So I was planning to give this place a good review, but after todays voicemail I woke up to, my plan changed immediately. While we were not living in town, this company was quick to deliver our item and there were no issues. We live in town now and we ordered a bedroom set and mattress. We waited for about 3 months, 3 months for that alone to show up, mind you we had to choose a different bed set, something we didnt want to do, but they told us it was going to arrive quicker if we ordered a different set. We waited about another month and then we said the heck with it, just cancel the order. So after waiting for so long, within two days of cancelling, we got constant phone calls of where is our payment for the stuff you currently have. But yet, no word for weeks about when the stuff we ordered was going to show up. They are quick to wanting their money but dont give a damn about their customers and their satisfaction. I dont recommend them. And to be called names in a voicemail, real childish and unprofessional. As for the voicemail, when they said theyve been trying to call us for weeks and we dont answer, there was no conversation or attempt to contact us for weeks. I didnt call them and they didnt call us. We got tired of hearing the same stupid story of no word about when the truck is showing up, Ashley furniture sucks, way to bash another company by the way, hopefully they see this review, and other lame excuses they could think of. I wish i could attach the lovely voicemail that I got from Jake at Appliance and Furniture Rental in Grand Forks, ND. I dont recommend them!

This company has always been good about calling to remind me when my payment was due. I had ordered a 70in TV from them and they delivered it without any issues. They are friendly and do not discourage or turn away any customers. They have something there for everybody. Great promos and monthly fees are insanely affordable! I would recommend them to anybody!

This is our first time with RentAll. We found a great furniture set but would need to be ordered. Im not that patient. Brandon showed me another set that was similar. My husband and I went to physically see the piece. Perfect set! Its all set up. Its beautiful. Its comfortable. Its nap worthy. Very happy with this store and purchase.

After having open heart surgery it was suggested I get a power lift chair because I needed to sleep on my back for a few weeks. We contacted Appliance and Furniture RentAll - they had one on hand and delivered it that afternoon. The delivery men set it up, told us if we had any problems to call and we could extend the rental if needed. They were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. I slept well for the 6 weeks I needed it! I would highly recommend Appliance and Furniture RentAll.

Im happy with my items that I purchased with this company but I ran into some hard times with some money and caused me to fall behind did not expect my job was going to shoot me down to part time for my schooling so it has made it a bit tough to get Bills paid. I have been emailing them back and forth about getting this resolved and caught up I made a small payment today what I could do right this moment but I got another email saying the total needs to be caught up by tomorrow end of month. Im not a whole month behind I get my payments in when I can I asked if they can continue to work with me till schooling is done next month and back to full time but have not gotten a response so Im afraid Ill be going home Sunday to my stuff taken or something. Sucks because I have every intention to get this paid up to date but I understand its a business as well.

Truthfully, I did not want to even give these guys one star. They have the worst customer service atmosphere along w communication skills between each other. My husband and I decided to go here and pick out new furniture bc we were referred by a friend. Worst mistake of my life! When we signed papers and we’re on our way out the guy that had helped us (Brandon I believe) told us we would get our first month payment free and who wouldn’t love that news?! So after our free month was up and we had to make our first actual payment, the guy I called to make the payment w said that we were a month behind saying that we never made the payment even tho the worker that had helped us out that day told us completely different! Then my husband and I decided to switch from bi-weekly payments to just monthly payments and after talking to one of the workers and rearranging that, he said he would take out our last bi-weekly payments and that next month our monthly payment would be set up and gave the date it was owed on. Well when this date had come around, I called to make our payment only to be told that I was behind on my payments and didn’t understand at all what was going on! Turned out that the guy that had told me he would switch my payments over to monthly payments never put it down anywhere or changed it in the computer system or told any of the other workers about this new arrangement that we had discussed. Another reason why I say they have no communication skills w each other! I’m beyond flustered at this point and when I called to talk to one of the men about it (furious at this point), not only was he extremely rude to me, but he was cussing at me and basically told me I needed to grow up. I will never refer this place to anyone bc I would never want someone to go through what I am currently dealing w. These guys will no longer get my service.

Jake and Brandon were great to work with in providing a recliner for a medical recovery. Delivery was prompt. Great service!

What a joke! Absolutely NO customer service skills at all and when asked about products acted like we were crazy for asking specifications on a mattress and knew nothing about the products theyre selling. Will never be back!

These guys are as some Tim, Brandon and the rest of the crew. If they dont have what your looking for they will definitely find it.....KEEP UP THE AWSOME WORK GUYS!!!!!!
