Absolutely horrible management company, not worth the money whatsoever. Very expensive pricing for little work. Somewhat tough to manage a property effectively when they rarely send staff to the actual hotel. I worked at the this specific hotel for 3 years and it was managed by franchise concepts for 6 months before I quit and it went downhill quickly. Business was much slower, guests were unhappy, hotel property was deteriorating quickly never use this comany. Brian the owner is stand-offish and not a leader for any employees. His HR employee melody is very rude and enjoys making fun of the employees she manages. I once saw her be very friendly to a hotel employee when they entered the room then immediately when they left she went one about how they are unprofessional and annoying. I find it ironic that she was no degree, no formalized training history yet thinks she is qualified still qualified for the job. And how is she going to call someone unprofessional when you she has neck tattoos herself, double standards? In conclusion, by far one of the worst management companies in the United States!
