I scheduled an appointment online to have the battery replaced on my iPhone. When I arrived they entered some information into the computer and told me it would be ready in about a half-hour. I had a couple of errands to run and returned a half-hour later - it was finished! A fast and easy fix to replace my dying battery. I saved $10.00 on the installation by scheduling the appointment online. Their service techs are pleasant and knowledgeable. The new battery comes with a 6 month warranty. I highly recommend going to Batteries Plus Bulbs for your cellphone repair needs!

Screen and battery replacement only took a little over an hour. Works like a dream now. Much better deal than buying a brand new phone.

Easy, fast, reasonably priced. However, I do not feel my screen is even close to the responsiveness it had previously. I’m finding I have to touch, swipe or click repeatedly to get a response. He mentioned they used recycled screens, so either the screen is at fault or it was not installed perfectly. The tech guy seas very nice and friendly, so I hate to complain. Typing a text or paragraph can be tedious when you touch the letter and nothing happens. Or swiping your screen to go to different pages. I have an IPhone 7 Plus. Now I have to spend more time to get it working properly.

Glad that I took my phone here! I broke my phone screen at 430 pm the day before I was leaving town and I thought I was screwed.They replaced my screen within two hours and my trip was saved. Unfortunately one part was poorly formed in the manufacturing process, but my repair person, Anthony, pointed out the defect and told me that he would order a new one and replace it free of charge when I return.A class act all around. This place can help you out of a jam! They are open late and do quick, detailed work.

Timely repair but my glass has scratches on it and my phone screen is more sensitive! It changes too easily. Not the best experience but my glass is fixed.

Brought phone in for broken phone to get fixed they fixed the screen but my phone started randomly calling and texting people and doing its own thing. Brought phone back and the phone was acting worse so had to bring it back again and he said we close in 2 hours wont be able to look at it until tomorrow. Very frustrarting!!

It took to long to repair my iPhone. I called in the morning and asked if I could just drop it off and they said it would only take and hour and not telling me anything about an appointment and when I got there they asked if I had one and I said “I wasn’t told anything about an appointment so then it took four hours to get my phone back. Not very impressed
