Arrived 6pm on 5/20/21 for a walkin-in haircut but store literally just closed at 6pm. No big deal however wanted to voice my disappointment with your business hours & your web-site not being updated with the actual hours of service open/closed.

They did a great job on my Dads hair. He likes how nice they all are and appreciates the Vet and Sr discount. I use to be a Cosmetologist but not anymore due to health. I went with Dad when I was home in ND for a visit and as a past salon manager was very impressed with salon and how the stylists were upbeat and each person came out with a smile and a great cut! Thank you for allowing my Dad to feel a bit pampered and important as he has some tough things hes going through!

There were a lot of names on the board already checked in. Despite that the list was on schedule and just 1 or 2 people waiting in the store.

When I am able to get a haircut here I am always satisfied. However, I have not been able to get in for one because A) theyre always booked for tonight and B) when i am able to get scheduled I have an hour wait time. This has been a problem ever since I started going here. They do not have anybody to answer phones which means when I do get my haircut here it is always interrupted 2-4 times for the stylist to answer phones or greet a customer when they walk in. Very poor management. Stylists are exceptional and nice but I might be taking my business elsewhere for lack of management and for somewhere more accommodating.

This place would be fine if it took appointments but it doesnt and its always busy so its pointless, go to mens hair co in town they are the same thing but you can call ahead so you dont waste an hour of your life after checking in in store or online.

This is an unorganized business operation that despirately needs better management. Today was my third and final visit to the business; yet, was only my second haircut there. Yesterday afternoon, the beginning of my previous visit to the business, I was informed that there was a 1 hour and 20 minute wait list for a haircut; yet, they do not take appointments. Instead I was encouraged to call ahead to be put on the wait list then come in when they were available. I put myself on the list, but 45 minutes later I finished running whatever other errands I had and did not feel like waiting an additional 40 minutes to get a haircut. Therefore, I politely called in and canceled myself off of the wait list opting to go in the following morning during a break in my daily schedule when they should not be as busy.Today, I showed up at the business at 10:50 A.M. with only one other customer ahead of me. I was checked in by one of the stylists then informed it would be about a 20 minute wait. Well, I sat for 40 minutes watching the gentleman ahead of me and another gentleman who came in after me get seated for a haircut before I was finally introduced to Ashley D the stylist to cut my hair. First off, Ashley D was not much of a people person. I attempted to engage her in conversation and she just shut me down. Not a problem, I can shut up and get my haircut. Just do not expect much of a tip. But, the biggest rub that really irritated me was that Ashley was interrupted three times and had to step away three times during the haircut. The first time she stepped away to check in another customer coming in. The second time she had to answer the phone and stepped away to the front desk to check someone in. Then the third time she answered the phone then stepped away to the back of the business and was away for over five minutes leaving me sitting with my haircut partially done. That was extremely irritating. It is not like I could get up and leave like I really wanted to do at this point. Other stylists looked at me like why are you sitting there and NEVER even inquired as for why I was sitting there with a partial haircut and no one tending to me.My two suggestions to the business, first hire someone to run the front desk and leave the stylists to do what they do best, cut the hair, not answer the phones and struggle to manage the wait list. Second, if you want to get repeat customers, start taking appointments and do not expect the customer to tailor to the businesses model.

Ive been going to this establishment for about 2 years or so. I can honestly say that this is the only place I go for my haircut. There are times when the wait time is longer than I would like but its definatly worth it to me. Plus, they have the TV on Sports Center and have several guy magazines to read while you wait. So as long as you are patient, the time will go by pretty fast.The ladies are very friendly and professional. My favorite barber is Ali. She super nice and very good at what she does. Ali provides a friendly service and goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your haircut. Not only does she cut my hair, but now I take my 2 year old as well. She is very patient with him and as a parent I can tell you that type of service means a lot.

Go here if you want your hair terribly. i even showed her a picture and it she completely ignored it and did her own thing. 2 whole inches shorter than how i wanted it.

