The general manager I think his name was Bob did a great job ... helping me print some Christian Evangelical material as I was passing thru the city on The High Line heading east..its a long drive ... So its nice to take a break here & there... and he showed me what I needed to do 4 self serve but then he did it himself on full serve... and the price was rightthank you Bob 👍God bless you❗John Evangelist ✝ ❤ 🙏

The Print Center has knowledgeable and friendly staff. Received high-quality prints and was very satisfied. Pretty small parking lot and for some reason there was a ton of garbage in it.

Super friendly! Saved me some money. I was there to buy a simple dry erase whiteboard and instead of paying $60 for a magnetic one that I dont need, they found me a $20 non-magnetic one of the same size. They helped me get supplies as well for the board. Great staff! Truly recommended.

I went in and was immediately greeted by a young lady with such an amazing personality. But all just went downhill after that... HORRIBLE experience. Every single man working there just walked by not asking if I needed help. The young lady came around 3 times asking if I was doing alright eachtime. I appreciated the little help I was getting!! 0/10 experience. Never going back, they just lost a loyal customer. There were red one-time-use cups on shelves as well. Absolutely disgusting. As for the young lady, she deserves to be working in a place where her attitude is appreciated. I was in this past Thursday and it’ll certainly be my last time in.

The print supervisor Andrew was helpful, personable and knowledgeable.I would very much recommend him and his work !

The guys at office Mac are very good at helping us pickout a new laptop. And explaining to us on different ones and filling out all the paperwork. Now we have to learn new stuff at our age of upper 60s how to run it.

Website says they open at 8am, sign on the door says they open at 8am. Here I am sitting in their parking lot at 8:18am and they still have it locked down. Tried calling and no answer. Did someone just decide to not open until 9am today? Very unprofessional, especially for a business that seems to slowly be dieing, they should be trying to get as many people in the door as possible. Ill be taking my companys business elsewhere.

Called for two days straight and nobody seems to know how to answer the phone

They were very helpful and friendly. Products were reasonably priced. Adequate parking and clean facilities. Very pleased with employees.

Store does not offer enough selection of printers and sales people r not very knowledge about the products they do have. When asked if sales associate could call Fargo store to check if they had printer in stock they referred me to their app which was of no help.

I went in it was snowing and raining outside 8:05 in the morning the manager from the next town over Fargo one of the management team made my sign for me and because of my own being unclear gave me the sign. Is a man of integrity and intelligence Muhammad have a blessed day my brother

All the staff was great they helped me with everything plus printing everything I needed and done fast plus one of the lady’s that worked there helped me with my young son and keeping him busy so I could get everything I needed done great people!!!

The new manager was very friendly and obviously cared very deeply about her customers. I was very impressed how much time and effort she took to assist customers with whatever they needed.

Pretty good selection of office materials.

Staff is always pleasant to work with and they have my favorite pens in the world. Great selection and decent prices.

OfficeMax move to a New location

Very dissatisfied. I wanted to purchase a Serta icomfort office chair. I was told there were none available at the store or warehouse. The store clerk went on and on that 99% of the time things are available. He could not give me a date of when there would be more chairs. He would not honor the sale price when they do get more. I drove 80 miles for nothing. I wanted this specific chair due to my arm is broken and I need the support this chair offered. I feel they made no attempt to have my business. This chair is almost 400 dollars.

The company policy of not being able to take a credit card over the phone makes it impossible to send print projects to our outlying company locations. I was told they could take a check in store, only to find out that they cannot once I sent the check 400 miles and 5+ hours away. The in-store staff did not treat our employee with respect or give options to fix the issue. The 800# is impossible to get anyone on the phone and the online chat, when it works, is slow and of absolutely no help. I was told my employee needed to pay from a personal debit or checking account... completely unprofessional for a business to treat another business as if they are trying to undermine. I have used the print services in the past with no issues, but after this interaction I will take our business elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful loading heavy items into my car.

They do not have products they say they do. I went in with my boyfriend looking for something. It wasnt on the shelf they said it was in the back on the bottom of the pallet that it was going to be put out the next day. We go back the next day and end up talking to the manager who said they did not have any in the back and none had been shipped in.

What a joke. Too long of a story to explain what happened but end result is I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Many years since I have been in OfficeMax. They do have a large assortment of products. Lot of clearance printers I was looking at but did not buy anything.

Went here to get some papers laminated. They did a great job, and it didnt cost much.

I was sold a damaged filing cabinet. Called the store when I got home and discovered this, and the manager said I he had a new replacement in stock and that it would be waiting at the front of the store. Upon arrival I was told that there was not another one in stock and to get something similar I would have to pay an additional $70. Very dissatisfied. Dont waste your time at this store.

Found what I was looking for much cheaper on Amazon.

The staff is awesome, the printing is cheap and store is usually pretty organized.

No one is ever there when you need them. Worked at an office Max in Minneapolis that was in a more ghetto part of town and they were more experienced then these guys.
