Friendly, inviting atmosphere filled with exceptional employees. I have had positive experiences and would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I am very pleased with Dr. Grewals help and services, too!
The manager was somewhat helpful. There was confusion on their part about whether my insurance covered 100% sealants for kids under 21. Even though I faxed over proof from the insurance company. Now we have to go back again. the hygienist was awesome.
I had my 1st visit to Aspen dental a couple of days ago. I was very nervous about the situation, but overall the staff was great after I got home; I saw over 30 bad reviews about aspen dental on TikTok. I mean a horrible but Prayerfully, I will be back after my next appointment to clear up any fears anyone may have; although I am even more afraid now, I will be back to give my next review.
You see their wonderful commercials on TV.You think to yourself.. this is where Id like to go.Well. Dont. The company rides on the verge of false advertising. They claim on those commercials that they will work with you to create a payment plan, only to find out the plans are: you pay half up front, half at the time of your visit - or, you can get a bank loan to pay for your costs.Working with someone to create a payment plan, doesnt constitute sending them to a bank. Payment plans are just that, plans to make payments.. not 50/50, or pay in full upon receipt of services.Aspen Dental only works with those that can afford to go to a dentist and pay on time. Otherwise, you are on your own.Dentistry is expensive, no doubts there. But when youre facing nearly $10,000 in work, only to be disappointed that you have to get a loan from a bank, which isnt going to happen with bad or no credit, literally leaves a bad taste in your mouth. If the company truly cared about those that need help regardless of their income stature, and not have to worry about millions in overhead, then the nice people that work there would have been worth the effort.Other than that, those commercials and in-office hospitality, is just lipstick on a pig.If youre poor like me, avoid this place at all costs (literally).
Always get great care from a friendly staff.
The visit to Aspen Dental - Grand Forks, was absolutely amazing. All of the Aspen Dental associates were professional, knowledgeable, skillful, respectful, and very helpful, exactly how one would expect of a business that performs competent and thorough dental care. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to all those who appreciate and desire the highest form of dental treatment.
Thorough and quick job. Was pleased with the results.
Nice staff but all in all it is a cookie cutter experience. As with most medical or Dental professionals they have their agenda and the patients desires are secondary. And their agenda can take a long time to accomplish.Addition to this post....I came to the dental office for a specific reason. I wanted a broken tooth dealt with. The dentist was insistent on taking panoramic pics to get a comprehensive look at my mouth. She plotted a course of action to deal with a number of issues. My priority was and is the broken tooth. But now I have to wait a month to get a cleaning that I foolishly paid for in advance. My power of Choice was overridden by what appeared as protocol. I have to approach my oral issues according to my ability to pay for them as each one is done. Again, my immediate need is a broken tooth. Not comprehensive cleaning or anything else at this time.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. Everyone made sure I was happy and satisfied, making sure everything went smoothly. Shaylene was very sweet making sure I was comfortable and attended to. Kathy and Victoria were very kind and coversative making it feel friendlier than other offices. Dr Grewal was very gentle and attentive. I 100% recommend the Grand Forks Aspen Dental! Thanks again for your wonderful service! 🙂
I had a filling fall out and I went to Aspen because their first visit was free. After an extensive amount of x-rays with a technician who was friendly, but was running around 100 miles a minute, I was seen by the gum specialist. And then the dentist. The dentist doesnt have bedside manner and didnt talk to me at all. She was hard to understand and I just felt like an annoyance in her day. I met with the office manager and they then told me I had to have this extremely expensive cleaning and that they dont do silver fillings (which cost less). I gave it a day, made an appt with the dentist near me, and requested my xrays. Which were just printed off on a printer. Those x-rays mean pretty much nothing to the next dentist. Was told today that after a deep cleaning, Ill be fine. I dont have periodontal disease. My cleaning cost 1/2 of what they wanted to charge me. I am going back to get my fillings done to the tune of about $100 less than Aspen. They say they work with you if you dont have insurance. But what you have to do is pay it out of pocket, get Care Credit or get a bank loan. Thats not really working with anyone.Go somewhere else. Pay for a normal dentist visit. They pray on those without insurance. Its NOT worth it.
