I cannot say enough good things about Matt and his employees. I have booked 15+ buses through this company in the past 2 years and never once have been disappointed. Their goal is truly that everyone has a safe and fun evening. There have been very minor hiccups throughout this many buses and they have ALWAYS made sure to somehow reimburse us/ make sure we were all pleased. I have never experienced any unnecessary post charges like every other company I have worked with prior to Space Cruise. Once again Matt and his drivers are all a joy to work and communicate with all well keeping it not only fun but professional!! I Have already two more upcoming buses already booked with these guys. You will not be disappointed!
Matt was very great to work with, he was professional and very understanding of our circumstances when we needed to cancel. He was easy to keep in contact with as well.
My Son and his friends had a great time for his bday! Robert was the driver for our bus rental and also for our nephews wedding 2 weeks ago. He is a fantastic person and driver. He made it so much fun for everyone. Will definitely be renting from them again😊 Matt and Robert were great to work with!
I had both my 21st and 22nd birthdays with this company and they are AMAZING! The drivers are so fun and the owner is so accommodating to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
Ive been on many party buses. Always a great time. Very nice buses. Only downside is if Gloria is your driver. Shes very mean, very unhelpful, and demands a hefty tip that she definitely doesnt deserve
I recently had took a trip on the Odyssey bus for a friends wedding. We all had a great time and the atmosphere on the bus was fantastic! Unfortunately in the rush to get in to the reception I left my jacket behind.I talked with Matt the next day and he was kind enough to locate it and even drop it off at my hotel for me! Thats what I call service!
What a fun way to spend the evening with friends! And a great place to work, too!
I am writing this because I wouldn’t want any bride to experience the treatment my family and I experienced. It was our wedding day, as a business you should strive to exceed peoples expectations and there was not one ounce of that.The bus wasn’t not clean and dingy and old beer cans/mikes hard bottles on the bus from the night before.The music didn’t work half the time.The bus driver was not kind or friendly.The bus driver claimed she had to be somewhere else and drove way over the speed limit with my whole bridal party and children on the bus to get us to our reception which is dangerous and in no way what we wanted our guests to experience.We arrived at our venue and she continued yelling at us to clean the bus while we were in the process of cleaning the bus.We did not bar hop, we had children on the bus and drove to a park for pictures.The owner Matt, said he would make it right with us as the experience was awful but then went back on his word saying that he doesn’t care if we leave a bad review and hung up on us.Matt said he would believe his staff over my husband and I’s description of what happened.He claimed he was a professional and that he had been in the industry for many years but lacked any ounce of respect for us, the paying customer. He was bragging about how many rides they have a year and how our bad review will not hurt his business. The lack of consideration, respect and integrity is appalling. I guess the 40 adults and children on the bus who witnessed this and were recipients of this terrible service don’t matter.Do not use this terrible business and save yourself from what happened to us.
1. Our wedding day was supposed to be the greatest day ofour lives. However, the Space Cruise company threw a hugehiccup in our plans. The plan was for the bus to take ourwedding party and us to and from pictures, and then tofinally drop us off at the reception hall. We payed $350for us to be able to use the bus for two hours. It was5:30 when the bus driver walked over to our bridal partyin the middle of photos and said that she has somewhereelse to be and that we need to go now, when we had a halfhour more of time. She was so rude and disrespectful andrushed us back on to the bus as we were already walkingtowards it . We had children on our bus, ages ranging from12 years old to three, she was driving like a maniac andhad no caution for the small kids on the bus.The driverwas so rude, and completely ignorant to the fact thatthere were children on the bus as she was flying downresidential neighborhoods going well over the speed limit.When we finally got to the reception hall, the driver wasyelling at all of the passengers to get off as she has tobe somewhere else soon. My wife told her that we paid forthe time, and we are doing our very best to get off. Shetold us to get our damn trash off the bus. I went on thereto check what was on, and it was one McDonalds bag thatwe were not finished with yet, and still were planning togo get. She continued to yell at our bridal party as shegot back onto the bus and slammed the door and sped off.2. The condition of the bus was very poor. Many of usnoticed that there were leftover beer cans from a previousparty. We would get one song to play for about thirtyseconds and then it would cut off. The plan was to listento a few songs to get pumped up before the reception,instead we all annoyed and frustrated with the bus!3. We contacted the owner, Matt Gust, after the bus tookoff. We told him that we were completely appalled by thedrivers behavior, and that we did not pay all of thismoney to be treated this way.He apologized through textmessage, and said he would make this right.4.We gave Matt a call, and he told us right away that thedriver had been with his company for six years and shesthe best driver. I told Matt that on this day, her drivingand hospitality towards customers was absolutely terrible.His response was that his company has been in business for13 years and that he has nothing but great reviews. I lethim know that we should be compensated for this experienceand he didnt see it my way. I let him know that therewill be reviews on his website from us. He then statedthat they do over 400 rides a year and that our reviewswont stop his company from making money, and that now hewouldnt compensate us for our horrible time. After hesaid what he had to say he then hung up the phone as Itried to respond to him.5.There were 40 of our family members on the bus to attestto how horrible the experience was and Matt, the owner,said he did not care and that he would believe his staffover us, the customers. He was disrespectful, the way hespoke to my wife and I over the phone was disgusting. Hesaid he did not care about us and that his business willcontinue to thrive and that he did not care about the factthat it was our wedding day.THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY IN MYENTIRE LIFE! The services we signed up for were deliveredvery poorly, if at all.
Its truly unfortunate that Matt Gust (as a business owner) equates customer service with such a non-caring attitude as he only cares about the money in his pocket. Pathetic to say the least and all wedding parties should look elsewhere before they put their lives in danger with an employee (Gloria) who obviously chooses to do what she wants, is a poor representative of this company, disrespectful to customers, and an accident waiting to happen. Its only time Matt Gust before your company and its antics catch up with you! Its called karma and when you treat wedding parties (Jozy & Troy Huffs wedding on July 21, 2018) and good people poorly it will catch up with you. You dont deserve even a one-star rating but I had to give you the one- star to rate this pathetic company.You stated that even a bad review wont hurt your business because this is the only service like it in GF & everyone should truly boycott you!
