I hired Steamatic to restore my brother’s home from damage due to a furnace that was not working properly. Due to my living four hours away, all communication was done through phone calls, emails or text messages. The communication was excellent on all levels. Gwen communicated with me at least twice a day and sent before and after photos. The end result was excellent. I highly recommend Steamatic!

Steamatic took care of the mold remediation in our basement. They were able to get us scheduled in a tight timeframe to have all of the work needed complete before our family arrived for Thanksgiving. Chad, Dalton, Mike and their whole crew did a great job and our basement is healthy and comfortable. They also worked with our homeowners insurance to get us the maximum reimbursement from our policy and referred us to an independent mold testing company. I highly recommend them!

Not even 1 star. Flood affected my home and when I called, they said they werent accepting any new calls. Thats just great, theyre supposed to be here for me and my family 24/7 in a time of emergency. Guess Ill just let this mess sit in my basement and die...

Our office carpets hadnt been cleaned for years. We had Steamatic come in and they did an excellent job. We had cloth chairs that were badly stained and a cloth divider board behind our coffee pot that was heavily stained. All turned out great. I would definitely hire them again.

I just wanted to say how happy we are with everything Steamatic has done. We knew that cleaning up the mold our new building (a building that had sat empty for 5 years) would be one of the more difficult tasks when we purchased it. But Steamatic was awesome to work with and made it an easy and streamline process. Also, a special shoutout to Chad and Dalton for keeping us in the loop and being very responsive every step of the way and with whatever questions we had! That made everything a whole lot easier on us :) I can safely say, that if we ever have any mold issues in the future, we definitely know who to contact.

Steamatic cancelled my carpet cleaning with less than two hours notice. I called 3 weeks ahead to schedule the cleaning and told them they’d need a portable machine since I live in a high-rise building downtown. When they called to cancel, they told me they couldn’t find parking and they were waiting on a part for their portable machine so there was no way to clean my carpets. I am now losing $200 of my deposit because of Steamatic.

Literally went out of their way to clean up a fuel oil spill! My father lives outside the area the company would normally travel for a job (almost 3 hours one way from Grand Forks) but they were more than willing to help us out. I was given updates after every step of the process. They went above and beyond by cleaning areas I would never have thought should be cleaned. Extremely professional, thorough, and friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am a woman alone with water in the basement. 3 guys come over are here for an hour leaving fans and a dehumidifier for 710.00. I have a completely soaked basement and have been wetvacing since they left. It’s worse now then when I called them. They were aware of the water still coming in and should have said to wait with there equipment that I am renting. I have wind over water. Not impressed and totally wasted money at this point.

What could have been an absolutely horrific loss was properly mitigated. His communication with me was second to none. The work performed by his crew was outstanding. I ended up being a co-representative of an estate to which the original owners were heavy smokers. The entire house was discolored and infiltrated with nicotine. I placed a call to Steamatic and they had a rep out that afternoon. He showed me an example of what they could do and was amazed. I had a quote within a couple of days and it was all a go. However, we sold the house before Steamatic could do the work.Even though the work wasnt done I was very impressed with their professionalism, prompt service, and courteous attitude. Job well done, well almost. I would still recommend them for a job like this!

We had Steamatic clean our carpets and vents at our business locations and they did an awesome job. The carpet had a couple stains we were worried would not come out, but they got them out and it looked amazing. The employees that came to do the jobs were respectful and friendly.

Steamatic was great to work with, everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. I called on a Saturday morning because of water in my basement. A tech was out within an hour and worked quickly to get the wet carpet pad out and get fans going. A couple days later 2 techs came to check the progress and were very throughouh in making sure everything was dry. They were very friendly as well. The pricing was fair and I asked about a payment plan as money is tight and the office staff was very willing to work with us on a payment plan. I am very pleased with my experience with Steamic and will use them in the future for carpet cleaning or duct cleaning.

This cabin of ours is just a dream come true. We are so blessed to be able to enjoy it. One and a half years ago we discovered a serious mold issue and enlisted SE###RO who completely failed to remediate the whole home but charged $17,000, ultimately leaving us in search of a very professional company to do it right. We found that company in Steamatic of Grand Forks, ND. Not only did they take care of the mold issue completely and thoroughly following strict protocol, but made common sense suggestions along the way that we were happy to consider and implement. They really are professionals and reasonably priced.

Steamatic of Grand Forks North Dakota did a professional and timely removal of sheet rock and insulation that was contaminated with black mold. They installed containment around the area in which they were working and provided HEPA filtration to maintain negative pressure within the containment. They also provided a qualified subcontractor for before and after mold testing and provided us with a price for that service which was conducted at our choice.They did a thorough job of clean up both during the remediation process and upon final removal of the containment once the post remediation tests were available. The comparison of pre and post test demonstrated a significant reduction of mold levels. We are very pleased with their work.

I have had Steamatic come into 2 different apartments that had been destroyed by tenants. One by a smoker and the other by an animal. They ripped out the carpets, degreased walls, washed walls, de-ordorized. The apartments looked amazing after they were done. I would highly recommend their services.