I had an appointment today and it got canceled for no reason, they sent me a message that they are going to close early and I need to reschedule but they did not. I went there at my appointment time and the lady told me we canceled your appointment because you didn’t confirm it. I got home and I checked my phone I didn’t see any confirmation regarding my appointment. ADVICE FROM ME, go to MANKE or Dakota Dental they are MUCH BETTER.
Over diagnosis and trying to do $2000 procedures unnecessarily. Luckily fortunate enough to have a second opinion and they told me I didn’t need any surgery. The worst part is, once I would have this procedure done I would need special cleaning for the rest of my life. Best thing is to get the free X-rays and send them to someone who is competent.
The staff was amazing and I felt so comfortably there. It was the first time I had been to Aspen Dental
Do not come to this place and risk your finances and families well being. Got dental work done 6+ months ago and had 5 teeth jacked up from a lady dentist who caused nothing but pain. Originally put a review and was asked to contact the customer service line where I was pushed over to a regional manager who told me they couldn’t do anything to help me even though the dentist knew she screwed up and acknowledged that with me when I had an emergency follow up appointment for all of the issues I had. I now just got a message 6 months later in a text saying that I need to call them because I owe more money to them even though I paid in full 6 months ago. They don’t care about there patients and it’s too bad because I have been at other Aspen Dentals and never had severe issues like these.
Once I got past the application the appointment went well till prices.Staff were pleasant.
Everyone who works there is so nice and caring, glad I chose Aspen!
Kind and caring staff,my appointment was on time and the clinicians worked diligently and professionaly. After full examination the financial office talked to me about a treatment plan and did not pressure me in any way to begin or express urgency, they left time frame decisions up to me.Nice
Did not have to wait very long. The girl that took X-RAYS was pretty and nice. The Dentist was a lady I had a hard time understanding her. She is from India. She seems pretty good. But She will not go out of her way to help you. I would ask for someone else next time.
Aspen Dental in Grand Forks, ND was an excellent experience. Everyone from the front desk, Adrea who was so polite and accommodating, to Allison (xrays), Kathy (hygenist), Sarah (Office Manager) to the dentist, Dr. Grewel. They were all excellent. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental!! Thank you everyone.
Everyone was wonderful, they took the time to make me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I was given all the information I needed and helped with payment plans. I would definitely recommend going here to everyone. Best dental experience ever. ☺️
Was told they do emergency dentistry over the phone. Traveled 2 hours one way and was told I was 30 minutes too early for my appointment. They asked me to go and wait for them to call. They called me in approximately 45 minutes after my 11am appointment time. From there I waited ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES for the dentist to come in the office spend 2 minutes looking at my broken tooth and say I cant fix it today because we close soon. I was absolutely shocked. Friday mid day but they gotta close.
I was not 100% satisfied with my first visit to Aspen! I left my visit feeling rather stressed! Everyone seemed very rushed and unorganized! I ended up with a diagnosis that was not even mentioned to me until I met with the Office Manager. I am going to return for a cleaning, but will be hesitant to continue my dental visits at Aspen. Everyone was very nice and caring but too unorganized!
Very unorganized, I will not be returning my appointment was at 8am, it was a quick 10 minute check up but I did not I get out until 9:30..
Dentists were great, they however were providing Hippa violation information over the phone. Thats the only complaint I have. Would go back again.
Absolutely love my dental hygienist!
Do not go to Aspen Dental. They will scam you out of as much money as they can. They redid one of my crowns which I later found out didnt need to be done. They sold me a $110 dollar electric toothbrush they never informed me about, they just added it to the bill. My wife went in and they told her she didnt have to pay, because unbeknownst to her they signed her up for a Credit card and put the charges on that. And the list goes on. This place is border line evil.
