Nothing but great things to say about our home buying experience. Dusty was our realtor and we have nothing but positive things to say about our dealings with him and EXIT. We purchased our home a while back and we still hear from our realtor quite frequently. He worked extremely hard for us showing us numerous homes and ensured that we not only got what wanted but exceeded our requests. He was extremely patient with us as first time buyers. He took the time to explain everything and ensured that we were comfortable throughout the process. I would highly recommend getting ahold of Dusty if you want to make the home buying process as easy as possible.

I signed up for the homes for heroes program and got Dusty with Exit Realty. We had orders to our next station so needed to sell our house. I was very upfront about the sense of urgency of selling our house quickly as we had 90 days. I thought he understood this, but he didnt. He struggled with decent pictures, pricing the house correctly and updating the listing. He had a lets wait and see what happens approach. For 40 days we sat with no showings and nobody coming to open houses. I needed to find a new realtor. I tried talking to Dusty and the broker but got nowhere. I was charged $1,000 to end the contract. And then it was a hassle just to get the house unlisted so I could list with someone else. Again, we had 90 days and just wasted 2 months. There was nothing in the contract I was given about a fee and asked several times for copies of the one I signed but they never sent them. I found Blake with Greenburg and he was great. After signing with him our house sold in 10 days. I also learned from many realtors that a decent realtor and broker will not charge you if you are not happy with their services. I learned the hard way and hope to help others from being screwed by Exit.