Slow service - checked in online before getting to town, walked in and we were “on deck” and still waited for 40 minutes. They never update the client records - every time we come here they never have any info on previous hair cuts. Definitely need to hire more staff or someone to answer the phone. Frustrating to say the least!

They don’t seem to know how to staff properly to serve customers. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 hours no matter what day or time you go in.

Some serious staffing problems here. I dropped in at 4 PM on a Saturday (they close at 6 PM) and they had a sign up that they were taking no more customers... 2 hours prior to closing!?...There was one customer in the chair and one waiting in the waiting area. I guess the other 6 or 7 were waiting at Five-Guys next door. 🤷‍♂️

I have had my haircut here every month since it opened. I put my name in just before 10am and was told an hour and a half wait. At 12 noon there was still 7 people in front of me and I had to cancel my appointment so that I wouldnt miss my game at 1pm. I just called and asked to be put on the list as a favor for the bad experience earlier and was turned down. Any more treatment like this and I will take my business elsewhere and recommend others to do the same. You should continue to take call in appointments till the app is ready. Coming from downtown to Sport clips just to get my name on a 2 hour list is stupid. Customer service- easy situation to rectify.

Very impersonal hair cut experience. Started the haircut out without even asking what type of cut I wanted. While using equipment that would die and start smelling of burning oil she finally switched to a better hair clippers that would pull your hair instead of cut it.When the cut was done she put her stuff down, shook the robe off of me getting hair onto all if my clothing and said Ill meet you at the register.I had to ask another person to trim around my ears and neck.Will not go back to this establishment.

I sometimes get good haircuts, but this time they totally messed up. She cut It way to short. My hair looks horrible and I dont have many hats to wear. I cant believe I let them do that. And at the end she asked if I wanted my hair shorter! I was like heck no! I dont recommend this place. I bought a season pass here, so id hate to just let that go to waste, but I think its gonna go to waste... dont go here, go to great clips. And also my dad called once and asked what the wait time was, they said there was no wait time, so my dad asked if he could put down his name in case people start to come. And of course, because there was no wait time, they never let him out down his name. So we got there, had to put down our name, and then sat there for literally and hour. GO TO GREAT CLIPS!

Friendly service, great prices, and frequent sales on products make this a great place to get a haircut. I personally almost always go to Ashley D, but on occasion Ive gotten a great cut from another haircutter.

Their waiting list is poorly designed. I was told that my barber would be ready in 2hr and 34min. I showed up in 2 hours and was told my name was kicked off the list for waiting too long. Unprofessional and flawed. Fix your system or hire more barbers.

I was told my wait time would be 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. Meanwhile, 4 chairs were empty and at least three barbers were hanging out somewhere in the back. I was never once updated on my wait time nor given an explanation. After 40 agonizingly long minutes I walked out and I will never return. If you enjoy waiting three quarters of an hour for a haircut and having overpriced hair products crammed down your throat, then this is the place for you!

My experience through this location is through my sister, who was a stylist there. I myself, have done hair for 30 years!! I have NEVER in my 30 years witnessed how uncompassionate AND difficult it was for my sister to get time off when OUR MOTHER, who lived 3 hours away, was dying from small cell lung cancer. I was in total shock and disbelief the hoops they made her go through to attempt to get time off! While I realize running a business is important, as I have been self employed for 25 years, we are NOT BRAIN SURGEONS!! This was definately a huge factor as to why I would NEVER WORK FOR OWNERS LIKE THIS!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO HER, my SISTER, AT her NEW LOCATION!! THEY DONT DESERVE YOU!!!! This happened MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!?!

I think the stylists do a GREAT job when I bring my boys here but I REALLY wish they allowed appointments because in this busy world it is really tough to sit there for at least 45 minutes to get in, or they should offer some kind of on-line check-in like Great Clips does.

I just attempted to get in for a haircut at 5:42pm today and there were three people waiting. I was told Sorry, our wait time it up until 6pm and we close at 6pm but we are open tomorrow.... So your telling me that because the wait time is past the time that your open your gonna turn me away? If thats the case then turn the open sign off and lock the door otherwise take tlcustomers until the time which you are open until.