The entire staff was very friendly and incredibly mindful of an issue I was having with a tooth. They made me feel relaxed, and the exam and cleaning was very thorough and easy to get through. Absolutely will continue to go here.
Amazing staff! They were super professional and very kind. I have extreme anxiety, especially when it comes to going to the dentist. They were very understanding, talked me through everything and really made me feel like I was in control. They didnt make me feel embarrassed. I will be switching my entire family to this dentist office.
Incredibly polite staff and made every arrangement to have a comfortable and trouble free visit
Extremely friendly staff! I really like how they make you feel comfortable and that the staff does an amazing job all around. The only dentist I will go to in Grand Forks!
Don’t ever go here! Just got a message after getting my teeth ruined their 6 months ago about owing $230 when they in turn have costed me $8k-$10k because every tooth that they filled ended up needing root canals.
An hour and a half late .... waiting and waiting with no option to reschedule.Really?
Everyone except the actual dentist was really nice. The dentist wouldnt listen to anything I had to say our every really give me the timer of day. She already had her mind made up when she got in there too see me and didnt care what I was saying.
Scheduled appts were on time. Staff members I interacted with were very kind. Everything was explained thoroughly. I would absolutely refer anyone to Aspen Dental.
DONT EVER COME HERE!!!! GOT 5 FILLINGS DONE AND EVERY SINGLE ONE WILL BE GETTING A ROOT CANAL BECAUSE OF HOW POORLY THEY FILLED EACH ONE! THEN MY WIFE WENT HERE AND SHE ENDED UP NEEDING THE 2 CAVATIES THAT SHE HAD FILLED HERE TO GET ROOT CANALS AS WELL!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO HERE AND DONT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THE SAME PAIN/FINANCIAL BURDEN I HAVE DEALT WITH FOR OVER A MONTH BECAUSE THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB! This is my first bad review for anyone or any business because I dont like being that person but this is very serious. My wife and I have had sever pain for over a month and for all 7 that get filled which I have never had happen before to get all root canaled is WRONG! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT GO HERE!
They are very professional, pleasant and efficient. Although I think the pricing is very high compared to what they advertise.
I recommend Aspen Dental, I was a new client and I received prompt service, I got an appointment for the following day, and options to pay for my dental plan. Staff was very friendly and kind, helped me to understand what was going on every step of the way. The place was nice and clean and up to date!!!! Very pleased!
It was a very nice place and nice people i am glad that i am going there
Even though I was late for the appointment due to road conditions, they completed all the scheduled work. Awesome 👍👍👍 team work.
They were super slow, I got there with paperwork done & waited 35 minutes after my appointment time to get in. After getting in they didn’t do the cleaning that I was scheduled for & I had to go back after work. After work I had a 5:30 appointment got there a few minutes early & had to wait until 6:00 to get in. Then after getting numbed I waited another 20 minutes for the dentist to begin. They then took a 45 minute break between top and bottom procedures. I was there until 8:00 for a 5:30 appointment. Slowest & longest dental experience of my life! I did like that they showed me what they were going to be doing before doing it.
Aspen dental DOES CAREThey really took the time to listen to my husband make sure he was comfortable and his concerns were heard. They are absolutely very professional on a shy/brused subject for him with dentures. They made him feel comfortable and made sure his new dentures fit without rushing him out. They were short staffed that day, and had other patients but didnt rush or interrupt him while he was in the process of his fittings, and try to rush us out the door. They really were there to make sure his dentures fit him perfectly before we left. The doctor was very informed and patient to discuss each step and made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff in every aspect from entering the front door to everyone being excited to see his smile and how they looked when he was walking out was superly wonderful like they were they longtime friends. The whole experience GREAT.I didnt know they did other dentistry as well; I am thinking I will be taking my services there as well now too.I am more than satisfied to let others know and direct my friends to them. They are fabulous.** To the whole staff there:Thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts. You have repaired the attitude and demure of my husband and that is PRICELESS!
