stylists (including the manager) took their breaks leaving one stylist (Taylor) the only one working. I just walked out - place is poorly run the owner is not minding the store.

Checked in online with a 14min wait. Drove 10 minutes to the store and checked in on the tablet at the store. I was then told the wait is 17min. What?!

As a person woth a pre existing condition that precludes me from wearing a mask.Yes breathing my own co2 can KILL me and others like me I was highly disappointed to be denied a hair cut. So while i get there is a bunch of mandates that should not preclude people from basic services. By the way im disabled by this illness and its kinda of against the law to deny me service because of my disability, but its a haircut and the lady was following company standards so I didnt make a fuss.So although I went out if my way to find Sport clips today i will never use them or recommend them again.

The employees were nice and did a great job cutting our hair so its nothing against them, but the wait list process was a bit inconvenient. Id like to either make an appointment or do a call ahead. Checking wait list was a bit of a pain as is there site. The covid temp check isnt something Ive had to do anywhere else so if you feel its invasive they do it here FYI.

The haircut itself was ok, not great, but you can not set an appointment, I had to go down on a hope and a prayer that they werent busy (they were) waited for over an hour. The person that cut my hair was not conversational at all, seemed like she was just rushing to get the next person in my seat, and it was way overpriced. I figured I would give it a shot considering my normal place was closed today, but with everything I just stated and the lack of professionalism, I wont be going back

I usually go to Sport Clips in Littleton but I was in GJ during COVID-19 lockdown. Checked in online it said 55min wait, received a text, only waited 20mins. I was in and out very quick, Suzie did a great job, exactly what I like!

Evette cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. The price is perfect. The service is impeccable. The place is super clean. The check in process is the most efficient in all my 62 years experience. I am extremely happy with the Sportsclips Business. I will return each 4 to 6 weeks.

The worst haircut Ive ever paid for. I ordered the MVP. Terrible quickie job. I have to go get it fixed at another place. Terrible MVP experience. First and last time going to the Grand Junction Sports Clips. I asked her to cut a little more. Still couldnt do it. About a 4 second massage. She, was, Terrible! Stay away from Terri. How does she even have this job????

Hey Susie, when I come in on Saturday February 8 and ask for a cut of clipper 5 on the sides, and scissor cut of 2.5 length on the top, please do not cut the top at 1.5 inches ! This has to be the SHORTEST haircut i have EVER received. (not happy, and neither is my wife - thanks....)

Quick service, the girls are friendly. And surprisingly even only going a few times they remember you. Ive been happy each time Ive left, I think the service is close to the salon service Ive received in the past, at a lower price.

I wont go anywhere else in town. Staff here is incredible. Ive never left this facility angry or dissatisfied with a hair cut. The in between free ear and neck clean up is a wonderful service. The MVP is wonderful. And dont let the whole its good to be a man or whatever their catch phrase is fool you. I bring both my daughters here and they always come out looking great too. Other places in town punish thier stylists for taking thier time with a hair cut which pissed me off enough to try other places and Im happy I did. This place is not like that. I personally recommend Taylor, but have never seen any of the stylists botch a haircut.

I was getting great hair cuts. Then I received a bad cut. I attempted 2 times to have the issue resolved, both times talk to 2 different managers that where unable or unwilling to resolve the issue. Customer service is horrible when it comes to the management levle👎👎👎. Im take my business where my thoughts are considered.
