The best storage facility I’ve ever used. From the start, the staff have been nothing short of incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds and buildings are new, clean, and secure. Pricing is very reasonable as well. Can’t beat the free trailer for a day if you can tow it!

It really is Five Star! The entire experience was great. Renee helped to get us set up. She was thorough explaining the process and details, she showed us all of the different sizes available and she was all around pleasant to chat with! The facility is very nice and the security is top notch which is crucial for peace of mind storing your things. Would recommend to anyone who needs to store anything!

Renee was extremely helpful. The facility was able to accommodate a 28 foot trailer truck which was dropped off on Friday night. We we able to unload it on Saturday. Easy access. Clean, brand new place. Well lit at night.

The Manager(Liz) was great when we first came in to ask questions. She was very Helpful and always was smiling. I heard that she recently left the company, very big loss. I did deal with the Assistant Manager and she also was always smiling and very Helpful. She got me set up with our rental very fast. She then took me on a tour of the facility and showed me our rental unit. Very nice place to rent from. The name says it all!!!

Called to obtain information on storing my vehicle for the winter. Customer service was good. Even without payment, they held my spot for a week until I could get in and pay the first months rent. Second month only $1!!! How awesome is that. Good management. Garage is clean. Locks are available in the office.

I live next door and the beeper at the gate goes off constantly. Just now, midnight, the beeper went off again. They say no one can get in from 10pm-5am. Ive called them many times asking them to turn down the volume or even turning off the beeping as I measured it at 96 decibels a couple times this winter when the gate was stuck open all night. Thanks five star, you get one.

Weve used many storage places and this is the best by far. Reasonable prices, new clean units, and helpful friendly staff.Just rented a second unit for our daughter. Terrific place.

Every detail of the reservation I made over the phone was a problem: paperwork was a mess, unit was full of other peoples items, paid in full then told I did not set up automatic payments. Not a very good experience right from the start!