Broke a crown and they had an available slot, so I drove from Fargo to Grand Forks to get it repaired. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helped me get a plan setup to get back on track.I had to drop one star because, I had a 3pm appointment and sat waiting in the lobby for an extra 45 mins and wasn’t updated on the longer than expected wait time, which I would have been fine with.Other than the wait, great experience.
Hygienist was very quick and friendly with my 4 year old, but we sat in the waiting room for half an hour, and then waited for the dentist for almost 40 minutes before we were finally able to get the 3 minute exam and leave. We were there for about 2 hours. Didnt do xrays or anything extra. Never had that issue at the dentist before anywhere else Ive gone.
I just had a cleaning done, they did an amazing job. Was fast and everybody I talked to was very friendly. They remembered me from a year ago so that was very nice.
Made an appointment 2 months ago and got there to find they cancelled it even tho I received emails and texts about it. And now we cant get in for over a month. No thank you.
I cant think of anything bad that happened to me at Aspen Dental.I went in with a very painful mouth and came out knowing what theproblem is and what to do to solve it. Every body there was verycourteous and efficient.
First time in a dentist office where I felt at home, tv, the staff, location etc love you guys thank you for making me feel relax before work in my mouth
Like so many, fear has kept me away from any and all dental offices. I am happy to say that when I finally got the courage up [not to mention a tooth emergency!] to call Aspen. The group there and the dentist who is taking care of me, have been more than an A+ and way better than a 5 rating. I am so than happy that my friend Becky recommended them to me! Thanks, Becky H. and Aspen Dental!
Very professional and polite.
I went to the Aspen Dental in Grand Forks recently. The staff here is very professional, courteous and friendly. A very positive atmosphere. The technology they use is very up-to-date. Very proficient at what they do. the Office Manager, Kaitlyn, was very helpful when explaining the dental plan to me, as well as, scheduling my next appt. I would recommend them for sure.
I would not recommend Aspen to anyone in pain. I was there today with an abscess tooth so bad my face was swollen and I couldn’t stop shaking. They wouldn’t prescribe me anything to help with the pain. All I got was a low dose in antibiotics and all they cared about was scheduling multiple appointments with them after they had to refer me to another dental office to have a root canal done. I’m now laying in bed in horrible pain thanks to Aspen. If you can go to a different office. I know I will be.
My experience at Aspen dental was remarkable the entire staff was very pleasant/helpful to me I was given a nice quote for repairs that needed to be done on my teeth I can’t wait to start the work.I went to the Aspen dental located in Grand Forks ND!!!!
Office is pleasant but not confident in the dentist
My first visit was great. Very nice friendly staff.
Staff was friendly, a full x-ray was done right away and a full check up was done to see what my needs were, no wasted time, great service.
I had a wonderful first experience with all of the Aspen Dental team. They were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful.
Outstanding Staff; client skills are excellent (communications coupled with professional and courteous people skills). Excellent Dental Professionals (X-Rays, Hygiene/Cleaning and Dentist). All treat clients with respect and demonstrate business appreciation.Well Done Aspen; Press-On!
Dr. B. Was great to deal with.. Staff at office was always friendly, made for a comfortable visit. Thanks for making me be able to feel comfortable smiling again...
I hate to say it but I would not recommend Aspen Dental. The billing department was not good. I tried for almost 6 months to get a hold of someone about my bill and no one called me back. And when I finally got a hold of someone I was talked to like I was an idiot. And I was charged more than I was quoted. Also they billed me an amount then added more to it. Which is unfortunate because the dentist and Hygienist staff were great.
My daughter was very apprehensive about having teeth pulled for orthodontic reasons, after all, she hates her braces, but the staff made sure she was comfortable & made a very unpleasant procedure much better. They even helped to help her see all the work shes having done in a positive way. The office staff, Taylor in particular was so sweet, and really put me at ease as well. Very relatable & easy to talk to. The dentist was kind & showed great care. I will be telling everyone about the quality care that she received!
