Reliable service at Possum Kingdom Lake. Decent latency and speed most of the time (I do remote IT work), I have used their service for years. Sometimes when everyone is out at the lake in the summer performance can drop off a bit or when very heavy rain occurs but other than that the service is rock solid. Zoom, streaming and virtual private networks work just fine. No its not fiber internet but for most thing it is just fine. My wife and I both worked through Covid here and NSB made that possible.

Just a big Thank You and Shout Out to New Source Broadband and their wonderful staff and technicians for being our Internet provider today! We had Internet all day long and were able to complete credit card transactions, post on our Facebook page, and receive messages at our store. They are just a phone call away, provide superior service, and offer assistance 24/7!

When it works it works good...when it works. Seems to go out ever weekend and of course no one is available on the weekends to fix it. Paid a lot of money and bought a new router thinking that would help but it doesnt because its the service and not the router. They have come out and replaced equipment several times over the last few months and still not any better.

Absolutely the worst internet service out at Possum Kingdom Lake. If you are looking for poor intermittent connections and awful customer service, these are your guys. We are working diligently to move our internet provider over to NextLink whom we have heard are very reliable and consistent. Working through logistics to get a straight line of shot from our home to the NextLink tower, which can be challenging with certain homes in the area. My understanding is NSB has a reputation for over-subscribing their network compared to NextLink. Buyer beware.

One person show... Laura tries but they can’t get installs done for weeks and then act like they don’t really care if u want their service....sometimes competition is good for that reason!

When the system went down, its next to impossible to talk to a person to get it resolved. When it works it works great.

Crappiest SERVICE EVER!!! No one ever answers the phone, leave a message and maybe in a day or two theyll call back. Cut my service off for a past due amount of $3.92
