I’ve hired TLC twice now to clean my home before it went on the market, and to do a move-in cleaning of our new place. Ashley T was at both cleanings and did wonderful. I also had Madison, Kaitlyn F, and Mariah D make my new home look and smell amazing. They created a pattern vacuuming the carpet and it looked so nice I was afraid to walk on it afterwards! I will be hiring for regular cleanings!

I spoke w TLC Grand Forks which appears to be managed through the Fargo office to clean my Condo in the Brownstones after a tenant move out on August 2nd. They said their earliest available was August 11th but they can do it earlier if there is a cancellation which frequently does. I said that’s fine. When I called to confirm the day before appointment to arrange entry they said I have no reservations and their first available is in September which is 3 weeks away then hang up the phone on me when I expressed my unhappiness.

Mariah was fantastic. She was amazing with our dogs and all the dog hair. She was so energetic and happy to clean our very messy home. Thank You so Much!!!