The entire staff was very excellent!. I was very delighted with the treatment I received😁. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Thank You all from the bottom of my 💖. GOD Bless you all 😇.
I went in there for an exam and to schedule a tooth extraction. They were all very nice and welcoming. I appreciated that because I dont like having to go to the dentist. I am not very tolerate of pain above the shoulders. When I came back I got in right on time. They were nice again until the procedure began. The assistant was still very nice and understanding but the dentist was a little abrupt and borderline rude. She laughed at my pain when she said I havent even applied pressure yet. Which she had and the pain still lingered. I am very familiar with what pain feels like. They ended up sticking me with another needle to make it more numb. It worked and I didnt feel anything after that or make a sound. I shouldnt have been made to feel like I was overreacting and didnt know what I was talking about. I was terrified and in pain. I didnt need the inconsiderate comments to top it off.
My visit was as smooth and easy as it can get. Just the Atmosphere and the friendly and professional staff made it so easy it didnt even seam that I was in a dentist office. I will absolutely be back and have already recommended to friends and family members.
The office staff is great and it is easy to get in for appointments. They offer easy financing options for more expensive dental work. However, the dentists themselves are either 1) overbooked or 2) lacking in professionalism and timeliness. I came in for a crown prep. I waited 30 minutes to be brought into an exam room, then another 15. Once the dentist finally came in, she and the hygienist were obviously not working well together, very short and snippy behavior between them. An appointment that was supposed to take 2 hours took 3 1/2. Then, I came back a few weeks later to have the final crown placed only to be told that the crown was bad and that I would have to have a new one made. Then, that dentist (a different one) proceeded to have to redo the crown prep, make new impressions, and then reattach the temporary crown. Once again, an appointment that should have taken 30 minutes max was now at hour 3, half of which I spent in the exam room waiting because the dentist was running between so many patients. I came back again a few weeks later for the final crown (round 2) and waited for nearly an hour in the waiting room before telling them I was leaving...at which point they got me into a room...where I waited some more. The dentist this time (a different one again...so 3rd dentist in 3 trips) was great, actually and got things done quickly. But, because of the very long wait I had to reschedule the second half of my appointment for another day, meaning having to take more time off work. At this point, I have taken off more than a full day of work time to try to get one tooth fixed and spent most of that time either waiting or having them fix their mistakes. If I were not already in the middle of a treatment plan I would most certainly go elsewhere. Very frustrating.
The entire staff from the secretary Cara to Breanna are lacking in customer service. I know its a small town but if you take anything away from this review please do not go here. The hygienist and cleaning tech knew what they were doing but customer service is SO SO important and Aspen Dental is lacking in this arena. I had two interactions with the secretary Cara in March and she was so incredibly rude I will never step foot in this place again. A company should pride themselves in taking care of their customers and this company does not. We live in a day and age where WE have a choice. Choose wisely.... you have been warned.
From start to end they put you at ease. Would recommend to everybody
I was unable to get a filling replaced during my visit. One of my teeth started hurting, so I went to get that one problem fixed. I am from out of town, and will be leaving in a few months. Back home I have a dentist, where I get my normal routine dental work. This dentist refused to fix my filling unless I also did over a thousand dollars in other work that I did not need that day and could wait for my other dentist to handle. One hour wasted time, and now I have to find another dentist to replace the filling.I gave them two stars because the other staff people were nice.
Took 2 hours to have xrays done. Just sat and waited. Still don’t have an appointment for a cleaning even though I’ve tried to schedule over the phone and in person while I waited for 2 hours.
Be very wary if planning to use insurance at this location. After incorrectly estimating the amount covered by insurance, I was sent to collections by this location for an additional $45 without any notification. I settled this, chalked it up to an honest error and returned 6 months later. I provided updated updated insurance information, and paid the copay I was told was owed. About 6 months later, a delinquent account from Aspen Dental appeared on my credit report, lowering my score significantly. No phone calls, letters or other notification. Come to find out when checking with my insurance company, they never even bothered to file with them for the second appointment and just sent it straight to collections. I’ve made countless phone calls and visits trying to get this sorted out in the past, but at this point I’m not sure anything can be done to rectify the damage to my credit. My actual experience at the location was just fine, but certainly not worth this headache.
