I have had previous keys (house and padlock) made at this same location and they turned out excellent. I tried these last two, one for a safe door and another for a cabinet door, and neither worked. Could not even fit into the slot. But I still give KeyMe an excellent rating because they followed up on whether I was satisfied with the new keys or not. I did not have to contact them first, they immediately contacted me about their concern for the company name! They refunded me immediately and with no hassles! One of the BEST companies in America! Got 4 keys, three of them work just fine, but one was completely the wrong shape. Ordered from a kiosk so I don’t know if there’s anyway to return or get a refund but that’s fine I got a free key by making three anyways so it doesn’t bother me.The keys that did work work well. The kiosk was easy to use and kinda fun actually but it took a decent amount of time to cut 4 keys where I had to stand waiting. I didn’t want to wander the aisles and have someone take my new key.All in all a decent experience. About as accurate and easy as I figured.
