Fix my car up got the clutch replaced everything back up and going. Everythings been working great. Very friendly and helpful staff. No one like going to the mechanic shop and the unknowns cause lots of fear. If youve been putting that check engine light or noise off STOP this is the place to come and get it fixed, Dont Panic theyve got you taken care of. Need a ride somewhere after you drop off your car theyve got you covered. Thank you very much.

We have taken our cars to Muellers for 35 years - Pontiac, Oldsmobile, Chevrolet, Toyota, Lexus, Ford, Honda, BMW, Suburu, except when we were getting free warranty work done by the dealership. They are extremely honest and competent and we plan to continue to use them.

Great service! My whole family has been going to Muellers as long as I can remember and theyre always knowledgeable. It is a busy place, but thats only because the service is spectacular! I dont know of any other place that would be as up front, honest, and helpful as Muellers. Its truly a place you can trust!

Family-owned business who never charges enough. They will get you in quickly and will always take care of you in a more than fair fashion. There is no better mechanic in town than muellers Auto Services. Ive been coming here for more than 20 years. And Ive been all over the valley and have had terrible experiences but I have never had a terrible experience here. In fact there have been many times I feel they havent charged enough. If you want to have your vehicle serviced officially quickly and done ethically this is the only place in town I would recommend.

I took my car into Muellers because it was running rough and the engine compartment was smelling of an unknown substance (didnt smell like oil or radiator fluid). They charged me a substantial amount to solely replace my radiator cap and now my car has issues overheating, has issues accelerating, and is running much more rough. I called to have them take a look at it since I had brought it in on a Tuesday and had to take 6 hours driving home from Denver the following Sunday because it was overheating on all of the passes. The gal on the phone didnt have a care in the world that my car was having issues and denied that the shop wouldve had anything to do with it and refused to do a courtesy diagnosis of why it was having more issues after seeing them than before I took it in. I definitely would NOT recommend this shop to any one I know.

Muellers was recommended to me by family. I was so impressed. # 1 I took my car for an oil change, tune up and told them I thought the Struts needed to be replaced. The shop was hopping and I told them I understood that I would be leaving the car there for a few days. Muellers not only got my car FINISHED that same afternoon, but they went thru and throughly checked my vehicle. Found out I didnt Need a tune up or the Struts and my total came in WAY UNDER what I thought I was going and willing to pay!!! Understand that I GAVE them permission to charge me for a Tune Up but I didnt need it...so I didnt get charged for it. That is Integrity,Service, and Trust. Way to go Muellers. You have all my future business and Ive already recommended you to everyone I know.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I had an issue with my Xterra, and brought it in for a fix. After the problem persisted, they fixed the much more expensive issue for free! A great local shop.

Fast friendly and good pricing

Really great people here. I brought my car in for an oil leak and a check engine light. The oil leak is a small leak in the head gasket that would cost upwards of $1000. The owner, instead of pressuring me to get it fixed, told me if it was his car he wouldnt get it fixed right now since it was such an insignificant amount of oil coming out.As for the check engine light, it was a a loose hose that he tightened.He refused to take my money for looking over my car or for tightening the hose.

After moving to grand junction from the front range, it was hard to leave a trustworthy, reliable, honest, and fair mechanic behind. muellers came as a recommendation, and i am so thankful i tried them out. several times i have called muellers to get an appointment for my vehicle, each time they are booked several days out (yes, many may find thus irritating if you are dependent on your car, HOWEVER take it as a good sign that they have steady business!). each time they squeeze me in early and repair my car much sooner than originally antcipated. the mechanics and office staff are very thorough and provide updates as information regarding diagnostics become available. they even offered me a ride to work. muellers has now become my refular mechanic and i will not take my car or business anywhere else. like my previous mechanic, the muellers team is honest, reliable, trustworthy and fair!

Took my car in to get a basic oil change, Muellers completely striped my oil plug on my oil pan and ended up costing me $400 to replace the entire thing because of the leak. Muellers suggested I put a temp plug in to slove a permanent serious EXPENSIVE problem. No help, no apologies and no alternatives. Was treated HORRIBLY by the snobby front desk woman who told me I didnt know what I was talking about until I gave her my name and date of when it occurred. She found me and confirm everything I had said but stated it wasnt their problem even though she CONFIRMED THEY SOD MY LAST PIL CHANGE. Wouldnt even take a razor scooter in there to be fixed. Awful custumer service, awful business moral.

The folks that run this business are professional and fair. I had a problem with my daughters car and they went above and beyond in helping us get her breaks fixed. This was a difficult situation as we live 5 hrs. away and my daughter is in college. Nice to know that businesses like Muellers are there to help.