The office manager refused to give me an estimate on a cavity unless I agreed to pay for a very expensive and unnecessary procedure of gum repair telling me that the cavity wouldnt stick. Which I know is not true. They also never even cleaned my teeth. They took ex-rays, did an exam end of story. The only reason they are getting a 2 star is because the hygienist was very friendly. The dentist didnt care about me at all. When I told her Ive been clenching my teeth due to stress she responded, stop stressing.
The dental hygenist is amazing and does great work. Cant say enough nice things about her.Unfortunately, no one else in the office seems to know much about their own working practices. Example: The dentist does not like to give patient education or information, very unfriendly, and actually backtracked on her diagnosis. She never talked to me about the plan for treatment. Then, I was given incorrect information about billing on multiple occasions, resulting in some real problems for me. One of the assistants told me she had a toothpaste that would build enamel back on my teeth (not possible). The list goes on. If you are really desperate, go to the health department. These people are generally incompetent.
The dental hygienist was very nice and Ive gone to her multiple times because she is so nice and not too hard on my sensitive gums. The doctor who checked my teeth for cavities was also very nice and personable. Since I had a late appointment, I knew the receptionist would most likely be gone when my appointment was finished and she was leaving while I was leaving. My hygienist wanted her to check out my insurance, which I knew she wouldnt be able to do at that time, but the way she reacted was very rude, Well, I already clocked out so... She was only looking at my hygienist, not me the customer, which I hate when people ignore me. God forbid she take a picture of my card when shes not clocked in so she can research it the next day. I still havent received a call either and itll be a week. I was not a fan of her attitude and her unprofessional clothing.
The appointment went great and everyone was very safe.
My experience at Aspen Dental was mixed, both the Hygienist and the Dentist were both professional and did excellent work. The biggest problem I had was after the initial consultation, and while scheduling my cleaning, the office lady asked if I was interested in a fluoride treatment. She indicated that my insurance would not cover it, and my cost would be $21. I paid this in advance so that I would not have a bill since it was a routine cleaning. When I received my bill in the mail, it indicated that the fluoride treatment was $48. I had to call the office a total of five times over the course of two weeks to get someone in the office to explain this discrepancy to me. I left two voicemails, and spoke with a real person twice, both of those times I was told I would get a call back, but I did not receive a phone call. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I explained the situation, and the events that happened. The response I was given was something to the effect of- I dont know why you were quoted that price, and your balance is $27. No effort was made by the staff to rectify the situation or even acknowledge that I paid for this service in advance. As I said in the beginning, the hygienist and the dentist were both great, however their billing practices are terrifying. I am grateful I did not have a more expensive procedure done. I would be concerned for anyone who is quoted a price for services and then have their costs more than double.
Very unpleasant and unprofessional would never go back
Very displeased. They are what VCA is in the veterinary world to the human dental world. Will never go back. I gave 2 stars because it was at least seemingly clean.
All the staff at Aspen Dental are awesome. I have never had any problems with them . Dr. B did amazing with my surgery and they continue to care for me in a wonderful way!!!
It was a wonderful place people are very very nice and professional I would love to have my stuff done there but due to insurance reasons I cant but I would prefer them I was very very nervous but theyre kind hearts made me feel very comfortable with them after they explained everything 1 to 10 they have a 10
Very much Happy would totally rec amendmen them.
Staff was friendly and professional. I got in and saw a dentist pretty fast. At the end when speaking to the office manager about continued care and costs I was rushed out the door with a promise to call me later with the information. I have never heard from them since, unless you count them asking for ratings.
I will recommend Aspen Dental; all the employees were very nice and helpful. It was a long afternoon, but the consideration they gave me was excellent. Thank you.
I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else than Aspen Dental. The office staff is horrible. They over charged me a substantial amount (according to my insurance) and I have not yet received a refund.
