Sean came by to look at our system. He told us he would call and email and estimate. Never heard back from him. I tried calling him multiple times and left my phone number thinking maybe he lost it. Still, no reply. I guess he just doesn’t need work.

After meeting with Sean I really wanted to use Maloney Mechanical for a project. I was told Id receive an estimate by email & never did. I asked for it a 2nd time but never received it. I tried to schedule the project twice and never had my phone calls returned.I delayed looking for another person for the job because I wanted to use him (as he was referred by someone I trusted). Had they told me they werent available for the job I could have found someone else in a more timely manner and felt more respected in the process.
