Herb and the guys are great. They are always willing to help when and where they can. His schedule is always booked but his work is phenomenal so it is worth the wait.

I was traveling and had a tire almost blow. The gentleman on the phone helped me with directions and called another shop to get my vehicle the tire it needed so I could get home. They were so kind!

Jeff was absolutely wonderful! Normally in my experience as a woman, I have found most repair men to be rude and very condescending. Jeff was very polite and patient while he listened to me ramble on about my problem. At first he told me he was booked solid for a week, but if I could get it to the shop he would take a look when he could. Before the first day was out he was able to diagnose my car and order parts. The next day he had my car fixed. He kept me in the loop the whole time and was very professional and kind. If I need any future repairs he will most definitely be my first choice.

Best shop in town, as a business owner I take my entire fleet to this shop solely, and have for years. You won’t find a more honest and dependable shop. I could share success story after success story in my dealings with these guys. Don’t bother going anywhere else, this is the only shop you’ll ever need.

Worst shop Ive ever run into. Took almost 3 months to repair my vehicle (work they actually accomplished) should have booked at about 8 hours), as they chased their tails. I felt like they were following the blind squirrel will occasionally find a nut theory of trouble shooting. Example? They took my truck to dodge to have the computer tested (even though I had asked them when I first called THEY stated they could test it); left it almost 2 weeks. Then after they had finally repaired the no start condition (after replacing parts they swore would fix the problem; then finding the next sure fix) they wanted to take it back to Dodge to have the computer tested (why didnt they do that when it was down there the first time). To top it off they damaged my truck. Oh they tried knocking out some of the dent; but it is still damaged. They then said they didnt know how to handle it. Well I did. I contacted my insurance company; they will pay for the repair then go after the shop.

Extremely knowledgeable, willing to work with you to understand what issues your vehicle needs addressed. Highly recommend you give them a call first. Theyve earned our trust!

There was a rattle under my car, they got me in in 2 days, put the car on the lift, fixed the little rattler in 5 minutes and sent me on my way, zero charge!

I stopped in when a strange light started flashing on my dashboard and I didnt know what it was. They dropped everything, helped me, and wouldnt take any money. They are super helpful and honest, and didnt charge me a dime for inspecting my check engine light (misfire). I am from Denver and was just visiting Grand Junction when my check engine light went on for a misfire code. I called more than a dozen of auto shops in town but very few of them can look at my car immediately. I decided to bring my car to Sparkies and asked them to change the spark plugs (usually that is why there is a misfire and I thought that must be the cause). At the beginning I was nervous about how much it would cost me because the ignition coils might need to be replaced too. After around one hour of diagnostics, they told me that it might be a software problem rather than spark plug issues, and recommended me to take it to Jeep dealers who have the authority to access the programs of the software. And for one hour of labor and clearing the check engine light, they didnt charge me anything!!! I was super happy about their honesty, because we all have experience that other shops replace a lot of parts while still not solving the problem. The front desk gentleman (might be the owner) is very honest, helpful and nice to customers. Definitely a 5-star business based on my experience

I took my car in and specifically asked for a repair. After Herb and the guys checked my car they informed me that I didnt need everything that I asked for. This is a sign of an honest shop. They could have done the extra work I asked for and Id have never known. Herb saved me several hundred dollars and my car runs better then ever.

Terrible shop for diagnosis of vehicle problems. This shop spend $900 chasing a check engine light, just adding parts and clearing the light. Another shop fixed his original mistake. Spent $1300 on a front end job on a truck, idiot left out $48 in parts that will cost $900 to fix. Too much ego, not enough experience.