Always cancelled appointments, dentist rude. Also said I had more cavities than my current dentist says. Atleast my new dentist doesnt have to keep rescheduling on me, just had to leave Aspen.
The staff is a very nice place to be staff were very polite very nice but I felt when I found out my insurance wouldn’t pay for dentures even though I had an infection in my mouth they wouldn’t give me anabiotic’s I felt like I got pushed out the door And nobody ever explain to me why I needed an orak surgeon My insurance doesn’t pay for an oral surgeon but it does pay for dentist to do Extractions So why can’t the dentist do it and I’ll pay for the dentures she is a dentist correct or are you just pushing to make more money by sending me to an oral surgeon
No idea how the dentist is as I sat in the waiting room for an hour...yes an hour (very relaxing after the morning I had with my kids). Another person, who was there before I was, finally asked how long itd be for them. After 5 minutes they were told 10 more minutes and went right back to work. No body acknowledged that I had still been waiting or even mentioned that they were so far behind today. Obviously very busy I decided to reschedule, but no body was at the desk! Left very disappointed and wont be back to find out. Im sure theyre super nice but no communication whatsoever.
Everyone was excellent that I had contact with, a great place!
Didnt explain any details on what was going on thoroughly, kinda left me in the dark seemed like other patients where more important.tried to explain what was going on and they didnt listen or understand on what i wanted
Great patient care. Dr Schneibel and a hygienist named Mrs. Kathy were very friendly and informative. The office staff were also very nice and overall a very pleasant environment! ^-^
I was not the best but I could deal with it
They were very considerate and they answered all your questions and the first visit was free and that lady let me take my x-rays so I could see a different dentist because they wouldnt accept my insurances
This place rocks!!!!!! Danny is awesome Samantha is awesome!!!!!! all the office staff rock very helpful very good at explaining treatment plans and financing. doctor puja patel is a very AWESOME doctor very good at explaining whats going on in your mouth. i highly recommend Aspen dental for anyone who needs dental work they have allot of offices to go to if you travel allot like me. thank you very much for the visit.
Very nice staffs. Great environment. Best dental place I have been to in Grand Forks.
I went for tooth extraction at this place and it was a mess. They charged me before booking an appointment. The doctor was not polite, not professional, didnt know her job, and cared less about my health. She was not able to take out my broken tooth after about 1hr 30mins of drilling my bone (she drilled until she almost got to my sinus) and left me lying there. I didnt know she left not to come back until one other lady came in and told me they called and referred me to Face and Jaw to finish the job. I left the place with blood oozing out of my mouth. I went to Face and Jaw and it took them just 3mins 4 seconds to take it out and they charged less than what Aspen Dental charged me. Im still in the process of getting them to reimburse me as well as pay for the damages. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
This is the most amazing best dentist I have ever been to...the people are so kind and they completely explain everything! I am so impressed!
Was nice and cool but more xrays there still fill mouth tired saying first visit free but nothing coming up no discount program finally staff was amazing hardworking
I picked Aspen from the list that my dental insurance provided. I am very pleased with their friendliness and knowledge.
Do not go here for anything other than cleanings. Dont have any major work done here. My opinion. My advice. My mistake. Learn from my mistake.
This aspen and the one in minot have some issues. I’ve been to both bc I travel between these city’s a lot. I will never go back to any aspen. They don’t know how to keep patient info private bc they talk openly about it at the front desk. I heard the first and last name of a patient and know what he needs and more than I should have heard in the waiting room.I will be filing a Complant with the labor board and getting a lawyer due to them breaking HIPPA laws.Stay far away from both grand forks and the minot officeAlso my last review on the minot office they told me to contact them to talk it out and no one will get me to anyone that can helpSo the response that are given on googleAre uselessWe need all aspens to close
Long wait time and didnt plan enough time for all I needed done. Didnt feel like I was important to them.
The receptionist greeted me happily and the rest of the crew treated me with great manners!
