Best place ever to get your oil changed. I have always been able to get in and out quite quickly and the employees remember me by name and what I had done to my truck last time I was there. I will always be a customer for the best service & prices.

I thought i had oil leak but turns out it was ac water. Chris is very professional made sure everything was good. The hyundai and there stupid design sometimes plug and washer leak. Very friendly people and will go above and behind

I’ve used this business for over 8 years. I went for a inspection with my child. They wanted me to wait out in the cold & rain with my 2 month old, I don’t think so! This was after making me wait in line 30 + mins in line to find this out. I do not recommend & will not be back!

Went here for a quick oil & filter change. Fast friendly service. Tried to get me to purchase a in cabin filter. Refused being that I just purchased the car 2.5 months ago. Just needed the oil change. 😎 They cleaned my windows front & back and I was on my way. No problems noted at this visit. 😁

Failed my inspection for legal tint. I should have known. Havent used them since 14 years ago on another vehicle failed for the same reason. Factory tint authorized by dealer! Lady who answered the phone to discuss said tint gets darker with age. Bologna!!! Not authorized legal factory tint! Will never return again!

Ok place... Not good when you have to wait in the cold

Went in for a state inspection. The service was extremely slow & rude. The waiting room is closed, and the older short attendant was very rude and did not wear a mask while getting in my face. After he pulled my car out, I waited 5 minutes for him to come outside where I wa standing so I could pay and get my registration & paperwork back, while he pulled another vehicle inside and started working on it. When I finally stepped inside the work area (the only open area), I was cursed at and told I had to wait outside. When I insisted on paying him standing right by the register, he took my cash and waded up my paperwork & registration and threw it at me. I will never return to this place again! WOW! I hope they dont expect to get returning customers with such bad & rude service!

So i came to this place for a inspection and they failed it they said my exhaust was bad. So i went to a muffler shop and they inspected my car and they said their was nothing wrong with my exhaust please dont waste your time coming to this place they are rude and dont care about their work they do i will never bring my cars their.

Im new to the state and a representative let me know I didnt need the state inspection the first year in the state. She saved me $60. She knew shed get me next year and didnt have to con me this year. It was kind and professional.

They Failed my car on inspection due to tint, even though it was self installed to the legal limit. Went down the road to another shop who tested my tint in multiple spots and showed me that it was 35% and should have passed inspection. Not to mention they put the wrong oil filter on another car our family has had serviced there. Would not recommend going here.

Took car in for oil change and they couldnt get the filter off. Told my husband to take it to Bulla Warren where it was last changed. Some woman that works there decided to check air pressure in tires even though no tp sensors were on. She put 60lbs in all four tires and it should have only been 35 lbs. Thankfully, Bulla Warren caught her mistake. Husband went back to talk to manager about their mistake and he refused to talk to him. Stay away from this place.

Ivw been here a couple of times and the service was decent. This time I wasnt wcen greeted. Waited in my vehicle for the employees to greet and get my service started. Instead the door was close, and noone approached me. They lost my buisness.

Paid 120$ for a 2004 honda civic oil change...my diesel cost that much. Also just traced my last filter they put on my f250 5.4 l and came back as a old gm model filter not a ford...money pit here for some quick installs that didny see thr mistake

Ive been going to this place for years and always had good experiences. I sent my wife down there today to get an oil change and inspection. Next thing I know, theyve sold her an oil system flush for an extra $60+. They showed her the dirty oil and filter and said something to the effect of see how dirty this is. Of course its dirty! Thats why you change it! The synthetic oil blend they push is supposed to be better quality and good for the engine, blah blah. If thats the case, then I shouldt need an oil system flush. I called to complain to the manager and got no satisfaction. The $59 oil and filter change plus inspection turned into a $200+ visit. I feel very ripped off.

I was looking for a quick oil change so I stopped at the Valvoline Express Care. Their crew got me in and out very quickly. However, I was a little put off by their high pressure upsales. The technician showed me that both the engine and cabin filters were dirty and should be replaced. I aggreed but the price he quoted was ridiculous. I was already paying a premium for the oil change which I was ok with due to the convenience but I couldnt see overpaying for filters that I could easily change myself. I politely declined but sensed a little attitude from the technician. When my wife and I got into the car the passenger seat was laying all the way back. I assumed it was to reach the cabin filter. When I changed the filter later I found that it was very easy to access with the seat in the normal position. Im not sure why they took it upon themselves to mess with the seat position and not put it back the way they found it.

These guys did a great job on my vehicle. I will return every 3000 miles. Keep up the good work.

Called them all afternoon to see about bringing a vehicle in for an inspection and oil change. No answer by phone. After I read the reviews Im glad I went to Xpress Lube on Maple Ave. how do you run a business if no one answers the phone?

Awesome fast service i went on my lunch break to get an oil change and they got me in right away, the girl was really nice gave me options and also made me aware of a filter that needed changing it was quick she quoted me the price got in and out in less than 30 min and beat of all i had no surprises at check out time:)

They would not accept a valid coupon that was in date because you cut it out. That s what you do with coupons is cut them out. No where did or does it say that it is not valid of cut out. Very rude..I usually go there every time I need a oil change but I wont be back. No customer appreciation whatsoever.

They change my oil and replenish my cars fluids much more quickly than I can myself. Been taking our vehicles here for years, been happy with the service and wuality.

Went for an inspection. Took twice as long as necessary because all the workers decided they would rather yuck it up with some friend of theirs who came in (and did his oil change while my car sat waiting on them even though mine had been in for a while before he showed up). After 15+ years going there, they lost me as a customer today.

I’ve been going to Valvoline since 2015. I’ve been to their locations in VA, NC, TN and MD. I know they have a great service, this place though says it’s valvoline but IT’S NOT. No idea why they advertise Valvoline there. They’re very rude when I was in line but ok, noticed they’re full so I guessed they’re overwhelmed. When I pull up, I told them I had my car in the system and they tried to locate and couldn’t find. I told them they just needed to scan and he said only for inspection. I was surprised as I’ve never done inspection with Valvoline but ok. They took a bit longer to get my oil changed and when I see they’re closing my hood without check all the other stuff that Valvoline checks usually. So I was like “i guess they’re not Valvoline but ok”. Then the short guy came and was asking if I’d pay myself separetly than my husband which had his car behind me and I hesitated for a second so they guy was like “either way, you have to move out of the way” and gave me the sarcastic smile. I was ok, I pay but I have a coupon from Valvoline which I always get aftee I get an oil change with them. And he said “we are express care not Valvoline”. So let me tell you this, besides the black guy who was very friendly, all the rest of their employees are rude, were overwhelmed and stressed. And hey, I understand you want to get as many customers as possible and so you need to be quick. But being rude and rushing them will make your customers not go back there so you will end up losing customers at a long term. I’d not mind paying what I paid if it was a good service (even though was more expensive than Valvoline I’d not mind if i had an ok experience) but it’s not. So I will not be going back, neither my husband and neither anybody who I will tell my experience. I recommend staying away from this place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They used an impact gun on my oil plug and stripped the plug and the internal thread. They tried to sale me everything under the sun for twice the price it is at any auto parts store down Main St. I was already disappointed in the customer service that accompanied my $50 oil change, but after finding out today that they stripped my plug, I am furious. If anybody needs oil change and excellent customer service, make an appt for NTB. They are priced fairly and they have excellent customer service.
